margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="219" data-original-width="400" height="175" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/279gcJlXqqtOyo909k6K0XsE_AfRfd7qY0ldtNNn3uGfN2FTf9i-3XTgfUsNl0Elh3u2PRG0VPg=s400" width="320" /></a></div> চলমান ডেঙ্গু পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়গুলোর উদ্দেশে ফের পরিপত্র জারি করেছেন প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়। ৭ আগস্ট ওই পরিপত্র জারি করা হয়।<br /> এতে বলা হয়েছে, চলমান ডেঙ্গু পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণের জন্য সরকারের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষসমূহ সকল প্রকার কার্যক্রম অব্যাহত রেখেছে। এর ধারাবাহিকতায় দেশের প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধের জন্য সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে! পবিত্র ঈদ-উল আযহার সরকারি ছুটি উপলক্ষ প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ৮ দিন বন্ধ থাকবে। স্বভাবতই এ সময়ে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহে শিক্ষক-কর্মচারীগণ উপস্থিত থাকবেন না। এ সময়ে খেলার মাঠ, ফুলের টব এবং যে কোন পাত্রে পানি জমে এডিস মশার প্রজনন প্রক্রিয়া আরও বেগবান হয়ে উঠতে পারে। এতে ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধ কার্যক্রম ব্যাহত হয়ে ডেঙ্গুর অধিক বিস্তার হওয়ার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে।<br /> ফলে পবিত্র ঈদ-উল আযহার ছুটিকালে এডিস মশার প্রজনন রোধে দেশের সকল প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে নিম্নোক্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে:<br /> ২.১ ঈদ-উল-আযহার ছুটির সময়ে একজন শিক্ষক এর নেতৃত্বে কর্মচারী, কাব স্কাউট, গার্লস গাইড, স্টুডেন্ট কাউন্সিল এবং শিক্ষার্থী সমন্বয়ে ৬ জন থেকে ১০ জনের টিম গঠন করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং এর আশেপাশে যে সব জায়গায় স্বচ্ছ পানি জমার সম্ভাবনা থাকে (যেমন ফুলের টব, পানির ট্যাপের আশেপাশের এলাকা, পানির পাম্প, ফ্রিজ বা এসির পানি জমার ট্রে, বাথরুমের পানির বদনা, পানির বালতি, হাইকমোড, লোকমোড, আইসক্রিম বক্স, প্লাস্টিক বক্স, ডাবের খোসা, টায়ার ইত্যাদি) সে সব জায়গা চিহ্নিত করে ১ দিন অন্তর অন্তর পরিস্কার করতে হবে।<br /> ২.২ বাথরুমের বদনা এবং বালতি পানি শুন্য করে উল্টিয়ে রাখতে হবে। হাইকমোড হারপিক ঢেলে ঢাকনা বন্ধ করে রাখতে হবে। বাথরুমের প্যানে হারপিক ঢেলে বস্তা বা অন্য কিছু দিয়ে মুখ বন্ধ করে রাখতে হবে।<br /> ২.৩ কোন জায়গায় জমাটবদ্ধ পানি থাকলে লার্ভিসাইভ স্প্রে করতে হবে অথবা জমাটবদ্ধ পানি নিঙ্কাশন করতে হবে।<br /> ২.৪ আগামী ১২-১৩ আগস্ট, ২০১৯ ব্যতীত প্রত্যহ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিস কক্ষ খোলা রাখতে হবে।<br /> ২.৫ রোস্টার ডিউটির মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠানে শিক্ষক-কর্মচারীদের উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।<br /> ২.৬ ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধ কার্যক্রমে সিটি কর্পোরেশন/পৌরসভার এ সংক্রান্ত টিমে নিয়োজিত শিক্ষক-কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের কেউ ঈদের ছুটিতে গেলে তদস্থলে উপযুক্ত শিক্ষক-কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারী নিয়োগ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।<br /> ২.৭ প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের ২১ জুলাই ২০১৯ তারিশ্বের ৩৮.০১.০০০০.১০৭.৩৭.০০৬.২০১৯-১২০৫ সংখ্যক স্মারকে জারিকৃত পত্রের নির্দেশনা অব্যাহত থাকবে।<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> সারা বিশ্বের সকল খবর, সবার আগে, সত্যনিষ্ঠ জানতে- প্রভাতী২৪নিউজ</div> 0https://p24n.blogspot.com/2019/08/blog-post_91.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (shiplu hasan)Wed, 7 Aug 2019 21:44:00 +0600tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7777120503911503547.post-6285004655381280408<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"> <div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;"> </div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both;
