Eis o verão, e aproveite para escolher opções refrescantes. A dica de hoje é a salada colorida com Bifum, aquele macarrão oriental feito com arroz e portanto, sem glúten, o que o torna bem mais leve.&lt;br /&gt;
Fácil de fazer e delicioso, pode ser adaptado conforme suas preferências. Segue meu modo predileto de preparo.&lt;br /&gt;
O macarrão pode ser encontrado em diversos supermercados e em diversos tamanhos, optei pelo pacote de 70g que é suficiente para 2 pessoas. Usei um cortador de legumes à juliana, que faz aquelas tirinhas ultrafinas e sem nenhum esforço, mas se não tiver um destes, você pode ralar a cenoura bem fininho e cortar o pepino em cubinhos (as pontinhas que não cortei fininho viraram cubinhos).&lt;br /&gt;

6 colheres de sopa de bacon&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola grande picada&lt;br /&gt;
4 dentes de alho picados&lt;br /&gt;
Um cubo de caldo de carne&lt;br /&gt;
Uma colher de sopa de molho inglês&lt;br /&gt;
Uma garrafa de molho de tomate italiano&lt;br /&gt;
Uma colher de sopa de extrato de tomate - opcional&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml de agua&lt;br /&gt;
Um envelope de sazon laranja ou vermelho&lt;br /&gt;
Sal para complementar&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta, oregano e cheiro verde a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
