Fashion No No! – Stella McCartney vs. Floral Couch

I usually love Stella McCartney‘s designs, but her print stuff is really lacking in my opinion. Latest case in point? This floral rose dress (retail price: $1.195) which instantly reminded me of those uber-kitschy floral grandma couches. A 100% clear fashion no no! You can do better, Stella!

Madonna vs. Dianna Agron – Who Wore Miu Miu’s Red Glitter Sunglasses Better?

Back in September last year, Madonna arrived on the red carpet of the Venice Film Festival looking absolutely ladylike in a custom made Vionnet gown with butterfly embroideries and red glitter Miu Miu “Noir” Sunglasses.

This July Dianna Agron donned the same red glitter sunnies with a printed Prada dress at the 2012 Giffoni Film Festival held in Giffoni Valle Piana, Italy.

Sunglasses on the red carpet are usually a big No, No for me, but both ladies look amazing in their red Miu Miu “Noir” Sunglasses. And even though I much prefer Madonna’s baby blue Vionett dress over Dianna’s printed Prada frock, I think the sunnies fit Dianna better and look more youthful on her. What do you think?

Rachel McAdams vs. Nicole Kidman – Who Wore Collette Dinnigan Better?

Last week Rachel McAdams arrived at the German photocall for “The Vow” looking drop dead gorgeous in a delicate blush and black off-the-shoulder lace dress from Collette Dinnigan’s Spring 2012 collection which she paired with classic suede pumps and flawless hair & makeup.

Last night Nicole Kidman wore the same dress to the 2012 Australian Academy Of Cinema And Television Arts Awards. Silver strappy sandals and a diamond bracelet completed Nicole’s look.

No competition here, Rachel wins this by a landslide. The dress suits her skintone much better than Nicole’s, she made a better shoe choice and generally looked more put together than Nicole. Do you agree?
