TEAM Construction, a joint venture between PRO Construction and Military & Federal Construction, has been awarded the Repair Applied Instruction Building BB-50, a $999,647.00 project at Camp Lejeune, NC. The 1 story 12,000 sq ft renovation will begin March 2012.

Pro Construction, Inc. has been awarded a contract for the construction of a new facility for Miller Motte College in Jacksonville, NC. This 13,322 sf building is the first to be constructed in the Jacksonville Business Park. For Miller Motte, this will be a second location in Jacksonville, built specifically to house the college’s medical courses. Construction has commenced with completion in January of 2012.

Gibbes Green Historic Facilities Renovations University of South Carolina Petigru College

Construction has commenced at the University of South Carolina’s Gibbes Green Historic Facility renovation at Petigru College.

Petigru College, built in 1952, originally housed the law school and was one of the first buildings on campus financed entirely by state funds. Currently records & registration and financial serves reside there.

The 27,100 SF, $3 million dollar interior renovation is the first project award for the Charlotte regional office.

Mainstay Hotel Project Awarded To PRO Construction
