Yesterday, i have attended a &lt;a title="Free Investing Seminars" href="http://freepreview.blogspot.com/"&gt;free investing seminar &lt;/a&gt;in the Marketing Gallery of the Sahid Sudirman Residence. I haven't visited the show unit, but i have seen the promotions. I have good and bad news for you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The good news are :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sahid Sudirman Residence property price started from IDR 500 million.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;the location is good, surrounded by three five stars hotels&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;the access to Sahid Sudirman Residence is free 3 in 1&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;good architecture, there is a garden outside the apartment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;there are some apartment units that have pool view&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;we can use the Sahid Hotel facilities, such as room services, house keeping, etc&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The bad news are :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;i have checked the men restroom in the office, the quality is not very good ( i expected more ).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;the air conditioner was not working well&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;the sound system was not working well&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's too bad the quality of the Marketing Gallery of Sahid Sudirman Residence was disappointing, because i think the marketing gallery is the face of the unfinished apartments.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So is Sahid Sudirman Residence the &lt;a href="http://propertytoinvest.blogspot.com/2007/08/property-to-invest.html" title="Property to Invest"&gt;property to invest&lt;/a&gt;? i will let you to decide for yourself.&lt;/p&gt;Tips : visit the show units and check the bathrooms before you decide.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Invest Tool &lt;a title="Invest Tools" href="http://investtool.blogspot.com/2007/09/invest-tool-comparisons.html"&gt;http://investtool.blogspot.com/2007/09/invest-tool-comparisons.html&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3973983991755739511-5915649960549375842?l=propertytoinvest.blogspot.com'/&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
