<p>Hi and thanks for dropping by my new website where I&#8217;m going to be writing about a range of People topics including Culture, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, Cyber, and Risk and Governance.</p>



<p>Wondering where the term &#8216;People Geek&#8217; comes from? Well I stole that from  <a href="https://www.cultureamp.com/blog/the-rise-of-the-people-geek/">Culture Amp</a>:</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t usually use the word &#8216;passionate&#8217; about anything I do &#8211; I think it is a bit overused nowadays but the first part of that definition really resonated with me. When I look back over my working life that&#8217;s ultimately what I&#8217;ve been doing &#8211; enabling people to do their best. </p>



<p>I know there&#8217;s not much (at all!) on the website at the moment, but if you sign up in the newsletter box, once I do start writing those articles will be sent directly to your inbox. Don&#8217;t worry I&#8217;m not selling anything &#8211; no courses, books or consulting services. </p>



<p>I just want to <a href="https://www.priyachandra.com/contact/">start conversations</a> about People stuff from a Corporate Governance perspective, and hopefully you do too!</p>
