King Sturge has made to new appointments

King Sturge has made to new appointments to its international corporate real estate business. Tim Harlow, formerly senior director of client solutions for EMEA at BNP Paribas Real Estate, will head up King Sturge’s international corporate services team. He joins as partner and will work alongside King Sturge’s head of corporate real estate, Jeremy Day, to grow the occupier business.

The Connells Group has had another successful year at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, held in association with The Sunday Times. Connells picked up a number of awards at a ceremony held at the Lancaster London Hotel on 3 December including Gold in Best Financial Services for the second year running and Gold in the Best UK Large Agency category.

Rightmove has launched 'Hot Properties' functionality on its rightmoveoverseas website. It is a new set of pages that picks out the cream of the properties available overseas. The service analyses Rightmove server and database records to build a pool of the most popular properties over the previous seven days, picking the top 10% by user interest and adding hand picked selections from Rightmove staff and country experts.
