Bassjackers - Mush, Mush

2011-04-25T11:04:00.000-07:00

Mush, Mush is the new banger from the Bassjackers guys. It has a lovely big drop and Afrojack-like leads. I really like this release!

Hardwell - Encoded

2011-04-19T04:53:00.000-07:00

Hardwell is really busy the last few months releasing one track after another. You can definitely tell his style is now much more progressive then before. It seems like after the track with Tiesto he definitely turned his back on dirty house and now tries to master his progressive side. it didn't always work out with a lot of generic tracks but I must say I really like this one!

Boemklatsch - Think Big (Mightyfools Remix)

2011-04-18T04:48:00.000-07:00

I've been digging this track a while since they've teased it on the Lektroluv channel on YouTube.
I couldn't really choose between the 2 remixes or the original, but after all I think this one works out the best.

Wolfgang Gartner Feat. Will.I.Am - Forever

2011-04-15T07:50:00.000-07:00

Wait what? Will.I.Am and Wolfgang Gartner? Yes they teamed up together to make a potential hit called Forever.
BTW don't call Will.I.Am mainstream or Wolfgang will probably ~~punch~~ (he removed his tweet) you in the face.

Tiësto & Marcel Woods - Don't Ditch

2011-04-06T12:53:00.000-07:00

You might already have heard this trough Tiesto's huge promotional team. But if you didn't know yet: Tiësto's latest mix album has been released! I can write a lot of text here describing what it about is but you should just check it out.
Although Tiësto has changed his style to house, the album is still a bit to 'trancy' for me. But the banger 'Don't Ditch' sure makes up for it!

Today the brand new mixtape from Teenage Lady Killers got released. Words cannot define what style it is. It got a bit of every relaxing type of music.
It's also longer and more diverse then their previous one.
You may not like the style, but if you're looking for something different you really should check it out!

F* Yeah! Justice released their new single today on iTunes from their upcoming album Civilization. It's definitely a great tune although it's not a new D.A.N.C.E.
Can't wait what more they have in store for us!

Stereocreator & Shake Style Pro - No Fear

2011-03-25T07:39:00.000-07:00

I was checking some live mixes yesterday and suddenly I hear this huge electro track. After searching a while I found out these guys StereoCreator and Shake Style Pro made this track. They're pretty underground because they don't even have a Beatport or MySpace. All I know from SoundCloud is that they are Russian. So enjoy some good Russian electro!

The HR 8938 Cephei is a star somewhere in outer space. Just like this track.
It seems that Strobe made a baby. Awesome chilling music again from the Deadmau5!

Nintendo - Super Mario Theme (Artistic Raw Remix)

Artistic Raw just sent me his remix of the famous Super Mario Theme! It perfectly mixes dirty house and old school 8 bit sounds together. Enjoy!

Fedde Le Grand & Patric La Funk - Autosave

2011-02-16T07:12:00.000-08:00

Progressive house at it's finest, or as Tiesto would call it 'Trouse'.
Big blogs say 'it is one of the sexiest, mildly dirty synths you’ve heard in quite some time'. Honestly I think that it is a damn good track, but it is TO mild. I don't see people going crazy on the dance floor when they hear this. It sure isn't a bad track, but I think it fits better on your iPod then in a big club.

Tiësto & Hardwell - Zero 76

2011-02-07T11:30:00.000-08:00

I seriously couldn't wait for today. I was checking the teaser douzends of times. And today I can finally present you probably the best track of this month!

Zero 76 is the best of two worlds, you can definitely hear the influences from each DJ. The trance melody comes from Tiësto and the huge drop from Hardwell. Zero 76 is the dial number from the city they both come from, namely Breda in The Netherlands.

Fun fact is that the teaser was watched over 150.000 times in one day!

Mightyfools - California Roll

2011-01-16T16:04:00.000-08:00

I got tipped today by my friend that I should really check out this track of Mightyfools. I never heard of them before but the track they made blew me away. I searched more of them and they are really upcoming in the scene. I hope I will hear more of them in the future!

Ladytron - Ace Of Hz (Tiësto Remix)

2011-01-12T07:57:00.000-08:00

Ladytron are an electronic music band originally formed in Liverpool, England. Ladytron blends electronic pop music and New Wave, using an array of vintage analogue equipment to achieve their distinctive sound. Albums so far have focused on a balance between pop structures and digitally edited analogue electronic sound, along with some more experimental leanings including psychedelic elements.

You probably already know the original if you bought FIFA 11 lately. I think the original version is boring and much to slow, but then thank god there is Tiesto (it is not even riming on purpose!):

Jackdied - Feel

2011-01-09T14:35:00.000-08:00

It's been a while since I made a post, so here is the first one of 2011!
Jackdied is a project from the Turkish duo Gooseflesh. It's a real funky disco track and I love it.
It is an excellent blend between disco and electro. None of the fans can be disappointed!

Delerium - Silence ft. Sarah McLachlan (Tiësto Mix) Officialy best trance track ever made

2010-12-23T17:02:00.000-08:00

Cover art

Tiësto’s remix of the song 'Silence' by Delerium and Sarah McLachlan has been named the best trance song ever. Armin van Buuren Thursday unveiled this at his radio show A State of Trance.

History’s first independent Trance Top 1000 will now be revealed. The Top 1000 turned out to be a real mix of old, young and future classics. The crowd has voted Tiësto’s remix of Delerium’s ‘Silence’ collab with Sarah McLachlan as their official number one trance track of all time. We’re pretty sure ‘Silence’ will continue to fill silence for many years to go.

So, what do you think?

Artistic Raw - Bootleg Pack Vol. 3

2010-12-14T17:40:00.000-08:00

3rd Bootleg Pack

This is the 3rd bootleg and remix album of the Dutch dirty house DJ Artistic Raw. It contains some real filthy stuff and some shitty releases. I picked 2 songs out of the album that are real dirty bangers. It's a matter of taste but if you would play this in a club the roof would definitely go off!

1. Mike Posner - Cooler Than Me (Artistic Raw Remix) (5:48)
2. Mohombi - Bumpy Ride (Artistic Raw Remix) (5:03)
3. Far East Movement - Like A G6 (Artistic Raw Bootleg) (6:04)
4. Eve ft. Gwen Stefani - Let Me Blow Ya Mind (Artistic Raw Bootleg) (5:40)

It's finally here! The new Afrojack remix of the Black Eyed Peas EP The Time. A few days ago in the other Afrojack post I posted a live video with the same track and I couldn't stop listening to it. I hope you enjoy it the same as I do!

Daft Punk - Derezzed (video)

I bet you already know the Daft track Derezzed for the new Tron movie. Well, today the clip is also released! Unfortunately you only see our favorite robots at the beginning, but it's still great to see them back in action:

And off course if you don't have the track yet: Link

The new Afrojack is here! And once again he made a nice banger. Unfortunately it still has the 'Pon The Floor' sample from Diplo that he also had in his previous track, but luckily it's not so much used as then.

BTW I can't wait for Afrojack to release this remix of The Black Eyed Pease 'The Time' EP. He played it at the StereoSonic festival at Sydney and just wow...
