When you visit a temple or church, and pray for something, you pray for the thing that you want or way to achieve it? Today, let try it this way. Ask for the way to your success instead of success itself.

There's no value in success that comes easily. Let imagine driving a car that you've worked hard for it and achieved it with your abilities and a car that you ask your parents to buy for you. Which one do you feel proud when driving? Sure, asking for an object or result is easy, but if you have to rely on someone else all the time, do you call yourself successful?

Good thing about asking for the way to success is that you've to work to get to your destination. Why is it good that you have to work? It's good because you'll feel proud t hat you get it with your own hand. It's also good because you will be able to achieve your destination any number of times you want.

When you ask for the way to success, you'll learn the 'how to' of success and be able to achieve it again and again. This alone is invaluable. If you ask for a car from your parents, you'll get only one car. On the other hand, if you pray for the way to earn money enough to buy a car, you'll be able to get the same amount of money again and again.

Think into the future. People do not satisfy with something for long because they dream. To be able to achieve your dream with your own hand is the greatest joy of a leader.

Success Is Near.

There was a saying that I've heard long ago. "Enjoy your work and you won't have to work a day." I believed in the saying since when I was a student. However, when I graduated and ready for works, I was so disappointed. The saying was a total lie to me. But, in the end, it's true when I understand it with experience.

The saying, "Enjoy your work and you won't have to work a day." means that when you enjoy your work, you'll not feel like working at all. Imagine yourself playing a game you like or doing something you enjoy. If you can be working with that feeling, you'll be the most productive person in the world. Also, if you work happily, it's guarantee that your work will be good.

When I said that it was a total lie, I mean it. There was a time that I really don't like what I was doing. I worked so hard but I didn't have any feeling for it. I was forcing myself to wake up every morning. For sure, my result was not good at all. It had to do with my attitude toward the job. It was not the fault of anyone or anything but me.

It's just a matter of attitude. Whether the work is good or bad, it's up to you to look at it the way you want. I was blaming on all kind of reasons that the job was not suited for me. In reality, it was me that's not suited to any job with my attitude like that. It may sound hard, but it's true. Choose it yourself. Be happy with your work and success will come so near that you can feel it.

When you hear that your friend's business is going so well, what are you thinking? Do you feel jealous? Do you feel that he does not deserve it or you feel happy for him? We've talked about 'The law of attraction' before. We've also talked about the power of 'Thank you'. Today, we're going into another part of the law.

When you hear about other people's successes, you should feel positive about them. If you feel negative about good fortunes of others, you are sending signal to your subconscious that the things that have happened are also negative. You are making your subconscious try to avoid receiving the good fortunes because you feel that the good fortunes are negative. In short, jealousy brings misfortune to anyone who has it.

On the other hand, if you feel positive about success of others, your subconscious will receive the signal that the situations are good and you should get some too. From the 'law of attraction' point of view, when you feel happy for the others, you are attracting the same happiness to yourself at much greater power than when sending negative signals out. To amplify the result, successful people will always be happy when they hear about other people's successes and eager to learn how they've done it. They always think that "If he or she can do it, I can do it too.".

To be able to feel happy with other is not hard. For some, you may have to change yourself. To some, it's just a natural thing to do. The secret to making you feel happy about other people's successes is 'Love them'. It's so easy to be happy for someone you love. So, it goes back to the basic of 'love'. You just have to love people all around you and you'll think good of them naturally. Start today, think good about people around you, the love will come back to you, multiplied.

Have You Used It? (In The Right Job)

I just heard a scoop on radio. It was talking about an article on Forbes.com. The article was about celebrities who are under 30 years old and making the most income last year. The winner is Beyonce. She made about $87 millions last year. When I heard the scoop, I was thinking that if there are people who are making $30,000 a year while there are some that make almost a hundred million a year, there is something to think about here.

From the above paragraph, I think that there are 2 issues here that we need to think about. The first one is "Have we work hard enough?” The second is "If we work hard enough, have we put our effort in the right job?" And when we can answer both questions, we will have used our full potential.

I think that both questions are equally important. Winners do work hard and work in a smart way. They'll the most result out of their effort. On the other hands, losers take the second question as an excuse for the first question. If you don't get it, think about the following sentence. "I will not put my effort into it unless I know that it's worth it."

The sentence sounds good and reasonable. However, if you think about it carefully, it's like saying that "I will not plant this seed unless I know that it will grow into a tree". For sure, you know that if you plant some seeds, they'll grow. But, you cannot know which seed will grow and which will not, unless you grow it. If you don't put your effort into anything, how will you know that anything will work?

Sure, we don't want to waste our effort and we can never be too careful. But, don't let it go to over thinking and prevent you from pursuing your dream.

I just want to share the inspiration to achieve higher success. Many times, people just need a drive to achieve great things. Everyone has the skills and talents to do big things. It's just the heart that's not enough, yet. 'Love' is the key.

People tend to work better and achieve better result when they're doing something for others people, with love. Think about this, a person in love is so strong that he can do anything for the one he love. Parents love their children selflessly that they, sometime, can achieve something only true heroes can. Any parents, if given a choice, will protect their children over themselves.

Let take some light example. Last week, I had to travel from my home to the other side of town. I drove for about 1 hour through the traffic. I felt tired a bit when I reached the destination. Looking back, I drove the same road and distance when I was trying to please my spouse when I first met her. You know what, when I reached the destination, I felt so refreshing that I was going to see her. How are they differing?

The different were the reasons. I could do anything for my loved one, but not for my boss (Ha ha ha, hope he's not reading). If you remember the feeling, I believe that it's quite the same between us. You know that for love, you can do anything. That's the most positive drive for you to achieve something better for the life of someone you love. Whether it be your children, spouse or parents, do something for them that you'll be proud you did.

Don't forget the love. You can spare some time to spend with the one you love. Enjoy it. Make them the most special people in the world because you love them.

Yours or Others' Attitude Toward You?

Continued from yesterday, the main topic that will decide how you look at yourself is whether you do it or let other people do it for you. Should 'Self Image' be something that you decide for yourself? I think the answer is 'yes' or it'll not be called 'Self Image' but rather 'Others Image of Me'. It easy to understand that way but is it that way for you?

Most of the people let the others decide who they are. If you know what you're doing and know that you are doing the right thing, you should not let others judge you. The key to strong 'Self Image' is 'Love'. Do you love yourself? Do you care yourself? If you don't even love yourself, how can you love other people? Unless you know in your heart that you have enough value to be loved, 'Self Image' won't be there.

Many people in the society can't have their own stand point because they tend to go with the flow and lose themselves in the process. However, successful people are not people who go with the flow. They are the people who create that flow. They're called 'Leaders'. Now, why do people have to go with the flow?

People will try to blend in with other people. That's the way of human. It's good because there're less conflicts but it's the best to be differentiated without conflicts. You don't have to be exactly the same as others t get accepted. As long as you are kind and understanding, people will be attracted to you. Be yourself!

When you're able to stand on your feet and can ignore others ideas of you, you are on the road to becoming another successful person. Lead your life the way you want and people will follow. That's the way it works. People with self-esteem have good characteristic and make people around them feel that they're reliable.

In summary, be confident of yourself. Don't let others' ideas of you change you. Each person will have different idea of you, but none of them are responsible for your life. Only you are responsible, so take control and be proud that you are you. People will know and they'll follow you in no time.

The Final Key of Success.

Have you ever noticed that successful people always have good traits about them? For a person to be successful, he or she must have at least one good point that makes them special. Is it true? In fact, may be not. You may have noticed that successful people really have a reason to be successful, but many of them will tell you that they're just normal people.

My opinion on this matter is that everyone has many reasons to be successful. I mean everyone because everyone is unique. There are no two persons that are exactly the same, not even twins. Why doesn't everyone be successful then? That's because not everyone has a good self image.

People with good self image have high self-esteem. They treat themselves with respect. They know that they have reasons to be successful and reasons to be proud of. Unless you feel that you are good and deserve to be successful, nobody will think that you deserve to be successful. It shows through your actions, but originates from your attitude of yourself.

Self image is a result of your attitude toward yourself. People with good self image will never be moved by others people's comments. They will take the comments, observe themselves, and able to identify the fake from true comments. The topic is very interesting yet takes time to explain in details. Before I leave you for the day, take the following paragraph to your consideration and we'll talk about it tomorrow.

I am not what I think I am.
I am not what you think I am.
I am what I think you think I am.

A Fine Name To Live Up To.

Today, we will learn more about techniques to build leaders. The name of the technique today is "A fine name to live up to". You may be able to make something out from the name. Trust me, it's easy to understand but deeper than you might think. This technique utilizes the law of attraction or better called "The law of expectation" in this case.

There was a very well-known experiment on 'expectation'. In the experiment, two teachers were given a group of students each to teach for a semester. Before the experiment began, the teachers were told that the first group of students is better-than-average group and the second group is lower-than-average group in term of study. The students did not know anything about this experiment, so they studied normally.

After a semester, the result came out. The teacher who was responsible for the first group was so happy that his group was able to perform very well academically. On the other hand, another group did not perform so well and the teacher was saying that it's inevitable because the students were below average. They were revealed that the grouping was random. There were no such things as better or below average groups.

What happened was the expectation of teachers that influence the students to act the way they acted. This is applicable in building leader in a sense that your leader will perform so well depends on how you think and expect from them. And, I don't mean that you should be expecting and forcing them to do as good as you want. It does not work that way.

To apply this technique, you have to believe it from your heart that the persons you want to use this technique on is truly a great leader that can develop much further than present. You'll show your feeling to them without knowing and they'll also receive that expectation subtly. To your amaze, they will be acting the way you think they will after a period of time.

Looking the other way, you can use this technique on yourself by believing that you are a great person. Instead, this is called "Self-Image." It means your attitude toward yourself. Tomorrow, we will talk more about 'Self-image'.

This is a technique that is used widely to build leaders. The Essence of this technique is to make a person want to improve himself. With this technique, you don't have to force someone to improve himself. He will do it on his own to achieve something higher.

Let me explain this technique through an example. If you have a friend that you usually go with him everywhere. One day he visits a very nice sport club that celebrities like to attend. However, there's a condition that only allow people with more than $10,000 monthly income to join. Now, if you want to join and you're making something close to $9,000 monthly income. What would you do? Try to achieve it, right?

This technique is applicable to determined leader who always get thing done. People are built this way by giving them inspiration to achieve something higher. It does not work on the faint of heart, but for true leader it's quite fun. Determined leaders like to set goal. So, this technique is very applicable to them. They’ll do it on their own without having to tell them in the face.

The logic behind this technique is based upon the personality of leaders. It's somehow like throwing a challenge to them. True leaders don't back down from a beneficial challenge. This means that the challenge in itself is beneficial not necessarily the reward. Tomorrow, we will talk about another technique I call "name to live up to".

In the field of self-development, you also have ABC. Today, we will learn of the ABCD that lead to achievements. It's so simple and easy to remember that you'll say "Now I know my ABC."

The first step to start you off is 'Aim'. Aim means set your goal. Aim for a challenging goal, a goal that you will have to reach out to obtain. A goal that you can get without having to try is not worthwhile. You'll not grow anywhere if your goal is not high enough. But, don't make it too high that you don't think that you will achieve it at all.

Second step is 'Believe'. You should have beliefs if you are to achieve your goal. You must believe in yourself. That's the most important. A million people can believe that you can achieve your goal. But if one and only one person don't believe it, and that person happened to be you, you'll not achieve anything. Believe in yourself, your dream and your team, and the goal is not far.

Third step is 'Consult'. When you set your goal, don't just rush it blindly. You should always know what you're doing. To achieve anything, you need the heart and brain to do it. Consult someone who have achieved the same thing before. He/she'll be able to guide you to your dream using less resource. That's mean time and money to achieve your dream.

The last step is 'Do it'. The one you've waiting for, right? With the goal set in stone, with heart full of belief, with proper knowledge and preparations, you're now on the path to achieve your dream, so ‘Do it’. Do it with all your strength and never give up. This way, there's no dream that's impossible to you.

Be Excited.

I can keep on talking about leadership all day long. There are so many details on this topic to talk about. And, it's one of the most enjoyable topics also. Today topic is simple and easy to understand. On contrary, it's so important that you cannot ignore it at all. Atmosphere of the team all depends on this.

You may ask, "why is it important to be excited?” In fact, it's so important. Imagine that you in a room with your boss. You know that your boss is reliable and sharp. However, every time you look at him, he has on his face that looks like the world will be crumbling at anytime soon. Even if you know that he is sharp, it's inevitable to feel worry. For other people who don't know him, it's worse.

Let do this the other way around. Let's imagine that you are working with a new friend who is always smiling confidently. Every time you are in trouble, you can turn around and see that he is there and excited to solve the problem. You do not know that he's good or not, but it makes you feel that you can trust him. That's the trait of a leader.

When a leader is excited, everyone in the team will feel lively. You can see that from the situations above. A leader who turns pale at the face of obstacles will not earn trust from the team. Keep it simple, be excited at all time. Be full of energy even if you feel down. Don't forget, in the face of troubles, the team will look up to their leader.

Bring Out The Needs And Answer Them.

Yesterday, we talked about open up the heart of people. First you need to listen to them and hear what they have to say. The next step is to answer their needs. People will follow you if they get something out of it. This doesn't necessary means money of objects. It may be just the feeling of happiness or the joy of doing it. Anyway, if you want people to do something, you'll have to find out the 'click' to make them take action.

To start it off, you have to be on the correct attitude. It's impossible to drive people to do something they don't want and get a good result. If you have to force them to do your things, you are not a leader, but a boss. The most important attitude is that the actions should be beneficial to both sides. You are not to be the only party that gains. This will not happen. In summary, you have to answer to their needs for them to answer to your needs.

By listening, you'll learn more about people and what they want. This is not hard, but must be practiced. When you learn of their needs, offer what they will get from joining your dream. I don't mean to offer money or payments every time. The return should best be mutual benefits from the actions. Don't forget, be fair. You don't want them to do anything that will only benefit you alone.

For example, a supervisor may want his subordinates to corporate in company training. He may talk to his subordinate about how they can improve themselves and get the jobs done more efficiently, which in the end leads to bigger bonus or promotion. Another example, a father can ask his son to clean up his own room regularly, so they'll have to spend time on holidays cleaning. This way the son will have time to enjoy holiday with his parents elsewhere.

Those are just some examples of mutual benefits. You can try to talk to more people and start learning about them. You'll soon see that many times people will just be happy to do something for you for the sake of doing it.

Open The Hearts of People.

Of course, if you have a vision people will tends to follow you, but not everyone! Some people will become obstacles to you in your quest for success. What you have to do is decide it. Decide whether you will give up because of them or continue to pursue your dream. If your answer is the latter, read on.

When people become obstacles, many of the times, you can just leave them there and find the others. For example, a great sale does not have to sell to everybody he meets. He just has to sell to enough people to get the result he wants. Remember this, "Some Will, Some Won't, So What." However, if the human obstacle you are facing is fatal to your success, you will have to persuade him/her.

To persuade someone, it's not tricking the person into believing you. It's the matter of whether they understand you or not. The key to this is sincerity and 'breaking the ice'. You have to open the heart of the person. This may be done in many ways, but remember the key. It's sincerity. I don't believe in tricking people. If it's something beneficial to them, they'll listen to you eventually.

First, you have to 'Listen'. Yes, not speaking but listening will help you, a lot. By listen to people, you'll learn more about them and eventually learn of what they want and value. When you know this, you will need to only speak a little but touch the spot. Many people fail at this step. They think that to persuade people, they need to talk, talk and talk. In the end, not a single person will listen to him.

"People don't care what you know, unless they know that you care."

That's the first step to open up the heart of people. It sounds simple, but also the hardest step. Practice it well and we will continue this topic tomorrow.

Power of A Vision.

I've received comments that the topic on 'Leadership' is so much wanted here. So, I decided to continue on this the topic of 'leadership' for the time being. More over, I also enjoy talking about this topic when it comes to 'Self Development'. The topic today is key idea of 'Leadership'. "Why should people follow you?" If you can answer this question, you can lead anyone anywhere.

Not so many people have dreams. Even less try to achieve their dream. That's why only a handful of people are on the front line trying to achieve their dreams. Those people are called 'Leaders'. They know what they want and they lead people to help them achieve their dream with cooperation. This is possible because they have visions.

Who like to watch sports? Who like to watch concert? People with dreams will shine anywhere they go. People will follow them, respect for them and admire them. They are people with visions. They know what they want and they inspire other to do the same. You can see that a popular athlete can inspire people to play the same sport. Great singer will inspire people to become singer like them.

To be a leader, you must have visions. You must set a goal so high and try to achieve it with all your might. It will, undoubtedly, inspire people to follow you. Moreover, the dream must be a good cause and beneficial to other people. This may be a hard concept to understand in short time. But, to put it simply, inspire others to follow you by setting a goal as a starting point.

Be An Example.

Yesterday, we talked about 'Leadership'. It's a worthwhile topic to be talking about if you aim to be successful in life. One cannot soar high without supports from people. Being a leader, you must understand that a leader is someone who can influence people in some way. Good leader will influence good things to happen to their follower. The best method to do that is being an example.

People usually follow someone or something knowing it or not. Babies learn to talk and walk by seeing the example from parents. Students learn by following what the teachers show them. New employees learn the job from the examples showed by the seniors. That's the way things work. We all learn something from examples one way or another.

Being a leader is to set good example for people to follow. You can tell a child everything you want them to do, but they will do what you do. That's because actions speak louder than words. If a manager wants the subordinates to come to work early, he should be the first to do so. If you want your children to keep their room clean, you should keep your room clean first.

You can look another way around. If you are an employee and your boss is someone without discipline at all. How long can you keep yourself in discipline? True leader leads by example not words. They will always be in the front row and do what they want others to do. Don't forget that "Actions speak louder than words."

Leaders know that they're the most important people in any team. I do not mean that leader should brag or being self-centered. But, the atmosphere, the teamwork, the attitude of the team all depend on the leaders. Tomorrow we will talk more into leadership, especially being an example. Today, I want you to wathc the clip and think about it.

Leader is someone who influences other people to follow them to their vision. Attitude is one of the most important attribute to be influenced by leader. Thus, good leader will be able to influence good attitudeto their team. If something go wrong, look for the fault in yourself first. It may be something you did or din't.

Do You Aware When It Come?

To be successful in life, it's inevitable that you must at least grab an opportunity. The opportunity may be given and found. The problem is that do you know that an opportunity is an opportunity. And, even if you know, doing nothing will result in the same thing as you don't know. I have a story to share that may make you aware of how opportunity comes and goes.

There was a beautiful mansion just outside a city. In this mansion, there was a master of the house and his wife living together. The master was an ugly man with vulgar personality. In contrast, his wife was such a fine lady who was considered to be very beautiful even at her age. There was not a single day that the master did not scold the wife for some minute matters.

The maid who was serving the lady of the house was so puzzled at why their master decided to live together. She once asked her lady, "Why did you marry the master? Someone as beautiful like you can make any man bow down to your feet. Why should you choose someone so vulgar?” The lady smiled back at the maid and asked her to do a task for her.

The lady asked the maid to pick out the most beautiful flower in the garden for her. However, there were rules. The maid can stroll in the garden at her pace and pick only one flower. She can only walk straight and cannot turn back. The maid confirmed that "So, I can only pick one flower and never turn back to any flower that I've passed?" The lady nodded slowly.

The maid was enjoying her time choosing the most beautiful flower. She thought that the sunflower was very nice. Also, the white rose was so charming. The carnation was very blooming beautifully. When she became aware, she has reached the end of the garden and hadn't picked any flower yet, so she looked around and picked out a flower with offensive odor (Typhonium trilobatum Schott).

The lady was waiting at the end of the garden and smiles softly at her maid. "Now, you know why, right? It's too late for me, but you still have time. Don't waste your opportunity.” the lady said.

How About Self Motivation?

We all want motivation. While following our dream, we will somewhere face with discouragement and challenges. If we prevail, then OK. If not, we have to get back up somehow. That's when motivation comes in. We receive motivation and return on our feet once again. But, if you notice, successful people don't need motivation. They can self-motivate.

Motivation is always appreciated. Friends and family are the best sources of motivation. When people support us in our quest for the dreams, they cannot fight for us but rather give us motivation. The fight is ours and motivations are like fuel to keep us going. What happen when we ran out of fuel? We become discourage and fall down on our knee unable to continue.

Without motivation and encouragement, people tend to forget their dream and forfeit their right to success. Though we may find motivation from friends and other medias, they're not always available for us when we need it. Think about it. How many friends will be there for you if you keep on relying on them for motivation all the time? The solution is that you should be able to motivate yourself.

Self-Motivation is the best asset to any dreamer. They may fall down but will always get back up on their feet anytime without the need to rely on anyone. Successful people use their dream as motivation, so if your dream is big enough that you cannot even dare to forfeit it; you already are able to motivate yourself. Another path to self-motivation is 'Positive Thinking'. As long as you think of obstacle in positive direction, you'll not fall.

In conclusion, motivations are good but to certain extent. Unless you can motivate yourself, you'll only rely on other people to motivate you. As long as you have to rely on others, you'll not achieve your dream because the motivation will run out someday. If you have a big dream and think positively, you'll have nothing to fear.

A Phrase to Change Your Life.

Thank you for reading my article. I really appreciate your interest in my work. I am so happy to know that my article will be able to help people achieve their dream. My appreciation cannot be expressed in words, so these are just parts of my feeling of 'Thank You'.

How do you feel? I know that I am happy to be able to 'Thank You'. On the other hand, the people who receive a 'Thank You' also feel happy, right? These words are so powerful that they change life a lot of people life from good to better and greater. It's so simple yet powerful way to achieve your dream that you should practice it regularly.

In the DVD 'The Secret' that I talked about earlier, Rhonda said that if there's only one thing that you'll remember from this DVD, let it be 'Thank You'. When you say 'Thank You', you are expressing your appreciation to something that you like and that will bring more of it to you. In the same process, if you keep on complaining about something, you'll get more of it also.

From the relationship point of view, 'Thank You' always makes people who hear it feel better about you and about them. The key is that if you make people feel better about them, they'll like you more. However, the trick to successful use of 'Thank You' is 'sincerity'. It should not be faked when you thank people.

This technique may seem simple, but it also hard to do regularly. It needs practice. You can start from simple task like say 'thank you' every time you wake up that you're still alive and healthy, so you can pursue your dream. The lesson is that 'Great people are great because of the mass'. No, I'm not talking about the weight that makes them great (in size). I'm talking about crowd of people who benefit from great deeds from great men.

Successful people are accepted and respected by people all around. That is because the deeds that they've done have benefited a large group of people. The more people are better, the more successful they become. Any great deed is great in itself, but it'll be much greater once accepted by majority of people.

I mention that I realize this when I play Tetris because Tetris is one of the most well-known game in the world. The game is great and fun in itself. However, it becomes so popular because there are people playing it. The game designer that created the game is accepted as a genius, and he is. But, without people playing the game, no matter how great it is, it's nothing.

There is a saying that I’ve heard about this topic, it says:
“Success is measured by the number of people that better off because you’re alive.”

If you want to become successful in anything that you do, don't forget the most important thing. As long as what you're doing, whatever your goal is, if people are better off because of it, you'll be successful. The more people you help, the greater your deed becomes. So, dream big anddo it.

Buy It Full Price.

I don't want to discourage anybody, but I still have to tell all of you that it's not easy to achieve a dream. As long as you believe in your dream, you'll be able to achieve it. However, don't expect it to just pop out from nowhere in front of you. If it does happen, it'll have no value worthy of being your dream.

If you want to achieve your dream, dedicate your heart and mind to it. Pay the price of success because you'll have to pay something whether you want to or not. And, I can assure you that the price of failure is much higher. The key is ‘do not cheat your dream’. Pay the full price and you'll be proud that you did.

I have a story to share with you on this topic below.

A fat man was trying to lose his weight. One day, he found a clinic that claim to be able to help him lose weight within 2 weeks. He asked about the detail of the course and price. The price was $2,000. He thought that it was expensive, but it should work, so he applied for the course.

He was told to stay in a room. A few minutes later, a strikingly beautiful woman came into the room and told him that he should chase her within the room for 1 hour. If he manages to catch her, he can do anything to her. Of course, the man was running with all his strength, but the woman still managed to escape.

After a week, the fat man was quite satisfied with the course because he has lost some weight. He told his friends about the clinic. One of his friends has visited the clinic on the next day and would like to apply for the same course. However, he refused to pay $2,000 and demand that it should be reduced to $1,000.

After a long negotiation, the clerk gave up and showed him to a room. A few minutes later, a black muscular guy has entered the room and told him that he should escape him within the room for 1 hour. If the guy manages to catch him, the guy can do anything to him.

Unless you pay the same price, you'll not get the same thing. Now, you choose: full price or half price?

Warrior of Your Own World.

It's been quite a while that I share with you a video clip on the site. Today, I found a clip that teaches fundamental aspects of life very well. The clip presents those teaching along the movie "Gladiator". Though it seemed plain at first, but it's very well done and full of invaluable teaching. If we can use just parts of this clip in our daily life, our life will become much better.

Learn them with your heart and fight for your dream as one of the 'Gladiator' of your own world.

The Technique of True Leader.

In our group of entrepreneur friends, we have a program .

called 'Book of the month' In this program, we share a book that we've proven to be worth reading each month. This month, we propose a classic book name 'Whale Done! : The Power of Positive Relationships'. After I've read the book, I have to agree that this book is for a true leader.

If you are a father or mother, a supervisor or higher or if you are in a position that have to supervise someone, you should read this book. The techniques present in the book are invaluable in guiding people to do what you want with their best potential.

You can imagine yourself a subordinate that would make you angry. What would you do? Scold him? Shout at him? Cut his salary? Will those actions make them want to do better? Will they make your relationship with him better or worse? If you can guide them to do what you want, while the relationship is even better, will you do it? If you can pull out the full potential of your subordinate while make them like you more, will you be happy?

This book will tell you just that and you'll be astonished at how easy working with people can be. For me, the techniques in the book help my business very much. I can negotiate with the customers much easier with less resistance. I can teach and guide my subordinate without the risk of hurting their egos. Life has become much easier to live. Read it and you'll be amazed like me.

You'll feel like confined in a closed room with so little air to breath. Sometimes, you are not able to stand up and fight it back. Sometimes, you may feel lonely and left in fear. Those are what people feel when they are in trouble. Unless, you stop worry and get up, you'll never get out of any trouble. But don't forget that "When God Close One Door, New Door Will Open".

There was an old man living alone in a house. One evening, when he was asleep, there was a very strong earthquake. The old man got up and rushed to the door. However, the door could not be open because the frame was tilted, so the door was shut tight. The house was shaking as if it will crumble at any minute. The old man was in panic and he thought that "It's the end for me". When he turned around to rest peacefully on his bed, he found that the wall on the other side has fallen and it's free to just leave the house on the side.

That story above is depicting the situation anyone would feel when they are in trouble. However, every time there is a problem, there is a solution. All you have to do is be strong, calm down, and look for the new door. There's no such thing as impossible. Unless you believe in miracle, it will not happen.

Have faith in yourself. Miracle is earned and not given. If you believe that there are always solutions to a problem, you'll never find yourself confined in a closed room anymore.
