What are the investigation fees for a polygraph test?

Our investigation fees are depending on the complexities of the case and your requirement.

How to engage your company to provide a polygraph test?

You can call us for an appointment. A test date and time will be given to you.

What type of document has to be signed from the client and the examinee that seat for the test?

A volunteer examination form is compulsory to be signed by both parties.

What is the content of the service contract?

It’s a one page data whereby it says that the hirer and the examinee given us the consent to provider them a polygraph examination, including of date, time and place to be test.

How long will a polygraph test take?

The duration of a test is about 2.5 hours and will be conducted in our testing facilities in a private and comfortable room conditioned.

During the test, can the client be in the presence of the person who took the test?

The client is not allowed to be in the scene as it will cause distraction to the examinee.

How many questioned will be asked during the polygraph test.

A total 5 questions will be prepared by the examiner. The other 5 questions will be related to the nature of client’s preference.

Does the client entitled to a set of polygraph report at the end of the test?

The client will be provided with a set of polygraph report on the psycho physiological diagnostics.

What are the accuracies of the polygraph test results?

The accuracies are approximately at 92%.

How, if the examiner took the test from your organisation and later went to another to conduct the same test and found the results is not the same?

The results from the both polygraph test will most likely be the same diagnostics results, if it was proper done by a qualify examiners.

Will the test results be in difference from the previous test and re-test result from the same examiners?

The results can be in difference depending on the type of tests and the exact question been asked on the examinee.

Can a different polygraph machine get different results?

The test results usually will be very close provided you are not using qualified examiners.

How, if the polygraph results are different from the morning test and night test fall on the day?

The polygraph test results will be the same as it matters only if he/she if guilty or not.

Have anyone till today proven the polygraph test machine fail?

So far, not we know of in Singapore police force and military’s intelligent.

Do you need a witness to be presence during the polygraph test?

You don’t need to have a witness to be in the presence of the scene.

How many polygraph examiners will be involved during the test?

There will only be one examiner to complied question to the examinee.

How many polygraph machines will be used on the examinee?

Only one at a time to be complied on the examinee.

Can the polygraph results used as court evidence?

Currently not in Singapore. It is used as an investigative tool in some Singapore government’s authority. In other country, there are cases that the polygraph evidence was brought to court as an evidence, which accepted by the judges.

Does the polygraph report have an expiry date?

A polygraphs report does not have an expiry date.

Do you conduct a polygraph test in overseas?

We can arrange for a polygraph test in any countries.

Under “The Law”, does private investigator have the legal right to place a GPS in my car.

The answer is “NO”. It is illegal for anyone to deceptively and without consent use electronic tracking devices to track a person’s or vehicle location.

Are you entitled to have copies of the investigation reports, DVD or photographs at the end of your payment?

Different company had different policy and practice. Certain company will provide you with free log investigation report, DVD disc and photographs as a package. Some will bill you for extra copies. Do check with you investigation agency.

Are you entitled to a proper copy of the service contract upon engaging their services?

Contract is a form of agreement to protect each party’s interest. In-case, later part there is a misunderstanding or disagreement of the services or payment. A proper and details contract should be sign by both parties state every clause clearing in the service contract. The investigation firm shall provide a copy of the singed contract for their client reference that is only fair to them.

Yes, No for all type of cases. For a very senior private investigator, no doubts they can’t give you 100% guarantee results, but through their years of experience in the industry, they will know where and how to find the evidence and provide you an estimation of how much time they need to achieve the results for you, if there is.
