Job Description:

Role:
• Responsible for customer delivery and customer service from the warehouse.
• Manage and Improve Distribution efficiency through initiatives like FRD, Transit time improvement etc.
• Ensure compliance with WSS (Wholesale Stockist) policies along with sales team (Selection, appointment & discontinuation etc.).

• Manage the WSS Service Cell and WSS Portal related queries
• Bring in customer orientation at all levels and collaborate extensively with sales through structured interactions to drive Customer Satisfaction

Scope:
• Customer Service (Managing the WSS Service Cell/Portal and resolving issues /queries)

• Ensuring Compliance to WSS POLICIES

• Ensuring Visibility to WSS of stock availability

• Drive Improvement initiatives like Order Management process through ‘Centralized Order Management Cell”

• Driving initiatives like FRD and improving Compliance
