&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Ai nevoie de: &lt;/span&gt;intre 800 de grame si 1 kilogram de ciuperci champignon mari, 500 gr carne tocata de pui, 2 cepe potrivite, 1 rosie, condimente in functie de preferinte (sare, piper, curry, boia de ardei), patrunjel verde, 200 gr cascaval&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Ciupercile se curata, se spala si se lasa sa se usuce&lt;br /&gt;
2. Cepa se pune la calit si dupa ce se inmoaie se adauga carnea de pui, care se lasa pana devine albicioasa&lt;br /&gt;
* pe langa carnea de pui mai puteti adauga si coditele ciupercilor taiate cubulete mici&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se lasa pana se evapora apa de la ciuperci si apoi se adauga condimentele, patrunjelul si rosia taiata cuburi mici&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se lasa pe foc pana se evapora si sucul se la rosii, apoi se ia de pe aragaz si se lasa 2 minute sa se mai raceasca&lt;br /&gt;
5. Intr-o tava unsa cu ulei se aseaza ciupercile, umplute cu compozitia rezultata anterior si se baga la cuptor pentru 30 de minute&lt;br /&gt;
6. Cu aproximativ 10 minute inainte de a se termina, scoateti pentru putin timp tava si presarati pe fiecare dintre ciuperci cate o gramajoara de cascaval ras si bagati iarasi la cuptor&lt;br /&gt;
7. &lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/span&gt; 800 g de cartofi, 500 g de carne tocata (vita, porc sau amestec), 1 ceapa mare, 2 catei de usturoi, 2 rosii, pasta de tomate, patrunjel, ulei, sare, piper si optional 200 g de cascaval&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Cartofii se curata si se taie rondele, iar apoi se prajesc putin timp in ulei, pe ambele parti, doar cat sa se inmoaie putin&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce ati scos cartofii, puneti la calit ceapa, tocata marunt&lt;br /&gt;
3. Dupa ce ceapa prinde culoare, se adauga carnea tocata si se lasa 10-15 minute&lt;br /&gt;
4. Spre finalul timpului de prajire, adaugati rosiile date prin blender, ustutoiul pisat, patrunjelul, sarea si piperul, se amesteca bine si se mai lasa inca 5 minute&lt;br /&gt;
5. Intr-o tava, unsa cu ulei, se aseaza un rand de cartofi, peste care se toarna jumatate din amestecul de carne, apoi se pune inca un rand de cartofi, peste care se toarna cealalalta jumatate din amestecul de carne&lt;br /&gt;
6. Deasupra se toarna pasta de tomate diluata cu putina apa&lt;br /&gt;
7. Tava se baga la cuptor pentru aproximativ 50 de minute, la foc moderat&lt;br /&gt;

1. Incalzeste in prealabil gratarul la temperatura medie si unge-l cu putin ulei.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Presara o lingurita de praf de usturoi peste pieptul de pui (pentru fiecare bucata cate o lngurita) si asezoneaza-l cu sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Pune un fir de rozmarin pe bucata de piept de pui, apoi infasoara pieptul in bacon, incat sa tina rozmarinul si puiul impreuna. Pentru mai multa siguranta prinde baconul cu o scobitoare sau un alt fir de rozmarin.&lt;br /&gt;
4. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Rumeneste carnatii 6-7 minute intr-o tigaie mare incinsa, fara ulei.&lt;br /&gt;
2. In grasimea ramasa de la carnati caleste ceapa taiata marunt timp de aproximativ 4 minute, adauga ardeiul feliat, fara seminte si condimentele si mai lasa cca. 1 minut pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Adauga orezul, amestecand in permanenta si apoi toarna supa de pui.&amp;nbsp;Asteapta pana incepe sa fiarba si apoi mai lasa inca 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Adauga rosiile, amesteca si lasa inca 10 minute pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Adauga carnatii, crevetii si coriandru tocat marunt, amesteca si mai lasa pe foc 5-10 minute pana cand orezul este bine facut.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-o tigaie se calesc impreuna carnaciorii taiati felii si cartofii cubulete.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se preincalzeste cuptorul.&lt;br /&gt;
3. In grasimea ramasa in tigaie se adauga rozmarinul si ouale batute bine si deasupra se pune amestecul de carnati si cartofi.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Tigaia se pune la cuptor, pana cand ouale sunt bine patrunse.&lt;br /&gt;
5. &amp;nbsp;In timp ce se amestecul sta la cuptor, facem salata din cepele taiate marunt, care se freaca cu sare, piper, ulei de masline, zeama de lamaie si patrunjel tocat fin.&lt;br /&gt;
6. &lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Ai nevoie de: &lt;/span&gt;2 litri de apa, 400g cartofi, 150g morcovi, 50g telina, 20g radacina de patrunjel, 20g radacina de pastarnac, 100g ceapa, 100g ardei gras, 100g dovlecei, 350g rosii, 150g fasole verde fiarta, o legatura de verdeata, 200g smantana, 1 ou, 70ml ulei, sare si sare de lamaie dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Morcovii, telina, radacina de patrunjel si cea de pastarnac se curata, se spala, se taie cuburi si se pun la calit in ulei, cu adaos de apa, in cratita in care urmeaza sa se faca ciorba, si se lasa aproximativ 20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce cele precizate mai sus sunt gata, se adauga restul de apa necesar pentru fierbere, ceapa taiata marunt, si celelalte legume taiate cubulete, in afara de rosii si fasolea verde.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Cand legumele sunt aproape fierte se adauga rosiile (spalate, curatate de coaja si taiate sferturi) si fasolea &amp;nbsp;verde (scoasa din conserva, trecuta printr-un jet de apa si scursa).&lt;br /&gt;
4. Amestecand smaintana si galbenusul oului obtinem pasta pentru dres pe care o turnam in cratita spre sfarsit si apoi mai lasam vasul la fiert pentru inca 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Adaugam verdeata taiata marunt, potrivim gustul cu sare si sare de lamaie, mai lasam 10 minute si apoi luam cratita de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Caracatita se spala si apoi este taiata bucati.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Caracatita se fierbe pentru 10 minute intr-o cratita sub presiune, cu apa cat sa o acopere. *Se lasa 10 minute din momentul in care s-a pus capacul si cratita a intrat sub presiune.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Dupa cele 10 minute, caracatita se scoate din cratita, se clateste si apa in care a fiert se arunca.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Cepele se curata si se prind in asa fel incat sa nu se desfaca la fierbere si apoi se adauga in aceasi cratita, langa caracatita, impreuna cu vinul, uleiul, sosul de rosii, frunzele de dafin, scortisoara, cuisoarele si sarea.&lt;br /&gt;
5. &lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Pentru prajitura:&lt;/span&gt; 130ml lapte integral, 100g zahar brun, 120g faina amestecat cu 50g praf de copt, 1 ou, 50g unt (nesarat, topit), 120g curmale (uscate si taiate), esenta de vanilie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Pentru sos:&lt;/span&gt; 500g apa clocotita, 180g zahar brun inchis, 50g unt (nesarat, taiat cuburi)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Zaharul si faina combinata cu praful de copt se amesteca intr-un castron mare.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Intr-un vas turnati laptele si in timp ce amestecati cu telul, adaugati oul, vanilia si untul topit.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Adaugati amestecul cu lapte peste cel de faina si zahar din castron, amestecand cu o lingura de lemn pana cand compozitia se omogenizeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Adaugati curmalele in compozitie si apoi turnati-o intr-o forma de budinca de 200 litri, unsa in prealabil cu unt. &lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;*Compozitia isi va mari volumul in timpul fierberii asa ca este bine sa folositi un vas suficient de mare&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Deasupra compozitiei presarati zaharul pentru sos, cubuletele de unt si apoi turnati apa clocotita.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Budinca se da la cuptor pentru aproximativ 50 de minute.&lt;span style="color: #e06666;"&gt;*Cuptorul trebuie incalzit la 190 de grade&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-o cratita se topesc cele doua linguri de unt, in care se caleste ceapa taiata julien si apoi se adauga kaizerul taiat cubulete si ciupercile felii subtiri.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Ingredientele sunt lasate sa se caleasca putin si apoi se adauga sare, piper, boia dulce, vegeta si patrunjel tocat marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Amestecul trebuie lasat sa se raceasca si apoi amestecat cu un ou pana cand compozitia se omogenizeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Roata de cascaval se scobeste in interior cu o lingura, pana cand ajunge sa aiba forma unui castron, cu pereti destul de grosi.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Compozitia se toarna in cascavalul astfel scobit si roata de cascaval este apoi invelita intr-o foaie de aluminiu, asezata intr-un vas de aproximativ aceasi marime si pusa la cuptor, la foc potrivit, pentru aproximativ o ora. &lt;span style="color: #e06666;"&gt;*Pentru a fi mai siguri ca in timpul coacerii cascavalul nu va curge, puteti folosi mai multe folii de aluminiu (2-3)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
6. 1. Orezul trebuie ales, spalat in cateva ape si apoi lasat sa se inmoaie pentru 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce s-a inmuiat, orezul se pune la fiert, la foc mic, in 4 cani de apa. &lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;*Pentru a evita lipirea orezului de cratita trebuie sa nu il amestecati cu lingura in timpul fierberii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3. Mixul de legume se dezgheata, se trece printr-un jet de apa rece si apoi este pus la fiert, in apa care deja a inceput sa fiarba, pentru aproximativ 30 de minute; spre sfarsit se adauga o lingurita de sare.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Dupa ce orezul si legumele au fiert, sunt scurse, si apoi se scot intr-un castron unde se amesteca. In amestec se adauga si sosul de soia, margarina, sarea si piperul.&lt;br /&gt;
5. 2 kg aripi de pui, 5 linguri de sos picant, 1 lingura sos de chilli sau jumatate de lingurita de ardei iute uscat, 2 linguri de ghimbir (ras fin),&amp;nbsp;4 catei de usturoi (ras fin), 1 lingura sos de soia, 2 cani faina alba, jumatate de cana de zahar brun compactat, un sfert de cana de otet de vin alb (cu aciditate de 6 grade), 2 linguri ulei de masline, jumatate de lingurita de sare si jumatate de lingurita de piper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Aripile se despart, ciocanelul se desprinde de partea plata si varfurile sunt indepartate.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce au fost separate, aripile se pun intr-o oala cu sarea, piperul, sosul picant si uleiul de masline.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Amestecati bine ingredientele din oala si apoi transferati aripile intr-o punga in care puneti faina si incepeti sa scuturati punga pana cand aripile sunt bine acoperite de faina.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Scuturati aripile de excesul de faina ramas pe ele si asezati-le intr-o tava imbracata in aluminiu, lasand spatiu intre ele. &lt;span style="color: #e06666;"&gt;*este probabil sa fie necesar sa faceti 2 tavi, in acelasi timp sau pe rand.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5. Cuptorul de preincalzeste la 200c (gaz 6) si dupa introducerea tavii/tavilor se reduce temperatura la 190c (gaz 5).&lt;br /&gt;
6. Aripioarele se lasa la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute si apoi se intorc si mai sunt lasate inca 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum se face sosul:&lt;/span&gt; Ghimbirul, usturoiul, zaharul, sosul de soia, sosul de chilli si otetul se pun la foc mic intr-o cratita si se amesteca continuu pana cand zaharul s-a dizolvat, fara ca sosul sa fie lasat sa ajunga la fierbere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

1. Se separa ouale: galbenusurile se bat si se amesteca cu 5 linguri de zahar si esenta de vanilie, albusurile se bat si se amesteca cu 7 linguri de zahar.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Cele doua compozitii se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si peste se cerne faina si cacao.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se lasa la cuptor la foc potrivit pana se coace.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Pentru crema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Cele 6 oua se fierb in compozitie cu zaharul si lingurile de apa, apoi se pune cacao.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce compozitia se omogenizeaza, se lasa sa se raceasca putin si apoi se adauga margarina taiata cubulete si totul se bate la mixer, la viteza mare.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Spre sfarsit se adauga esenta de rom si se mai amesteca putin.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Pentru glazura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Fondantul de cacao se topeste la baie cu aburi si se adauga in el putina esenta de rom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e06666;"&gt;* Preparati fondantul dupa ce prajitura a stat la rece - pasii 5 si 6 asamblare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Zaharul se caramelizeaza si se amesteca cu esenta de rom in functie de preferinte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Asamblare:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Blatul se taie in doua, pe orizontala.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Partea inferioara a blatului se aseaza pe o tava intinsa si se insiropeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se pune un strat de crema de aproximativ 12mm peste prima parte a blatului.&lt;br /&gt;
4. A doua parte de blat se aseaza peste crema si se insiropeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Prajitura se lasa la rece mai mult de 3 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Bucata mare se portioneaza in functie de marimea dorita pentru fiecare prajitura si apoi bucatile sunt trecute pe rand prin fondantul topit care inca este cald.&lt;br /&gt;
7. 1. Fazanul se curata de pene, se sterge cu o carpa umeda, dupa care se goleste de intestine si de maruntaie.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se spala, se sareaza prin interior si exterior, se umple cu slanina taiata felii, apoi se stropeste cu unt fierbinte si se pune in tava cu o cana de apa calda, piper boabe si sare.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se lasa la cuptor, la foc potrivit timp de 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se adauga merele curatate de coaja si golite de seminte si se lasa in continuare la cuptor, dar la foc mic, pana cand carnea devine frageda.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se scoate pe un platou pe care se pun alaturi merele inmuiate. Sosul fripturii se indulceste dupa gust si se toarna peste mere.&lt;br /&gt;

Cum procedezi:&lt;/div&gt;
1. Fazanul se curata de pene si apoi se parleste pe flacara mare pana se arde puful, dupa care se sterge cu o carpa umeda.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se curata de intestine si de maruntaie *Maruntaiele fazanului se pot consuma impreuna cu friptura sau separat, preparate precum cele de pasare.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Dupa ce este golit, fazanul se spala pe dinauntru, se sareaza si se lasa pana cand umplutura este gata.&lt;br /&gt;
4. &lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Umplutura&lt;/span&gt;: Ciupercile se toaca si se pun intr-o cratita cu 1 lingura de unt si un praf de sare. Se scad la foc mic, dupa care se lasa sa se raceasca. Dupa ce s-au racit, ciupercile se omogenizeaza intr-un amestec impreuna cu oul crud, verdeata tocata, 1 felie de paine inmuiata si farmitata, sare si piper macinat.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Fazanul se umple cu amestecul obtinut, se stropeste cu 1 lingura de unt topit, se coase cu ata de bumbac si se pune in tava cu 1 ceasca mare de apa calda, slanina (taiata fasii), boabe de piper si sare.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Se lasa la cuptor, la foc potrivit timp de 1 ora, apoi se intoarce si se adauga vinul.&lt;br /&gt;

Cum procedezi:&lt;/div&gt;
1. Pestele se curata, apoi se goleste de intestine si se clateste in apa rece de cateva ori.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce a fost curatat, se inlatura urechile si se lasa 10-15 minute in apa calda cu otet.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se pune la fiert 1 litru de apa si cand aceasta da in clocot se adauga pestele.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se fierbe la foc mic 15-20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
5. &lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Ai nevoie de:&lt;/span&gt; jumatate de iepure (sau pulpele din spate), 1 cana sos de rosii sarat si indulcit dupa gust, 1 lingura de tarhon tocat fin, 1 lingura de unt, 1 ceasca de supa, sare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Cum procedezi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Inainte de a se prepara, carnea se lasa la marinat cateva ore.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Dupa ce se scoate de la marinat, se curata cu un prosop curat.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se sareaza si se lasa sa stea jumatate de ora.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se unge cu unt si se pune in tava de friptura cu o cana de supa de zarzavat si cateva boabe de piper.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se baga la cuptorul cald si se tine o ora, apoi se intoarce carnea, se acopera cu o cana de sos de rosii indulcit dupa gust si o lingura de tarhon tocat fin.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Se mai lasa la cuptor inca jumatate de ora, la foc mic, timp in care este stropita din cand in cand cu sosul din tava.&lt;br /&gt;
7.
