Dear all,

I’m sad I couldn’t say goodbye to all of you, so here I am with some cheesy farewell words.

You’ve partied like Rock Stars,
You’ve eaten like Kings,
And you’ve sung like Angels.

I think it’s a great combination to make a tour unforgettable. It certainly is for me. I’m the one that’s honored to have spend such a magical time with you guys!

As I told Gloria, whatever you end up doing in life, never stop singing, as feeding the soul is more valuable than feeding your pockets. You’ll see in time.

I wish you all the best and hope to see you again someday over tapas and cañas and, of course, some amazing music.

I listened your concert in León, Santa Marina Church. It was pure beauty!!!. Perfect voices, passionate conducting... I'll never forget.
I sing in a choir too and everyday we try to improve. Many of us were listening to you yesteday, and we think it was amazing.

It seems to me that the Director has been doing a superb work and all the st=

A truly moving experience, Heinavanker left us spellbound with their transcendent sound. I was particularly moved by the powerful lyrics which accompanied this inspiring Estonian folk music. A special thanks to the Glee Club for introducing such an amazing ensemble to the Princeton community. It was an evening our family will never forget.

A truly awe-inspiring performance! The absolute purity of tone and perfect synchrony Heinavanker demonstrated, along with the unique Estonian inflections, was astounding as a listener and inspirational as a singer. Phenomenal! I don't think I've ever enjoyed a concert so much. They had such a pure, breathtaking sound! What a unique opportunity to both listen to and work with world-class musicians.

Wow, what an incredible concert! I feel honored to have been exposed to such breathtaking music from a part of the world I wasn't previously familiar with. Heinavanker redefined for me what makes a good a cappella group great - the humbleness with which they sung drew me in deeply to their sound. Thank you so much to the Glee Club Presents series and the donors involved for bringing this group to campus.

Some of my proudest moments at Princeton have been during our Glee Club Presents concerts and last night brought new depth to this feeling. Heinavanker defied time by invoking overtones which washed over the mesmerized audience as if under a spell or having been brushed with pixie dust. Their program felt at once familiar and striking; their singing of folk tunes and hymns confidently balanced old melodic lines with contemporary, clean harmonies. But what I love the most about this series more than the performance itself, is what occurs when the music stops. Our students, many of whom had just experienced the magic of overtones for the first time, spent the better part of their intermission eagerly trying to create their own. This inspired energy felt throughout our choir and community is uplifting and I am continually grateful for the series.

The Football Concert, with its very diverse program, was really enjoyable! PUGC had a rich, dynamic and controlled sound that was a pleasure to listen to. I especially loved the texture of Tykus Tykus, and the Chamber Choir’s exquisite rendition of Rakastava.

PUGC sounded better than ever - balance, projection, and clarity were all top notch. I seriously could not stop smiling throughout the entirety of the first piece, Piispa ja Pakana (The Bishop and the Pagan). What a great introduction to Finnish choral music. Excellent!

Dear Wonderful Princeton Glee Club, I had goosebumps! What a magnificent performance! I was applauding you from Rochester NY and so grateful for the live streaming. Having had the honor of seeing some of yesterday's rehearsal while I was down on campus for the conference, and then watching tonight's performance live online back home, was such an honor and a privilege. I will never forget the experience we had performing this work at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC so many decades ago.
