This is to inform the general public that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for second choice candidates of the Federal University, Otuoke for the 2012/2013 session will take place on Thursday and Friday July 26 and 27, 2012.

Thursday July 26

Science candidates only: Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, Statistics and Zoology).

Friday July 27:

All others (Arts, Social Sciences and Management Sciences).

1. ELIGIBILITY
* Candidates who chose Federal University, Otuoke second choice ONLY.
* Minimum UTME score to qualify for the Test is 180

2. REGISTRATION
Registration is online on the website at www.fuotuoke.edu.ng , starting from July 10 and ending on July 23, 2012

The Registration Process is as follows:
i.Go to any Diamond Bank or Skye Bank branch in Nigeria along with your UTME Result Slip.

ii. Purchase an e-pin slip for Federal University, Otuoke Post-UTME Aptitude Test for a fee of N2000 Naira (one thousand naira) only. This fee does not cover bank charges.

iii.Go online and log onto www.fuotuoke.edu.ng and click on "Apply for Post-UTME Aptitude Test" Complete the application for Post-UTME Aptitude Test online.

iv.The Passport photograph: Applicants must ensure that the computer they are using for the online registration has a web camera. The passport photograph will then be captured by using the web-camera. You will not need to scan a photograph and upload for the registration.

v. Print out the generated Acknowledgement Letter and your Application Form. Your seat number for the Aptitude Test will be indicated on the form. 9.PUNCTUALITY
The screening process takes a lot of time because it involves biometric techniques such as finger printing. Late comers will not be screened.
Candidates who are resident outside Yenagoa are advised to come a day earlier.The University is not responsible for accommodating any candidate.

Answer: The safest/best time to purchase it, is a day after which the form is out. Avoid waiting, till the very last minute before purchasing the form. Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.

Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or inaccessible due to too much internet traffic ,so count yourself lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. I will advise you to start preparing now "I do not have time/chance, will make you spend more days trying to buy the form at the die minute"

Instructions for Completing the 2012/2013 NDU Online Clearance
Please ensure that you go to an Internet centre that is reliable with knowledgeable staff. NDU nor its agents will not be held liable for any errors.
It is YOUR RESONSIBILITY to ensure that all filled in details are accurate.
A.
1. Buy an NDU Acceptance ePin Slip from Diamond Bank NDU Main Campus, Amassoma or Diamond Bank, Sanni Abacha Road, Yenagoa in Bayelsa State.
2. Go to http://www.ndu.ac and click on (Admission/Clearance Procedures) or http://www.ndu.ac

3. Click on (Step 2: Online Clearance)
4. Your existing details filled in the Post UTME will be used. Any errors noticed by you can only be corrected through the Admissions Office.
5. You will need to fill in any required details in the empty spaces provided. Ensure you provide accurate and upto date information.
6. You will need to scan and upload the documents required in Part B below. To ensure a speedy clearance and verification process, ensure that all scanned and uploaded documents are clear and the right size.
7. To verify that your online clearance has been properly done, ensure that you preview your filled-in details at the last stage of the clearance wizard. Effect any corrections now, as making corrections later is a process.
8. When done, you will be contacted via your email, SMS or the NDU website, on when to proceed to the University for Document Screening & Verification.

The Registration Process is as follows

ii.Purchase an e-pin slip for Niger Delta University Post-UTME screening for a fee of 2,000 Naira ( two thousand Naira). The University cannot subsidize other charges such as Bank charges.

iii. Go online and log onto www.ndu.edu.ng and link the site www.ndu.ac or go directly to www.ndu.ac, and click on ‘Apply for Post-UTME screening exercise ’. Complete the online application for Post-UTME screening.

Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or inaccessible due to too much internet traffic and just to generate a form might take up to hours. so count yourself lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. This is to inform all interested candidates that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admissions into various programmes of the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro has been scheduled to hold on Friday, 27th and Saturday, 28th July, 2012.

1. Eligibility for Participation
(i) All candidates who chose the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro as first and/or second choice and scored 160 and above in the UTME for the 2012/2013 Admission Exercise are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

(ii) Those who did not choose the Polytechnic but wish to be considered for admissions to the Polytechnic and scored the afore-mentioned cut off mark are also eligible to take part in the screening exercise.

3. Instructions for purchase and completion of Post-UTME Application Forms online

(i) Screening Fee
The Screening Fee for all candidates is N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only. All Interested candidates should pay the Screening Fee in favour of Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro, in any branch of Mainstreet Bank Plc nationwide or First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Ozoro branch only, Unity Bank, Ozoro branch only and I.C. Global - Microfinance Bank, Ozoro branch only. Purchase Scratch Card from same bank.

(ii) Log on to www.dspzportal.org and click online application; then, click ND
(iii) Create a user name, enter your full name and put in your scratch card Pin Code in the fields provided and apply. Your form must be completed ONLINE
(iv) If you are successful at the Post-UTME screening, you will be required to submit the following documents to the Admission Office:

i. Five (5) recent passport photographs.
ii. Two (2) photocopies of:

· Examination result listed in the Application Form
· Certificate of Local Government of Origin
· Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
· Teller for the purchase of Post-UTME Application Form
· Two copies of your on-line Application form

The closing date for all application is Thursday, 26th July, 2012.

Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or inaccessible due to too much internet traffic and just to generate a form might take up to hours. so count yourself lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. I will advise you to start preparing now "I do not have time/chance, will make you spend more days trying to buy the form at the die minute"

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara has Scheduled Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th July, 2012 for the screening of candidates who wrote the 2012 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for the 2012/2013 academic session.
