- 2-3 lingurite de icre sarate de hering sau proaspete de caras sau  pastrav - icrele de crap se fac foarte greu,
- zeama de la o jumatate de lamiie mare,
- ulei de floarea soarelui 
- optional o ceapa medie tocata marunt.

Folosind o lingura de lemn sau mixerul pe viteza cea mai mica, se amesteca bine icrele cu zeama de lamiie pina cind amestecul incepe sa se intareasca, apoi,

La fiecare kilogram de boabe este nevoie de 2 litri de apa  si 1 kg de zahar.
Se incalzeste apa si se dizolva jumatate din zahar, solutia calduta se amesteca cu boabele zdrobite. Amestecul se pune intr-o damigeana sau un balon de sticla. Vasul se astupa cu un dispozitiv care

Restul de zahar 200g se pune in lapte.
Se ferbe laptele se pune si crema incet si se ferb. Apoi in crema ferbinte se pune albusul batut spuma.
Se poate folosi si la umplut clatite.

6 galbenuse frecate cu 250g miez de nuca macinata, o lingura pesmet fin cernut si spuma celor 6 albuse batute.
Se coace lent. Intindem cele doua parti subtire cam de 1/2 cm. Intre ele se pune umplutura.

Galbenusele nu se bat, se pun intr-o margine si se amesteca cu albusele. Se pune faina si uleiul si se amesteca cu lamiie si vanilie.
Se pune pe fundul tavii mai putin de jumatate din compozitie, apoi visinele si tot asa invelind
