<title>All about reputation</title>
<link>http://www.profilematters.co.uk/blogcomment.php?id=5</link>
<description>Do estate agents still have the worst reputation? We're in that horrible quagmire of buying and selling. I've come across some very helpful and efficient estate agents - I'm the first to hold up my hand and sing their praises if they've done a good job. My other half is less charitable. But when it's clear, with some, that they just don't listen you can't help but think it will be quite some time before the profession shakes off the reputation it has, unfortunately, created for itself.</description>

<title>The news - what do you remember?</title>
<link>http://www.profilematters.co.uk/blogcomment.php?id=12</link>
<description>On an average day you might recall one or two stories. Of course, at the moment there are a couple of big stories dominating that will run on and on. But, what do you remember of those? The images from Japan are quite shocking - it's those images and the people stories that I'll remember.

But, I'll also remember an interview on BBC Breakfast this morning - Japanese violinist Taro Hakase is performing impromptu concerts in the UK to raise money for those in Japan. He just decided he had to do something and went ahead and did what he knows best - a great story. His belief that he can make a difference is heartening - his performance this morning was pretty moving too: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-12774117
