UP Political Science major, Lordei Camille Anjuli Hina is in critical condition at the ICU of Capitol Medical Center after being attacked by a robber with an ice pick. She was left for dead by three robbers who took her bag and two laptops from their student office. A fellow student found her minutes later lying on a pool of blood. The ice pick hit just above the left temple, fracturing Hina's skull and knocking her unconscious.

The UP Diliman Campus security was able to arrest one of the suspects Carlo Pecayo fleeing the crime scene in a taxi. There is a manhunt for Pecayo’s accomplices who are still at large.

So, from left temple hanggang sa medyo right temple pero hindi naman lumabas sa right temple ung weapon. Tapos infection at pamamaga ng brain ang focus ngayon ng doctors. Tapos ung skull fragment na nasa utak nya, hindi raw recommended na operahan kasi baka lumala lang yung damage sa brain nya. Binigyan ng doctor ng 6 mos. si ate. 6 mos if mag-f-function pa sya or hindi. If hindi, gulay na. So, miracle lang daw talaga. Please pray. Wala pa rin siyang malay." Pauleen Luna first graced Philippine TV screens in Eat Bulaga in 1995. She was a contestant on Little Miss Philippines, a child beauty pageant segment.

After the intros, talent portion there came the fave question-and-answer portion, hosted by none other than Vic Sotto.

Here Vic regularly asks the little girls "Ilang taon ka na?" (How old are you?) I think that's rather apt to ask on his part.

Fast forward to 2012, you got that little girl (now 23) hooking up with the show's host (still virile at 57) and they make a bizarre pair.

Call it destiny, call it fate or even call it love at first sight- but there's no stopping serial co-host dater Vic Sotto from getting what he wants and this blossoming relationship is shoved at our faces everyday at lunchtime with the added awkwardness of his longtime Ex Pia (now pregnant by a Mr. Mago) sharing screen time with Vic Sotto's new paramour.

Things heated up as of late when Vic Sotto's son, Oyo Boy Sotto tweeted:
“Ang dami talagang mukhang pera... ang daming lumalandi! Nakakalungkot (hindi sa akin) Haay nako....”

BTW Oyo Boy is a new baby daddy to a Pauleen Luna lookalike Kristine Hermosa.

Pauleen Luna's camp took offense and also issued a statement.
"There is no better time for our thoughts, as parents, on the Vic-Pauleen issue, be heard but now, for we wish our daughter nothing more but a peaceful and fulfilled 2012. We're proud to have brought up Pauleen as a God-fearing child, and have full trust and confidence, whatever decision she makes. Noemi Lagman: Missing Student of Asia Pacific College Magallanes has been FOUND!

UPDATE: As of this time, Noemi Lagman is back home with her family. Details as to her disappearance and the circumstances surrounding it have been withheld by her family as advised by the Police. What's important is that Noemi's safe and alive!

The disappearance of Noemi Lagman is baffling and a total nightmare for any parent. I'd rather hope that this was a possible case of a teen runaway, rather than assume the worst might have happened to her. But if we get the word out that her dad is doing all he can to look for her, maybe someone might recognize her.

Please help find Noemi Lagman. She is 21 years old, stands 4'10 with a mid-heavy build, a morena teen. She is a student at the Asia Pacific College in Magallanes. She left her house at the Multinational Village, Paranaque yesterday (January 6) around 9am-10am to enroll at her school, she left carrying a substantial amount of money around P33,000 ($600-$700). She was last seen at the entrance of Multinational Village near Duty Free, Paranaque. Her usual route going to school is from Multinational Village (Paranaque) to Heritage Hotel EDSA (Pasay) and to Asia Pacific College, Magallanes (Makati). Her classmates informed her parents that she never reached the school. Her mobile phone couldn't be reached either.

Her Dad even has a message for Noemi:

Things are heating up for the Bourne Legacy shoot in Manila as Filipinos are getting the 'Bourne' fever over the Bourne Legacy Casting Calls that have been making rounds.

Lucky girl Mia Bontol confirms a Jeremy Renner sighting at the Manila Peninsula Hotel

Bourne Legacy Philippine producer Lope ‘Jun’ Juban Jr. has now denied that they are looking for 1000 extras to be part of the film. He has declared that the Bourne Legacy Casting Call is a hoax.

The number is quite exaggerated, but obviously if you're filming on location in Manila, you're going to need locals as extras. Can you imagine Jeremy Renner running along Pasay with NOT a Pinoy in sight?

According to the Philippine Producer Lope Juban, "If the film would ever need many extras, they will tap those already on location because those persons would be familiar with the immediate environment and will act naturally."

More tidbits on the Bourne Legacy shoot, there's going to be some bike scenes and rumors of closing down the MRT to shoot some chase scenes on the MRT stations. Rachel Weisz also has scene where she will be riding a jeepney as it spins around in Pasay Taft.
