I try to answer this question by studying 206,990 transactions of 1,395 deals which are sold on a Vietnam group-buying site in 12 months. There are about 290 deals, each of which has sold over 500 coupons.

Google+ ra mắt, tôi đã nhận xét nó giống mô hình của Weibo hơn là Twitter.

Trước khi Facebook giới thiệu giao diện profile mới vào ngày 21/9, Sina Weibo đã thử nghiệm giao diện mới. Điều trùng hợp là rất giống giao diện của Google+ &amp;amp; Facebook.

Khoảng thời gian mấy tháng trở lại đây, tôi để ý thấy tiếp viên Vietnam Airlines có phần thay đổi rất tích cực. Tiếp viên khoang hạng Economy đã thoải mái giao tiếp với khách hơn trước, và nhất là đã xuất hiện nhiều nụ cười hơn. Điều này phần nào giảm bớt cái không khí trầm lắng và có phần chán nản trên các đường bay nội địa.

Dạo này thấy mọi người thảo luận nhiều về Google+. Mình cũng thích Google+; nhưng lại ghiền quan sát chiến lược sản phẩm của Google hơn. Thế thì "tám" về product strategy vậy.

Đọc bài báo "Đã có hàng không giá rẻ trong mạng nội địa Việt Nam?" đăng trên báo điện tử Nhà Báo &amp;amp; Công Luận của nhà báo Nguyễn Đình Ấm, vốn là cựu cơ trưởng của Vietnam Airlines phân tích mà tôi thấy nhiều khúc mắc hơn là thuyết phục.

Hôm bữa có đọc bài rất thú vị "Làm Social Media Marketing theo cách của hãng hàng không giá rẻ AirAsia" của anh Long Lắc Lư từ tận tháng 4 nhưng đến nay mới rảnh rỗi ngồi viết một bài quan sát về ứng dụng social media trong ngành hàng không. Dân kinh doanh, lại có ăn học về marketing &amp;amp; ngành hàng không, thường bay mòng mòng quanh Đông Nam Á, nên thôi ta viết về Đông Nam Á vậy.

Mấy ngày gần đây, vụ việc "Võ sư bị đánh trên máy bay Vietnam Airlines" ngày càng có chiều hướng nhiễu loạn, và không thể không nhắc đến sự bị động của Vietnam Airlines (VNA) trong việc xử lý cái crisis management case này. Ngày 28/02/2011, báo SGGP Online có đăng bài viết "Bỏ giá trần vé máy bay - Lợi cả đôi đường" và "Có nâng giá vé máy bay vì tỷ giá?" trên VnEconomy. Với tư cách là độc giả thường xuyên theo dõi mảng tin tức về ngành hàng không, tôi rất không đồng tình với cách kết luận vấn đề rất vội vàng qua lối diễn giải hời hợt của người viết.
