Prayer Request for My Landlady

Mildred Banks is my 85 year old landlady and good friend. Mildred had started having health problems about a year ago, mostly related to slight anemia and a copper deficiency.

Mildred was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago, and is now back home. During the hospital stay it was determined that she has severe congestive heart failure, and she is now being seen at home by hospice.

Please keep Mildred in your prayers, and also her family as well.

Prayers for my brother Randy

My youngest brother, Randy had Fusion Surgery on his neck Monday to ease his recurring neck pain from injuries he suffered in a car accident over 20 years ago.

Today he is unable to raise his left arm at the shoulder. He is being kept at the hospital for another night as a result.

Randy is a medical lab tech, and he needs the use of both arms to do his job. Please keep him in your praers, and pray for the healing of his left shoulder.

I am 62 and live paycheck to paycheck. My car broke down and I was fired because I could not get to work. My car that I had in 1999, finally gave out. I bought another car with all of my savings. That car overheated and I brought it to a repair shop and they ruined the engine. I do not have any more money to buy a third car. My son is trying to fix the car for me. But has not been able to find out what is wrong. I now have no income coming in and my rent will be due in a few weeks. Please pray that we can find a way to fix my car, so I can find another job. I know this sounds mundane but I am 62 and am close to being homeless. Thank you for your prayers.

Urgent Prayer Request For My Good Friend Wanda

Wanda had been having severe headaches, and medications like Tylenol, etc., were not helping. She had a knot on the back of her head, and her doctor says it appeared to be a tumor on the outside of her skull, and that pressure from it was causing the headaches. She went to a neurosurgeon, and he ordered a biopsy on the knot. The results of the biopsy were not good. Wanda's doctor's say that she has Stage 4 cancer.

The doctor's feel that there is cancer somewhere else in her body for it to have metastasized to her skull. They will be doing a scan (not sure if MRI or CAT scan) to attempt to find where the cancer is, and determine what treatment options are available to them.

Please keep Wanda and her family in your prayers.

I don't even know what to say, my girls are everything to me, they always have been. My 22 year old daughter Ashley is a master manipulator. She says what you need to hear to let her do what she wants...and right now what she wants is to stick a needle in her arm. I got a call not long ago that she weighs 84 lbs. I'm so scared. I stopped talking to her on the phone because it hurts when she lies and I know it. Just this weekend I got four texts and messages that she was calling everybody begging for pain pills. I don't know what else to do. I don't want to bury my baby!!

Prayer Request For A Deceased Mother

I would like to have support for the following prayer

Mom (Henriette Billard) who was 97 had to be hospitalized for distort food roads. A pneumonia of inhalation was discovered.

Failing to treat it or to feed mom by oral route, the hospital where she was decided not to nourish her by any means and refuse to let her back home until it was sure she would die. She was then authorized to come back home within a hospital at home. She died 3 days later.

Considering that every person has the right to live whatever their age, there has been an injustice of which mom was the victim and it should be repaired( Luke 18), I ask God in the name of Jesus Christ to raise up my mother from the deads

This morning, Julie's water broke at almost 19 weeks. There is not a lot of amniotic fluid left. Julie is home for the week on bedrest.

Julie lost her first child due to miscarriage. Julie and Chris, her husband were indeed in need of healing given this loss. They were overjoyed when they were blessed again with their second child who's life is in danger now.

Please pray for this child's survival. Many doctor's are giving them their "options"... Chris and Julie wish to trust in God that whatever He wills for this child will bring greater glory to Him.

Please join them in praying that, if it be God's perfect will and His mercy, that He would allow the amniotic fluid to be restored and that their baby would be saved and in good health.

The current economic times are tough. As if that's something we didn't all know already.

It has especially hit home with me recently, as my hours at work are a long way from being full time now. I barely get 32-33 hours a week at my job, and my pay rate is not as much as it was.

I know that this is a dilemma being faced by many families and individuals around the country and around the world. I have cut back expenses everywhere I can, and don't know where else I can cut back. It's a good thing my internet is free... thanks to my landlady allowing me wireless access to her internet connection. That's all that allows me to continue these blogs.

So I am asking for your prayers for myself, and for the economic difficulties faced by so many others in these difficult times.
