Embedding a Google Form link in a MS Word document results in a shibboleth error. This can be replicated by doing the following: 1. Create a Word document 2. Paste a Google Forms link into the document 3. Click on the link in the Word document Users will get the error message on the page https://shibboleth.umich.edu/idp/Authn/UWLogin. There is currently no known workaround for resolving this issue. NOTE: This error does NOT occur if the link is embedded in an Open Office document or a Google Doc, or if the link is sent out via email or placed on a web page -- so the issue is likely occurring with MS Word. |
There are a number of known issues with Google Sync and Apple iOS that are detailed on Google's Mobile Help pages. One particular issue to note involves deletion behavior: When using Google Sync, if you "delete" a message on your Apple mobile device, the default action is that it will archive the message and not delete it to Trash, as you might expect. To delete the message, you need to select Enable "Delete Email As Trash" for this device in your Google Sync settings. Konica Minolta printer drivers have a bug that crashes Chrome. The Chrome team is looking at it, but the bug is in the printer driver. Potential workaround is to print without using the Print dialog box and only use the print feature within Chrome.

In M+Google Mail, canned responses do not currently work with departmental shared mailboxes. The project team is currently working on this issue and will post a resolution when one is found. |
When you invite people to an event via an MCommunity group, each invitee receives an email:  Although the email invitation looks like a typical one, clicking the Yes, No, or Maybe buttons results in an error message:  The Add to Calendar button in the invitation DOES work. The organizer will not get a "tally" in the event of who has responded/who can attend when using an MCommunity group. To avoid this, the organizer has to manually add invitees. |
