PROTEST, PICKET, BOYCOTT!

This site is for the ethical treatment of the planet so the views extend in this direction. The Earth is hurting bad and dying very fast. Too fast for our own good. Did we accelerate our selves too fast? It may be a combination of both man and nature, (nature not to be discounted).
In any case, while it is true we have to look after our own, we will need to group together, not to ever say who's best. Friends are everywhere. A good word does not hurt. To teach a way of survival has to be the best gift anyone could accept. tl

Well it seemed good at the time to stand up for your rights. What was I thinking?
But, you know. You have to feel you have some true and strong belief in the system that promises freedom and justice (for all) at least I was hoping. I see so many loop hole in the justice system that it's hard trying to avoid the law just simply exsisting, minding your poor sorry ass which has followed the laws of God and man.
With that said, confuse not to whom you (should) praise. If you feel you have to investigate something, just be very carefull where you tread.

The Highest in the Land

Okay, we have lost the race for freedom! All markets are closed (and I mean every corner!), you no longer have a say in your affairs or personal business, lives, what poisons you choose, what meds you take, NOTHING! Your money means NOTHING and you owe more than you know or will ever understand on a magnitude never before seen or heard. Not only is the whole United States under water and every other state in bankruptcy but so is every other house from state to state to block to block! But I have the secret on the tip of my tongue. How much would pay to know where and who has 24-25% interest on your return? Okay, life has not been kind to me so far. I was not born wealthy, on the contrary. Twists and turns of life led me to seek the "Scratch and Claw" method to off set so much debt. Hey, but I don't owe any one! Do you? Do you have anything put away? Save it with all your might. Find me and my email, send me a line and I promise you will not be disappointed in the response I send you. Ask me "WHERE THE REAL PROFIT IS"..Contact me at: majadon@gmail.com or tomitheus@gmail.com

At the time of this note the market had crashed and there seemed like no hope. Now the difference is we've become desensitised. There is still no hoope for recovery. Only you can recover from the pit fall. While the 49 states are in deep trouble, there is one place still on Earth that has growth and developement. It's growing fast! So fast you can recover within a short time!
Returns are held in a municiple account with your agreements and or the other would be part of an investment with incredible yield. Real, True, but don't wait.

The New Bulb of Tomorrow Today

2011-02-03T15:22:00.000-08:00

You all know what the new screw in flourecent CFL light bulb looks like. Everyone has them every where. From my bathroom to the dog house.. I turned it on the other day and then smelled smoke after a few minutes. Four inch flames were spewing out of the side of the ballast like a blow torch! I immediately turned off the lights. But I'm sure it would have caused a fire if I was not right there. Imagine if the kids had left the lights on as usual when they were not in the room.

I took the bulb to the Fire Department to report the incident. The Fireman wasn't at all surprised and said that it was not an uncommon occurrence. Apparently, sometimes when the bulb burns out there is a chance that the ballast can start a fire. He told me that the Fire Marshall had issued reports about the dangers of these bulbs.

Upon doing some Internet research, it seems that bulbs made by “Globe” in China seem to have the lion’s share of problems. Lots of fires have been blamed on misuse of CFL bulbs, like using them in recessed lighting, pot lights, dimmers or in track lighting. Mine was installed in a normal light socket.

I bought these at Wal-Mart. I will be removing all the Globe bulbs from my house. CFL bulbs are a great energy saver but make sure you buy a name brand like Sylvania , Phillips or GE and not the ones from China .

Since the original posting which I found to hold a good foot to the cause..
I've had the same problem many many times over since I started to use these now dollar items. Event he expensive ones are the same. Made cheply with no regard to human concern.tl

BEFORE YOU SHOP 'TILL YOU DROP!!!!

2010-11-16T09:37:00.000-08:00

Okay, everyone....heads up, because anyone buying early for Christmas could get a terrible shock financially with this! Pass it around.

The policy is new and has changed recently so be careful at the holidays. I understand the outrage of this man.

Snopes confirms this: http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/restock.asp

BEST BUY
If you purchase something from Wal-Mart, Sears, etc. And you return the item with the receipt, they will give you your money back if you paid cash, or credit your account if paid by plastic.
Well, I purchased a GPS for my car:
a Tom Tom XL.S from

'Best Buy'

They have a policy that it must

be returned within 14 days for a refund!
So after 4 days I returned it in the original box with all the items in the box, with paper work and cords all wrapped in the plastic.. Just as I received it, including the receipt.

I explained to the lady at the return desk I did not like the way it couldn't find stored names..

The lady at the refund desk said, there is a 15% restock fee, for items returned. I said no one told me that.
I asked how much would that be. She said it goes by the price of the item.
It will be $45 for you.
I said, all you're going to do is walk over and place it back on the shelf then charge me $45 of my money for restocking? She said that's the store policy.
I said if more people were aware of it they would not buy anything here! If I bought a $2000 computer or TV and returned it I would be charged $300 restock fee? She said yes. 15%.
I said OK, just give me my money minus the restock fee.
She said, since the item is over $200 dollars, she can't give me my money back!
Corporate has to and they will mail you a check in 7 to ten days.! I said 'WHAT?'
It's my money! I paid in cash!
I want to buy a different brand..
Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days.
She said well, our policy is on the back of your receipt.
I said, do you read the front or back of your receipt? She said well, the front! I said so do I. I want to talk to the Manager!
So the manager comes over, I explained everything to him, and he said, well, sir they should have told you about the policy when you got the item. I said, no one has ever told me about the check refund or restock fee when I bought items from computers to TVs from Best Buy. The only thing they ever discussed was the worthless extended warranty program.
He said, well, I can give you corporate phone number.
I called corporate. The guy said, well, I'm not supposed to do this but I can give you a 45 dollar gift card and you can use it at Best Buy.
I told him if I bought something and returned it, you would charge me a restock fee on the item and then send me a check for the remaining 3 dollars.
You can keep your gift card, I'm never shopping in Best Buy ever again, and if I'd been smart, I would have charged the whole thing on my credit card! Then I would have canceled the transaction.
I would have gotten all my money back including your stupid fees! He didn't say a word!
I informed him that I was going to e-mail my friends and give them a heads-up on the store's policy, as they don't tell you about all the little caveats.
So please pass this on. It may save your friends from having a bad experience of shopping at Best Buy

It's true! Read it for yourself!!

This is an email going around. I have to bring this to everyone's attention. I see bias, prejudice, "Alterior Motives" everywhere!
Subject: Fox News

Fox News is losing in a National Public Radio (NPR) poll, but with the power of the Internet we can turn that around in a few hours.

If you haven't heard this, the White House is accusing Fox News of not being a legitimate source of news, calling them biased, etc. They have tried to block Fox reporters from news conferences, etc., NPR has put a survey online for us to voice our opinion.

If Fox loses this poll you can bet Obama will mention it as support for his attack on Fox.

Face it! this is is an attempt by the government to control the news!

Let's show them how we feel about honest conservative news reporting.

!!CENSUS WARNING!!

2009-11-12T14:45:00.000-08:00

WARNING: 2010 Census Cautions from the Better Business Bureau
Be Cautious About Giving Info to Census Workers by Susan Johnson

With the U.S. Census process beginning, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) advises people to be cooperative, but cautious, so as not to become a victim of fraud or identity theft. The first phase of the 2010 U.S. Census is under way as workers have begun verifying the addresses of households across the country. Eventually, more than 140,000 U.S. Census workers will count every person in the United States and will gather information about every person living at each address including name, age, gender, race, and other relevant data.
The big question is - how do you tell the difference between a U.S. Census worker and a con artist? BBB offers the following advice:
** If a U.S. Census worker knocks on your door, they will have a badge, a handheld device, a Census Bureau canvas bag, and a confidentiality notice. Ask to see their identification and their badge before answering their questions. However, you should never invite anyone you don't know into your home.
** Census workers are currently only knocking on doors to verify address information. Do not give your Social Security number, credit card or banking information to anyone, even if they claim they need it for the U.S. > Census. REMEMBER, NO MATTER WHAT THEY ASK, YOU REALLY ONLY NEED TO TELL THEM HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE AT YOUR ADDRESS.

While the Census Bureau might ask for basic financial information, such as a salary range, YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION. The Census Bureau will not ask for Social Security, bank account, or credit card numbers, nor will employees solicit donations. Any one asking for that information is NOT with the Census Bureau.

AND REMEMBER, THE CENSUS BUREAU HAS DECIDED NOT TO WORK WITH ACORN ON GATHERING THIS INFORMATION. No Acorn worker should approach you saying he/she is with the Census Bureau.

Eventually, Census workers may contact you by telephone, mail, or in person at home. However, the Census Bureau will not contact you by Email, so be on the lookout for Email scams impersonating the Census.

Never click on a link or open any attachments in an Email that are supposedly from the U.S. Census Bureau.
