Enjoy a chauffeured VIP tour of the area's best event venues in New Bern, Havelock, Cherry Point and Newport. Each venue will be staged for your visit and many will provide the opportunity to sample menu items. Promised Hearts Team will be your tour guides!

Included in the ticket price:
transportation to each of the venues on the tour
admission to the Bridal Expo after the tour
registration in the Expo prize drawing for dozens of gifts from participating vendors
goody bag with a variety of information, coupons & prizes

All tours begin and end at the Riverfront Convention Center in Downtown New Bern.
Advance registration and ticket purchase is required as seating is limited on each of the venue tours. Choose from one of three different tours available.

Sand Ceremony Hourgalss

Our Signature Collection hourglasses can be sent to you in kit form so you may add your own sand (or any other material you like). These hourglasses have been very popular for use in a sand ceremony for weddings in place of the unity candle. Here’s how it works:

•You choose either a 4x6 or 6x10 size hourglass from the Signature Collection.
•Hourglass is sent to you in disassembled form with epoxy for the glass globe and instructions on how to put it together. You will need to provide wood glue, funnel and (if choosing an empty globe) containers for your sand
•You have a choice of glass globes for your hourglass kit. Option 1 is a globe that is empty if you want to add your own sand (i.e. two different colors). With this option the center hole on the globe is larger to accommodate all types of sand so it usually runs fast. Option 2 is a globe that already has the tan sand you see pictured with our hourglasses. This choice will give you an accurate hourglass when you are finished (and this is the only sand you may use in that globe). The tan color is the only color we have in stock. You may order different colors from us if you want an accurate hourglass but it will add to the cost of your hourglass and will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
•Laser engraving OR an engraved plate are options you can add to your hourglass. Please email us with what you want engraved and we will reply with your options and costs.
•When you have chosen the hourglass you like go through the checkout process and then send us an email with your order number letting us know that you want it in kit form and if you want an empty globe or a tan sand globe.
