This is in regards to buying boxes of organic peaches from the western slope. I am going to Ft Collins and meeting a truck from Ella Farms on August 9 to pick up boxes of peaches for processing/freezing.

I checked with Ella Organic Farm and they are about 3 weeks ahead. Originally I had planned on beginning in September. This means that the peaches are available earlier than expected which puts the first delivery date August 9.

To order peaches: Please call or email me with the quantity of boxes you would like as soon as possible and then follow with bringing or sending money to reserve order:

20 lb box of organic peaches: $46, $2.30/lb

If you buy more than one box would be $42/bx ($2.10/lb)

I am assuming that this will cover my costs to run the van over to Ft Collins. If it does not then,in future colorado fruit transports, I will have to revisit the prices….it is an experiment and we will see how it works.

To reserve the peaches for August 9, I would need to have a deposit of at least half the cost of your order by July 20 and the rest by August 5. I wiil email a receipt when I receive the deposit.

The peaches must be picked up on Thursday evening, August 9 from 7pm -9 pm and Friday afternoon from 2pm -6 pm, August 10. If I have to hold them longer I will need to charge 5.00 per box for storage and care.

My address is:

Beth Everett
120024 Everett Drive
Scottsbluff, Ne 69361

Please spread the word about this peach transport….the costs will be covered for me if I can bring back at least 50 boxes but I have room for at least 100 plus boxes.

Let’s see if this is a good thing to offer in the area.

Thanks,

Beth
