I'm playing Polonius and Osric.
It's a college production.
I'm a straight theater major.

From Gnarls Barkley to Solo act.

Best known as the lead vocalist for Gnarls Barkley, Cee Lo Green (born Thomas DeCarlo Callaway) has exploded back onto the music scene with his new single "Fuck You" off his upcoming album "The Lady Killer".

This song has taken over my life the past few days and I have scarcely been able to start up iTunes without immediately playing it. Cee Lo's style leads back to a time when music was more about natural talent and ability than Auto-Tune and Patrón. In addition to excellent musicality "Fuck You"s topicality will resonate with any man that has ever been put off by a woman.

If you're looking for a new addition to your music collection I HIGHLY recommend this song.

Christine O'Donnell the GOP's candidate for a Delaware Senate seat in 2010 has made headlines for her previous stances on such hot topic issues as mice with the brains of men and masturbation. Often portrayed as a prime example of why the Tea-Party's politics are insane, O'Donnell has come under fire from the media for her past extreme stances.

The news today is that O'Donnell will be running a statewide advertisement claiming that she is, in fact, not a witch. This, rather hilarious, defense is being televised in response to accusations leveled at her from appearing on a 1999 talk show. Where she states that she had "...dabbled into witchcraft." but had never joined any official Wicca organizations. Clip starts around 45 seconds.

Now I don't consider myself to be terribly politically savvy but how is it possible to go from thinking that masturbation will cause God to stop loving you to having "...a little midnight picnic on a satanic altar." is a grand idea?

O'Donnell's opponent Chris Coons has, of course, responded to the ad, mentioning the lack of any kind of policy message.

Oh, divisive partisan politics, how I've missed thee.

Sucker Rule as applied to Poker.

Tonight I went out and played a little cash game of Texas Hold 'em. (If you don't know what that is click here.)

After reading about the so called sucker rule in a recent webcomic by Jeph Jacques, of Questionable Content fame, I decided that I'd try and see if it in fact held true.

Sure enough, throughout the first part of the night I could always see who was "the sucker", and boy did they ever leech chips. One person in particular this evening played the part of the sucker more than anyone else. After they were eliminated however, I started having a hard time telling who the sucker was. I kept trying to figure it out, all the while my considerable chip stack dwindling, until it dawned on me. I was the sucker now. I cashed out and got some Taco Bell.

All in all not a bad night.

Oh, and my roommate somehow came home with $20 and he didn't take any money with him. Maybe I should take a lesson or two from him.

So, I made blog... Now what?

I'm starting this blog to detail my opinions on a number of different topics from around the internet. If you have a suggestion for a story let me know and if I find it interesting I'll probably do a post about it.
