Uma verdadeira enciclopédia de maravilhosas receitas à moda antiga, vou tentar fazer pelo menos uma receita por mês desse livro e postar com a nossa opinião em relação ao resultado final.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A primeira receita que fiz foi Bacalhau no forno à nortenha (receita n.º 1073), o sabor ficou excelente e foi extremamente fácil seguir as instruções. Não copiamos a receita por não conter quantidade de ingredientes e o bacalhau que compramos foram lombos congelados que já vinham com o teor de sal controlado, portanto não foi necessário dessalgar. Na receita original não está escrito que se deve escorrer o molho antes de colocar o puré de batata, mas caso não o fizessemos o puré ficava completamente banhado e ensopado. Não deixei o puré corar no forno, pois gostamos de puré&amp;nbsp;sem tostar muito e servi com colheres de molho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Enxugam-se completamente os lombos de bacalhau com um pano, de modo que fiquem bem secos por fora. Barram-se por todos os lados com a banha e colocam-se num tabuleiro fundo, de preferência de barro, sobre uma camada de duas cebolas em rodelas, dois alhos esmagados e pedaços de duas folhas de louro. (Disseram-me que o meio faz muito mal à saúde então retiro sempre) Cobrem-se os lombos com outra camada de cebola às rodelas, os alhos restantes&amp;nbsp;esmagados e o louro. Salpicam-se com pimenta e o sal, regam-se primeiro com o leite e depois com o azeite, que os cubram quase por completo, e vai ao forno moderado (170.º C, pré-aquecido), regando-os volta e meia com colheradas de molho. Quando estiver quase pronto, escorrer o molho para uma molheira, rodeiam-se&amp;nbsp;os lombos com puré de batata e regressa ao forno para acabar de cozer e tostar levemente o puré.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Os autores sugerem que em vez do puré podem empregar-se batatas em quartos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Opinião do meu marido: o melhor bacalhau de sempre (não é grande apreciador mas está a aprender a gostar), para mim estava óptimo, mas sou supeita pois adoro lombos de bacalhau.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Infelizmente nem metade das vezes que cozinhamos frango tiramos fotografias, pois cá em casa cozinhamos de todas as&amp;nbsp;maneiras e&amp;nbsp;feitios e de vez em quando até inventamos um pouquinho ao acrescentar frutas como o abacate e ou a manga. Nem sempre fica bom, temos que ser sinceros, mas se não experimentarmos nunca vamos descobrir.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Uma das receitas que faço muito em casa e com segurança sei que nunca corre mal é o Frango Assado dos 30ml. Demos este nome por três ingredientes terem esta medida, duas de azeite e uma de vinho branco.&amp;nbsp;Faço sempre arroz frito (só com manteiga) para acompanhar e saladinhas de alface e frutas que tenha em casa. Foi o nosso almoço este domingo:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 30ml de Azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 8 batatas médias&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1 colher de sopa de massa de pimentão&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1/2 colher de chá de sal grosso&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- orégãos secos q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 30ml de Azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1 Frango (ao frango retirei meio peito e uma sobrecoxa para fazer uma canjinha :-))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1 colher de sopa de massa de pimentão&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 30ml de vinho branco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1/2 colher de chá de sal grosso&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 2 folhas de louro&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Descascar as batatas, lavar e cortar em gomos. Verter 30ml de azeite numa forma de alumínio de ir ao forno, colocar as batatas, a colher de sopa de massa de pimentão e o sal grosso, com um pincel de cozinha misturar bem todos os ingredientes até as batatas ficarem com um tom avermelhado. Polvilhar todas as batatas com orégões secos. À parte cortar o frango em pedacinhos, cortar a gordura mais acumulado e colocar na travessa. Num medidor juntar 30ml de azeite, a outra colher de massa de pimentão, o louro picado e&amp;nbsp;o sal. Pincelar o frango com o preparado, virar as peças de frango e pincelar. Por fim, juntar no mesmo medidor 30 ml de vinho branco e mexer bem para aproveitar o que ainda resta do preparado e verter por toda a assadeira. Levar ao forno durante 20 minutos, virar o frango e mexer as batatas e levar&amp;nbsp;ao forno mais 20&amp;nbsp;minutos. Servir com arroz e salada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

É sempre assim, quando começa um novo ano eu sempre faço novos planos. Emagrecer, fazer exercício, postar todos os dias&amp;nbsp;no blog,... Pois é&amp;nbsp;e já estou a falhar.&amp;nbsp;A semana começou ontem e ainda não postei nada, nem fotografias tirei às novas refeições, então decidi criar metas mais realistas. Postar, pelo menos,&amp;nbsp;2 vezes por mês, fazer exercício 2 vezes por semana, emagrecer 2Kgs por mês,... E está a resultar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Criei uma agenda personalizada com uma capa A5 e imensos separadores coloridos, com vários assuntos a organizar na minha vida. Tenho separador com agenda semanal, separador com despesas dispendidas por mês, separador do blog, separador de receitas a experimentar, separador de aniversários por mês, separador de dieta, separador de ideias que me surgem de repente,... Há separadores para tudo e mais alguma coisa. Sinto que me estou a organizar. Até fiquei com mais tempo para mim e o meu marido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aconselho-vos a fazer o mesmo. Pela manhã perguntei ao meu marido que bolo deveria levar para o lanche e este respondeu-me está bem. Concluí que mais uma vez não estava a prestar a atenção total a mim e só ouviu tarde e bolo. Fui para a cozinha sem ideias e com o meu marido a pedir para eu ir jogar Call of Duty com ele. Fiz a massa de bolo que normalmente faço e coloquei canela, aroma de laranja e pinhões. Tudo sabores que me lembram o Natal. Como o meu marido estava constantemente aflito para que eu fosse jogar, esqueci-me completamente que tinha colocado os pinhões e coloquei as pepitas de chocolate. Foi um erro muito saboroso e feliz, porque quase não se sentia o sabor dos pinhões no bolo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Acrescentar o aroma de laranja a canela e os pinhões e mexer suavemente com a colher de pau. Juntar as pepitas de chocolate e o fermento e mexer mais uma vez suavemente. Verter para uma forma de silicone ou untar e enfarinhar uma forma de alumínio e verter. Levar ao forno durante 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
- 1dl vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 folha de loureiro&lt;br /&gt;

Num tacho colocar o alho partido a meio, o azeite e a cebola às rodelas finas, fritar um pouco o peixe rapidamente dos dois lados. Preparar os tomates congelados, passar por água quente e retirar a pele, cortar aos pedaços grosseiros e juntar&amp;nbsp;à maruca, com o vinho branco, a folha de louro e sal grosso. Deixar estufar lentamente em lume brando. Descascar as batatas partir a meio e cozer em&amp;nbsp;água e sal. Por fim, antes de servir colocar no estufado azeitonas às rodelas finas. Nunca comi um prato com bacalhau que me desiludisse e a mim me parece que um prato de bacalhau é cozinhado de maneira diferente por cada pessoa. Como não é uma carne que facilmente se encontra no talho e sendo caseiro não resisti a comprar 1/4 do cabrito. A minha parte foi a traseira, então lembrei-me de assar a perna com alecrim e servir com um arrozinho de chouriço. Valeu cada tostão que paguei pois estava mesmo tenrinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Num refratário para levar a forno colocar o azeite e os alhos cortados em rodelas&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;colocar&amp;nbsp;o cabrito por cima. Por fim regar com o&amp;nbsp;vinho e por cima do cabrito&amp;nbsp;pousar o ramo de alecrim fresco.&amp;nbsp;Levar ao forno ate alourar os dois lados&amp;nbsp;da perna do&amp;nbsp;cabrito.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para acompanhar fiz:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Batatas fritas aos cubos (de compra)&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;: fritar as batatas, escorrer em papel de cozinha e salguar. Na travessa verter o molho do cabrito em cima das batatas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;em&gt;Arroz frito de chouriço&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/u&gt;: Num tacho colocar&amp;nbsp;um dente de alho&amp;nbsp;picado,&amp;nbsp;1/4 de chouriço de colorau cortado aos cubos&amp;nbsp;e um pouco de azeite, deixar o alho ganhar cor e acrecentar o arroz. Mexer bem&amp;nbsp;e acrescentar o dobro de água quente e salgar. Deixar que a água desapareça e servir.&lt;br /&gt;

Na liquidificadora bata/triture as cenouras em rodelas, as gemas e o óleo.&amp;nbsp;Após a cenoura se encontrar em pasta, verta o preparado para um recipiente, junte o açúcar e mexa. Aos poucos junte a farinha, o fermento&amp;nbsp;e continue a mexer vigorosamente. Por fim, junte, suavemente as claras. Verta em forma quadrada e leve ao forno a 180.º durante 40 minutos. Deixe arrefecer. Derreta os chocolates, juntamente com as natas em banho maria. Corte um pedaço de bolo para as campas e reserve. Corte a meio o bolo&amp;nbsp;e recheie. Por fim cubra todo o blo com chocolate, e divirta-se a enfeitar&amp;nbsp;com as campas, as bolachas e as gomas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Sempre que ia rabiscar um afazer cumprido, esta tarefa saltava à vista como se tivesse escrito a néon. Já quase a terminar as curtas férias fui para a cozinha decidida a fazer as bolachas, foi quando me apercebi que não tinha escolhido nenhuma receita para seguir. Fui pesquisar às toneladas de revistas que tenho (nunca são demais) e descobri esta receita, bem fácil. Escusado será dizer que a dieta foi-se no momento em que as bolachas saíram do forno. Apenas acrescentei o fermento que acrescentei antes de separar as massas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ligue o forno a 180º C. Coloque um folha de papel vegetal ou tapete silicone no tabuleiro. Bata a manteiga com o açúcar, adicione o ovo e bata mais. Junte a farinha e amasse. Divida a massa a meio e em uma das partes junte o cacau e bata mais um pouquinho. Faça três rolos com cada massa e sobreponha-os alternando as cores. Pressione formando um só rolo. Corte-o em rodelas e coloque-as no tabuleiro. Leve ao forno durante 15 minutos. Retire e servia após esfriar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 Pernil de Porco com 1Kg&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Preaqueça o forno a 180.º C. Num refratário para ir ao forno&amp;nbsp;espalhe uma colher de azeite e a cebola em rodelas.&amp;nbsp;Faça cortes&amp;nbsp;profundos pelo pernil.&amp;nbsp;Pegue em todos os outros ingredientes e junte, com esta massa pincele o pernil, incluíndo as pequenas aberturas que fez previamente. Prepação: 10 minutos&lt;br /&gt;
Cozedura: 20 minutos&lt;br /&gt;
Para 2  pessoas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 pares de asas de  frango&lt;br /&gt;
1 chávena pequena de molho de soja (45ml)&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho  esmagado&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sopa de hermesetas líquida&lt;br /&gt;
4 c. chá de ervas aromáticas  (anis, pimenta, canela, cravinho, erva-doce)&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. chá de gengibre fresco  ralado (usei gengibre em pó)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar todos os ingredientes num recipiente.  Deixar marinar de 2 a 3 horas, misturando 1 ou 2 vezes, durante esse  tempo.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno num recipiente refratário e assar em grill. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Quando as asas estiverem a borbulhar (5 a 10  minutos) deve-se virá-las e deixar tostar do outro lado durante mais 5 ou 10  minutos. Servir.&lt;br /&gt;

Fiz com os mesmos ingredientes 4 pares de asas  de frango.  Receita para todas as etapas da dieta Dukan. Não consegui gostar do  sabor, adocicado e simplesmente estranho, podia ter diminuído a quantidade de  molho de soja.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;tbody&gt;

- 1 c. chá de alho em pó&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 c. chá de pimentão vermelho em pó&lt;br /&gt;
- 8 sementes de cardomomo&lt;br /&gt;
- sal grosso q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 folhas de louro&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/4 copo de champagne&lt;br /&gt;
- sementes de sesamo q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Temperei os pequenos pedaços de frango com o sumo de limão, o alho, o pimentão, as sementes de cardomomo e o louro&amp;nbsp;partidos em pedaçinhos, o sal&amp;nbsp;e o champagne. Deixei marinar. Após algumas horas acrescentei as sementes de sésamo e misturei bem. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 2dl de leite&lt;br /&gt;
- 2dl de natas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque numa tigela o leite condensado e junte os ovos batidos ligeiramente. Adicione o leite, as natas e incorpore tudo muito bem com a vara de arames.&lt;br /&gt;
Verta o preparado em recipientes refratários e leve ao forno a 190.ºC, durante cerca de 35 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Retire depois de cozido, deixe arrefecer e sirva o creme. Mantenha no frigorifíco após arrefecer. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eu e o meu marido gostamos mais deste creme após passar um dia no frigorífico.&lt;br /&gt;

Comecei por comprar pizzas, frango churrasco ou recorrer às massas, mas ao fim de algum tempo o orçamento em casa estava pela hora da morte e estavamos fartos dos mesmos alimentos. Então resolvi fazer algumas refeições ao fim de semana e congelar. Como o arroz é o prato favorito cá por casa já fiz: arroz de ervilhas e frango, arroz de polvo e arroz de pato. Regue com quatro malgas do caldo do pato bem quente e deixe ferver durante 10 minutos. Irá verificar que a água será enxuta pelo arroz e a evaporação. Nesta altura juntar metade do pato desfiado e da linguiça e revolver bem. Colocar em pequenos recipientes individuais o arroz e decorar com o resto do pato desfiado e a linguiça. Como nasci e vivo no norte do nosso país, posso encontrar este bolinho em todas as pastelarias. Num destes domingos com menos sol decici ir para a cozinha e aventurar-me a fazer o pão-de-ló de Ovar a partir de uma receita que vi numa revista. Amasse muito bem a manteiga (ou margarina) com o açúcar, misture-lhe o ovo e bata muito bem. Junte o chocolate, volte a mexer bem e por fim junte a bolacha, amassando tudo muito bem. Deite este preparado no papel&amp;nbsp;de alumínio&amp;nbsp;molhado em vinho do Porto, dê-lhe forma de salame. Enrole muito direitinho, aperte para ficar bem ajustado, feche nas extremidades e leve ao frigorífico durante algumas horas. Logo que esteja rijo está prontinho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

- 125gr de manteiga (derreter no microondas)&lt;br /&gt;
- 250gr farinha&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de café de fermento (caso a farinha seja de fermento)&lt;br /&gt;
- manteiga para untar&lt;br /&gt;

Colocar todos os ingredientes na batedeira pela ordem acima descrita e bater tudo. Depois untar a máquina com um pouco de manteiga e colocar uma colher de massa na máquina.
