&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Há cerca de 97000 docentes dos quadros e pouco mais de 30 mil a contrato a termo fixo. Nos últimos cinco anos, foram despedidos mais de 15 mil docentes contratados. Há cerca de 30 mil candidatos à docência que não encontram colocação. Nas atividades de enriquecimento curricular, prestam serviço mais de 10 mil docentes, uns a recibo verde outros a contrato a termo certo, em muitos casos a tempo parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A situação vai agravar-se nos próximos anos. Há abrir portas para os cerca de 30 mil portugueses que, dotados de habilitação profissional para a docência, não encontram trabalho na sua área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Só vejo duas soluções: 1) a reciclagem destes profissionais, colocando-os a trabalhar com idosos. Os mais novos têm de regressar à Universidade para frequentar pós-graduações em gerontologia e educação de seniores; 2) a emigração para os PALOP e Timor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O Instituto Português de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento e o ministério dos negócios estrangeiros podiam ter uma papel mais ativo no sentido de facilitar o encontro entre estes profissionais de educação desempregados e a procura de docentes em Angola, Moçambique, Cabo Verde, Guiné, São Tomé e Príncipe e Timor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O Brasil é uma ilusão. Sendo um dos países mais protecionistas do Mundo, o Brasil coloca obstáculos ao reconhecimento das habilitações académicas dos portugueses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Há que dar alguma esperança a estes 30 mil portugueses que não encontram trabalho na docência permitindo a sua requalificação académica e profissional ou a sua saída do país.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Quando os pais participam em programas de parceria com a escola tendem a apreciar mais o trabalho dos professores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Além disso, os professores que mais envolvem os pais dizem que ficam com mais tempo para o ensino e dão mais atenção individual aos alunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Um estudo sobre os Chicago Parent Centers, um programa que serve famílias com &amp;nbsp;filhos dos 3 aos 9 anos, concluiu que a participação dos pais no programa teve um impacto muito positivo nos resultados académicos e no comportamento social dos alunos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Os pais que participaram mais tempo viram os filhos beneficiar com menos reprovações, menos processos disciplinares e menos medidas de apoio. Por cada ano que os pais participaram no programa houve um ganho de 16% em termos de conclusão do ensino secundário. Mais de 80% dos alunos cujos pais participaram no programa durante os 6 anos (dos 3 aos 9 anos) conseguiram completar o 12º ano; apenas 38% dos alunos cujos pais não participaram no programa foram capazes de concluir o 12º ano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

E disse ainda que a greve convocada para o dia 17 de junho, no dia do exame de Português do 12º ano, é muito estranha porque nem sequer houve um pedido de negociação.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;"Porque os professores não estão só na sala de aula: corrigem testes, preparam aulas, fazem correção de exames, têm uma atividade muito intensa. Incapazes de mobilizarem os portugueses para grandes manifestações ou greves gerais, as tentativas feitas foram um fiasco, esgotado que está o movimento "que se lixe a troika", querem agora usar os professores com o objetivo de derrubarem o Governo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Os professores, como a maioria dos portugueses, com exceção dos pensionistas milionários, têm razões para estar zangados. Mas sabem que o país atravessa uma situação dramática originada por uma dívida pública que ultrapassa os 120% do PIB e um défice do estado que empurra a dívida para cima. Não há forma de sair deste buraco gigantesco sem vigorosos cortes na despesa pública.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A despesa com salários representa quase 90% do Orçamento do MEC. Não há maneira de reduzir despesa sem encolher o peso que os salários têm no Orçamento do Estado. A situação agravou-se com os chumbos do Tribunal Constitucional às normas que permitiriam uma distribuição mais equitativa dos sacrifícios por todos. A blindagem aos direitos adquiridos dos pensionistas - não falo dos que têm pensões baixas porque esses não foram beliscados - feita pelos bonzos do regime, Cavaco, Ferreira Leite, Bagão e Portas, entre outros, atirou para cima dos professores, sobretudo dos contratados, o peso do ajustamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O MEC tem feito tudo o que pode, dentro das atuais circunstâncias, para &amp;nbsp;não recorrer ao despedimento de professores dos quadros, usando para isso novos mecanismos que aumentam a mobilidade geográfica e reduzem a probabilidade de ocorrência de horários zero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A greve aos exames foi convocada pela Fenprof mais meia dúzia de pequenos sindicatos sem qualquer representatividade e cuja existência se justifica para libertar da sala de aulas os seus dirigentes. A Fne, ao que tudo indica, não embarca na aventura comunista. O objetivo confesso da greve aos exames é derrubar o Governo, usando os professores como tropa de choque da estratégia comunista para fazer do país uma nova Venezuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Reduzida a nada a estratégia arruaceira do movimento "Que se lixe a troika" e esvaziadas as manifestações de rua, cada vez mais iniciativas que apenas juntam reformados da CGA e jovens militares na reserva, o PCP, o BE e o setor socratino do PS utilizam agora a cartada da greve aos exames, instrumentalizando os professores, com o objetivo de derrubar o Governo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Os professores não se deixam instrumentalizar por estratégias políticas que, caso tivessem êxito, os conduziriam para a miséria absoluta. Basta colocar os olhos em Cuba e na Venezuela para saber o que nos esperaria caso a estratégia comunista fosse bem sucedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Porquê? Porque a esmagadora maioria dos professores são bons profissionais. Conhecem a situação dramática em que o país se encontra, trabalharam arduamente para preparar os alunos para os exames e desejam que eles sejam bem sucedidos. O êxito dos alunos é o sucesso dos professores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O Partido Os Verdes é o autor de uma proposta de lei que visa tornar obrigatório o estudo da Constituição no 3º CEB. Estamos a falar de obrigar alunos de 13, 14 e 15 anos a estudarem o articulado da Constituição da República Portuguesa. O deputado Fernando Negrão (PSD) veio a público criticar a proposta usando dois argumentos: a Constituição é um documento com forte carga ideológica (socialista, acrescento eu) e datado no tempo (escrito numa época em que Portugal podia cunhar e emitir moeda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;#1. Introduzir a obrigatoriedade do estudo da Constituição no 3º CEB provocaria um aumento da dispersão curricular. Ora, a matriz curricular do 3º CEB já é demasiado dispersa. Os alunos são confrontados com o estudo de um número exagerado de disciplinas. Se alguma alteração curricular há a fazer é no sentido de concentrar a carga horária nas disciplinas nucleares e estruturantes: matemática, português, inglês, história e ciências. Não esquecendo outras igualmente importantes: artes, segunda língua estrangeira e educação física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Professores a mais ou professores mal distribuídos? &lt;a href="http://maisumaaula.blogspot.pt/2013/05/professores-mais-ou-professores-mal.html"&gt;Mobilidade especial seguida de despedimento ou mais mobilidade geográfica?&lt;/a&gt; Seria bom que o Governo optasse por mais mobilidade geográfica e menos pela mobilidade especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Em meia dúzia de anos, o número de docentes dos quadros passou de 125 mil para 98 mil. E o número de docentes contratados passou de 30 mil para pouco mais de 14 mil. Os media noticiaram ontem que há na CGA 6 mil pedidos de aposentação de professores. O ritmo de pedidos vai continuar elevado. Será melhor o Governo apostar na mobilidade geográfica dos professores do que na mobilidade especial. O despedimento de docentes dos quadros gera despesa no curto prazo com o pagamento das indemnizações e dos subsídios de desemprego&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;A Educação foi a área da administração pública que mais despesa reduziu e onde o ajustamento foi levado mais longe com fusões de unidades orgânicas, redução das cargas horárias curriculares e aumento do número de alunos por turma. Assim tivesse acontecido com os municípios e as áreas da Saúde e da Segurança Social e o défice do Estado não estaria tão elevado como ainda está.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

sala é outra condição essencial para a melhoria do clima da escola. Providencie
para que as salas sejam varridas e limpas diariamente. Impeça os alunos de
escrever nas mesas de trabalho. Com a humidade, as paredes das salas tendem a
escurecer e a ficar com um ar envelhecido e desmazelado. Mande pintar as
paredes das salas com periodicidade. Mantenha vasos com flores nas paredes das
janelas. Diga aos professores para organizarem uma lista de alunos responsáveis
pela rega e conservação das plantas. Pode mesmo pedir aos alunos que patrocinem
um vaso com flores para colocar nas salas de aula e nos corredores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

pessoas trabalham tem uma enorme influência na sua motivação. Quando os alunos
verificam que há um esforço conjunto para conservar e cuidar da escola, eles
tendem a respeitar mais o mobiliário e os equipamentos. Numa escola limpa, a
tendência é para que ela seja mantida limpa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

agrupar as mesas de trabalho de modo a permitir a formação de grupos de alunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Está contra os exames do 4º ano, diz que as novas Metas da Matemática para o Ensino Básico representam um regresso ao passado no ensino da matemática, as atividades, questões e problemas afastam-se dos contextos e impedem os alunos de "pensar matematicamente".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Os autores usaram dados sobre o desempenho de 17000 sujeitos durante 50 anos. Desde o ano do nascimento dos sujeitos da amostra até à atualidade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Sobre o processo de mobilidade, Nuno Crato afirmou que a tutela não tem "indicações nenhumas" sobre essa matéria, avançando com algumas medidas no sentido de combater essa situação.&lt;/div&gt;

"Nós temos sempre dito e continuamos a dize-lo que estamos a estudar e a por em prática uma série de medidas de alargamento dos quadros de zona pedagógica, por exemplo, que são medidas que permitindo uma maior fluidez no sistema garantam que, todos os professores do quadro, encontrem um emprego e sejam de facto úteis ao país e úteis aquilo que eles querem fazer que é ensinar", disse. &lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O Apoio ao Estudo vai ser incorporado, a partir de setembro, na estrutura curricular letiva dos alunos do 1º CEB. A componente curricular letiva passa a ter mais uma hora por dia. Em vez de terminar às 15:30, termina às 16:30. São os professores dos quadros com horário zero que asseguram a hora diária de Apoio ao Estudo. A medida visa reduzir a zero o número de professores dos quadros com horário zero, reduzindo a probabilidade de haver professores dos quadros empurrados para a mobilidade especial (requalificação).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Há 100 mil portugueses a fugir do país todos os anos. A maior parte são jovens. Não fosse a emigração, a tragédia teria proporções épicas. Se eu tivesse tido funções governativas no período de 2000 a 2011 esfregaria a cara de preto e nunca mais aparecia em público. Os culpados da tragédia andam aí e alguns ganham dinheiro a propor soluções para o problema que eles criaram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Em causa, a creditação da experiência profissional que, na legislação atual, não tem limites, e passa &amp;nbsp;a ter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Pelo que sei os pais dos alunos estão satisfeitos com o serviço educativo prestado. Em caso de insatisfação, poriam os filhos nas escolas estatais. Preferem colocá-los em escolas longe de casa. Porque será?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Nas atuais circunstâncias do país, justifica-se uma redução do financiamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Entre os instrumentos, destaco três: aumento da mobilidade geográfica dos docentes dos quadros que passam a poder ser colocados num área geográfica que é o dobro do que sucedia até agora; reforço da mobilidade dos docentes entre ciclos de ensino; distribuição das Atividades de Enriquecimento Curricular&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;pelos docentes dos quadros sem componente letiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;O que é que o Governo pode fazer pelas dezenas de milhares de docentes e de aspirantes à docência que ficam sem colocação? Muito pouco. O Instituto Camões podia fazer um pouco mais do que faz, apresentando-se como intermediário entre os ministérios da educação do países africanos de língua portuguesa e os docentes sem colocação que desejem ensinar em África. Infelizmente, o Instituto Camões não faz isso e os docentes sem colocação estão entregues à sua sorte.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
