When I’m at my home office I work on two screens at a time – one big screen (Apple Thunderbolt Display) hooked up to my Macbook Air – helps me arrange apps and get stuff done quickly, shifting my eye focus from one window to another without actually switching the apps.

We’re happy to announce that our Productive! Magazine iPad app has been updated to support the Retina display of the iPad 3. If you don’t have our app, get it from the App Store or just check for updates on your iPad.

The only small problem though is that the magazines as such don’t support the Retina display very well. There are readable but far from “stunning” as they used to be on the old iPads. We’re working on this issue now and hopefully we’ll find a solution soon, so stay tuned. Meanwhile I encourage you to get an app like GoodReader and read our PDFs on the iPad and compare the reading experience.

In 2012 we’ve set out to be more consistent with each issue of the Productive! Magazine and try to keep to the bi-monthly schedule. We’ve published #11 in January so it’s time to publish #12 in March. That’s why today we’re announcing our new issue with interviewee being Jason Womack, the person who used to work with David Allen and now is one of the renowned productivity experts in the field. He just published his new book: “Your Best Just Got Better: Work Smarter, Think Bigger, Make More”

Stay tuned. Traditionally we’ll publish a video interview with Jason first… and later the magazine. It’s round around the corner!

A simple thing but changes the way I work dramatically – paper pad with a pen always handy next to my computer – this is how Michael Sliwinski applies a rule known from the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology by David Allen – to make sure nothing stays on his conscious mind.
