Die ISO-Tools können auch Images entpacken und nach beliebigen Änderungen neu erzeugen und somit den alten WiiScrubber mehr als nur ersetzen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Als Kommandozeilen-Tools besitzen die Tools keine graphische Oberfläche. Daher sind sie anfangs schwer zu bedienen, bieten aber die Möglichkeit, sie aus Batchdateien, Scripten oder anderen Programmen heraus zu nutzen um so automatische Abläufe zu programmieren. GCMM überprüft die FlashID der MemoryCard, um zu verhindern, dass das Backup auf eine andere MemoryCard eingespielt wird (bei offiziellen Karten funktioniert dies aufgrund der unterschiedlichen FlashIDs nicht). Zudem wurde der Hintergrund und die Schriftart durch die von GCMM+ ersetzt, sodass das Programm ansprechender aussieht und der Text lesbarer ist.&lt;/p&gt;
