Also looked into Tekla... Seems like Tekla is the most common used for the steel detailing. But the cost is $23000. So, I'm continuing my research and ran into StruCad. Requested some info - they sent me 2 pdf files (attached it to my post). I read the files and that's all I know about the software so far. But when we get a more complicated steel job then usual, my brain starts to cook... it's hard to think everything through without a 3d modeling software. So, I've done a little research on the structural steel and found a great software for steel detailing... well I've seen more then one of course, but the most used and easy to use was Tekla Structures or X-Steel (old name) (I think it's easy to use... haven't learned it yet, 'cause need to buy it first....haha). Buy it... yeah.. if you have an extra $23000! My friend said, for that price it has to have no bugs and do everything including laundry. It does do everything the pertains to steel and concrete... the light version is a little cheaper: $12000.

The price is not the only problem. There are not much tutorials. You need to pay $2000 extra to get their training.
