We have successfully added the function onto our site which enable users to search via property type.  Current available property type include Bungolow, Zero-Lot, Semi D, Link House, Condominium and Apartment. Of course this would require seller to enter another extra field, but this would enhance the property shopper experience as there is always preference on the type of house they are looking for.

This function will be available for property for sale and also property to let. So basically you can choose to rent a link house or an apartment by searching on the right category. Or you can simply search for all that is within your budget.
