At times he's been hounded by the KGB and forbidden to leave the country. Through it all he's kept his faith in the power of Buddhist medicine. This documentary follows Tuvan Lama, in his role as vital member of this remote community, as he treats his patients, conducts traditional rituals and passes on this vast medical heritage to the next generation. Just as Buddhism informs the rituals of this community, Tuvan Lama believes Buddhism and Tibetan Medicine go together, as they are inseparable. He believes one has to know the foundation of Buddhism in order to understand the foundations of the medicine. To his mind, it needs to be understood with the body, the mind, and the soul.

According to the Four Medical Tantras followed by Tibetan Buddhist healers, every disease of the body originates from the three principal delusional diseases of the mind that poison the body gradually. These diseases are the delusions of ignorance, hatred and attachment. For any patient to be effectively cured, the healers have to be able to correctly diagnose the “roots” of the disease which is in the mind. The healing process is immeasurably enhanced with the help of meditation upon the Medicine Buddha.

As it is not an easy task to grasp the connection between the physical disease and the mental or emotional health of the patient, the meditation traditions associated with the Medicine Buddha requires that an “initiate” should receive instructions from a highly qualified lama or guru. Patients who are recovering from an ailment are also encouraged to meditate upon the Medicine Buddha and recite his mantra several times a day, with the correct motivation.

Many people have been finding orbs in their photographs. So what are they and why are they appearing now ?

The spiritual realms indicated some time ago that they would soon give us more tangible proof of their existence and that there will be mass sightings of angels as the year 2012 approached. So they are drawing attention to their presence by appearing in photographs as orbs.

Many skeptics claim that the orbs are the result of a drop of moisture or speck of dust on the lens of the camera. However scientists are now saying that there is an energy source within each orb. They appear where there are children, in beauty spots, churches, at ceremonies or celebrations and at spiritual gatherings - in other words they are drawn to high frequency energy and where the veils are thin. They can also be called in by intent.

As I understand it there are two kinds of orb. Solid ones are manifestation of spirit. They contain the light bodies of elementals, such as fairies, spirits of the deceased, angels, Ascended Masters and any being who is travelling out of their physical sheath. These appear as solid balls of light, big, small, faint or bright according to their frequency, so an angel appears as a bigger and brighter orb than the spirit of someone who has passed over.

The other kind of orb often have patterns within them which are coded messages from the invisible realms. Some of them transmit healing, communication or love. Other patterns are symbols or keys for opening up the mind or heart, for example I saw a lovely one containing a rose, which was being sent from the angels of love to open up the hearts of those who saw it. A few are inter-dimensional gateways. They open doors for you to access other realms, different galaxies and even far off universes. Of course, if you accept the invitation you will travel in your spirit body during your sleep. You may even appear as an orb in someone’s picture as you are on your journey.

Every time you send out a prayer or invocation you are calling in orbs. Angel workshops are always full of them. Prayers for help attract the assistance you need and this will often appear in the form of an orb. Or you can simply sit quietly and ask them to come to you.

Yesterday,on the 1st of November we held the most wonderful gathering here in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From start to finish the energy was soft, loving and harmonious, but also strong and filled with the purpose of clear intentions from clear hearts! It was the most beautiful and loving energy of the Sacred Rose, supported and held by Mary Magdalene with her Twin Flame partner, Yeshua, and sponsored by Archangel Michael.

After the morning work when we connected with the energies of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua, and Kwan Yin and the Buddha, we then asked Sarasvati and Shiva to support our creative work for the energy of the Sacred Rose in Buenos Aires.

Our group created this lovely joint work of art.....a Sacred Rose Mandala based on the form of the Rose Window. The Sacred Rose windows encoded in Light and Color the information of the Sacred Rose vortexes and stargates, and the Sacred Rose grid as defined in Sacred Geometry. This grid is held within the "Flower of Life", and Mary Magdalene calls it the "Flower of Love".

The energy of the Rose, of the Magdalene and of the Divine Feminine in partnership with the Divine Masculine was the loving support that the group used to define this new energy for the City of Buenos Aires. The people who attended the event carried the deep purity of heart and soul that was the gift of the Diamond Light grid that was activated in April. The Diamond grid is also held within the Flower of Life! It was interesting to me that this work with the Sacred Rose energy was undertaken in the same venue where I did the Diamond Light activations in early May. The energy was ready to support the activation of the Sacred Rose energy and the Sacred Rose grid for the city of Buenos Aires.

The purpose of this gathering and the work of this group was to assist in defining and holding the energy of the Sacred Rose for the 11:11:11 work on a Planetary scale. The creation of the Sacred Rose Mandala by the group was to specifically hold that energy as a seed for the city of Buenos Aires.

I share with you here some of the images from this Light work. First the Mandala that holds the energy of each person in the group. Each "petal" was created by a person and together they created the Rose. This is symbolic of how the energy of individuals is combined to create the energy of the Group or the "One" that is the combination or merging of the creative soul energy into a creative project. It is a seed energy for the way in which the New Earth will be manifested and created by groups of people combining their soul energy and power to cocreate with Spirit.

Beloved Lightworkers, you enter into a sacred moment as the Light intensifies. This is the moment when the Sacred Rose Stargate begins to open and you begin to align your Consciousness with the Cosmic Creation Matrix, in preparation for the final steps in your current Evolutionary Journey of Transformation.

This 11:11 portal is especially powerful, for it is in effect an 11:11:11. The triple energies represent an activation point for the energies of the Divine Christ Light. At this time, there will be an "explosion" of Radiance, and you will begin to activate the Rose Stargate or Portal that will be your connection point to the Cosmic Consciousness.

Dearest Ones, in this last phase of your transformation, you have activated your original perfection blueprint in your DNA, balanced your inner masculine and feminine energies, and brought your Lightbody into full activation. You have activated the Pineal gland and begun the process of transforming the gland into its crystalline new energy form so that it can receive and transmit the higher frequencies of crystalline light.

Now, you begin to unfurl the "petals" of the Rose within your energy field and to form or create the Auric "stargate" that will allow you to access the Cosmic Light of the "One" directly and as a Collective. As you begin to formulate this coherent pattern of Beauty within your energy body, so the Planet also begins to create this stargate beginning over that region that you know as the southern pole.

Beloved Ones, this is the culmination of the Mystery of the Sacred Rose and the Twin Flame, and the Activation of the Grail Codes. The Sacred Rose is the symbol of the Ascended Christ Consciousness, as it encodes a Sacred Truth about Who You Are and your Ascension process.

Let us explain it this way. The Grail Codes of Light activate the potential within your physical being to carry the Golden Flame of the Christ Consciousness. This is also symbolized by the Golden Chalice. You, yourselves, in your enlightened physical body, are the "chalice" that holds the golden and infinite light of Spirit.

The Sacred Symbol for the Ascended Christ teaching is the Rose within the Chalice. Beloved Ones, the Rose is your Light Body Spinal channel, culminating in the "Flower" of life, the Rose Stargate that connects you to your Divinity and the Divine Cosmic Consciousness of the Cosmic Creation Matrix.

This Rose, or in the eastern tradition, the Lotus flower, opens to create a portal to Cosmic Consciousness, and it was known to the Ancients to be a part of the "design" of the "Divine Human" or Human Angel. Many of the ancient spiritual practices were designed to ascend power up the spinal channel of light and to open the "blossom" which was the Sacred Geometric Portal known as the Rose Stargate.

This flower design was encoded into the great cathedrals of France, such as Notre Dame de Chatres, that honored the life and teachings of "Our Lady", the Feminine Christ Light of Mary Magdalene and her partner, Yeshua ben Josef.

And so, Beloved Ones, the Sacred Rose of the Flower of Life is the Cosmic Stargate that you will begin to formulate and "unfurl" in your Soul Star energy field, as you and your Planet are rebirthed and restructured into the Great Cosmic Rose or Flower. This is the Geometry of the Stargate Harmonic that will facilitate your final ascension into the Cosmic Heart and Mind and the full Creation and Experience of the New Earth.

Beloved Lightworkers, as you activate the Sacred Rose, you will indeed need to hold the highest vibration of Peace and Love. You are creating, within your Spiritual Body or spherical energy field, a Sacred Geometric design of the Highest Frequency available the Humans at this time. This pattern of Higher Coherence will need to be held in place by the physical energy of Coherence and Integrity, or the energies will become unbalanced and will collapse into chaos very easily. If this happens, dearest ones, do not panic or become anxious or depressed. Return to your Heart center, as we have taught you, and breathe deeply, connecting with the Golden Flame of the Christ Consciousness and the energy of Unconditional Love. Connect with the Sacred Heart energy within, balance your inner masculine and feminine energies through intention and enter into Sacred Union with your Soul and Spirit, as we have taught you. So, you will return to patterns of Coherence and Grace and Beauty and Integrity.

For, you are the Sacred Rose, you are Beauty and Coherence and Grace and Passion. You are Divine Love enfolded into Human Form.

At this time of 11:11:11, those of you who are ready will begin to create the Rose, or "unfurl" the "petals" of Light that will coalsce into the Rose Stargate of Cosmic Light and Consciousness.

The Sacred Rose Meditation for the 11:11:11 given by "Our Lady" Mary Magdalene in her role as Teacher of the Christ Consciousness ...

Beloved Flowers of Light and Love, you have reached a very Sacred Moment when you are ready to become the Sacred Rose. I ask you, now, to be with me and to allow the Radiant Christ energy to enter into your being and to allow you to open the Rose of Cosmic Consciousness. This was the work that I did with my Beloved, with the purpose of raising your consciousness to the point where you could truly embrace the Divine and Cosmic aspects of your Being. It is that point where you know within your heart and soul and body that You Are Heaven on Earth and that you are the Rose of the Christ Light.

So, sit very quietly, and allow yourself to breathe very deeply. Focus into your beautiful and Sacred Heart and feel the Flow of the Divine Energy moving through you. You are Beautiful and you are Loved, so deeply Loved. Feel that Love moving through every cell in your body and every aspect of who you are in the Realms of Light. You are so deeply Loved. Breathe that Love. Feel it in your Heart. It is best if you breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth, letting the breathe of life move through your body. You are Loved.

So, sit in this way and allow yourself to breathe for at least ten minutes. After this time, your body should be still and your mind clear. Now, focus into your Heart again and ask your Higher Self to align your inner Divine Masculine and Feminine energies. Feel the explosion of ecstatic radiance in your Heart moving down your body through your lower chakras and into the Earth, down to the Earth Star. You are grounded and your are connected to the Earth. Feel the Love flowing from your Heart to the Earth and back into your Heart. Breathe that Love into your Being.

Now, as you bask gently in that Beautiful Love, feel the energy of Divine Grace all around you. You are held in Grace and Beauty, and you trust absolutely that you are being supported and guided by the Divine Light within. So, now, allow yourself to feel the channel in your Light Body that aligns with your spine, and allow yourself to pull that energy of Love up that channel, through the Heart channel and up into the Crown. At this point, you will feel the Pineal Gland activate in an explosion of Light and Love, and that Light will travel upwards, and the petals of the Rose will begin to open.

It will be the most beautiful and ecstatic experience, if you are ready to receive the Divine Love that will pour through you and into your Heart and down into the Earth. And you will feel the Rose opening all around you. The colors will swirl around you and you will feel movement, as your Spirit Sphere restructures into the Sacred Geometric patterns of the Sacred Rose.

Dearest Children of Light, know that you are Loved. Know that this beautiful Rose of Light will be the Spirit and Soul vehicle that will lift you into Cosmic Consciousness. We celebrate with you the opening of the Rose....the Flower of Love. Feel how this restructuring will open you to the Cosmic Creation Matrix, the Great Womb of all Creation. You will know, as I knew, your own Divine Essence and you will become One with the Divine Light of Creation.

Beloved Children of Light, this was my work and my purpose with my Beloved. And we succeeded. For now, we are here to give to you these simple words that will begin to fire the completion sequence of the Grail Codes in those who are prepared to accept their own transformation and emergence into the New Earth way of Being. For us, this is a moment of Great Joy, as we see the completion of that which we came to do two thousand years ago. And we rejoice that not only our work finds completion, but the work of many others who have served the Divine Plan for your Evolution and Ascension into the Flower of Light that you Are.

So, at the end of this meditation, know that the process has begun. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to return your focus to your Heart. Again, breathe deeply, and allow the focus of your awareness to enter into your body once again.

Beloved Ones, know that as this Rose opens in your Spirit Sphere, you will feel and experience great change. You will feel safe, you will feel loved, you will feel Connected to Our Love, and you will know that All is Well, no matter what you must move through. You will feel Light at Heart and you will enjoy Life as you feel the richness and the abundance of Divine Blessing around you. You are truly home with your Beloved!

But, as our dearest Archangel did say to you, you will need to walk now in the absolute highest integrity and truth, whatever your Truth is. Speak your Truth and live your Truth. You will need to be Awake and Aware and discerning, you will need to be open and loving and honest. For to accept the Rose of Light into your Spirit Sphere is to commit to a life Ethical Purity and Integrity, and anything that is not in the highest integrity for you will create instant discord and disharmony that can only be aligned by returning to that state of Grace and Love and Harmony that is the result of living in the Highest Integrity, Truth and Love.

And so, we leave you with great Joy in our Hearts!

You are Loved. You are Beautiful. You are Divine Light. You are the Sacred Rose !

Transformers ~ A Global Wave Emerging !

Each one of us is a drop in the ocean. A growing movement of ‘Transformers’ is emerging across the globe and is creating a new wave that is growing as more and more people awaken and join the wave. A profound shift is happening - a shift in consciousness - that is reflecting in our world and in our physical reality.

A shift in consciousness of more and more people is sweeping across the face of the earth. And certain individuals are being ‘called’ to it and experiencing the shift happening. People are experiencing a radical inner transformation - a higher level of consciousness - that challenges their present ways of thinking - and offers them the opportunity to break free from old beliefs systems and habitual patterns - and move into larger experiences of who they really are and the world they live in.

Is the shift in consciousness a natural course in human evolution ? Is it a natural evolutionary process ?

Generations are realizing that they are co-creators of their reality. They are discovering their innate power, wisdom and love and they are beginning to take personal responsibility and acting accordingly. More people are realizing that they possess the power to chart the course for their thoughts and actions. Any problem or challenge cannot be solved or overcome from the same level of consciousness that created it in the first place. Today’s challenges can only be met powerfully and effectively through a shift in consciousness - a higher vibration - that creates a new template of actions.

Our world as it is today is a clear and accurate reflection of our present collective consciousness. Most problems in the world are human made, therefore, they can be solved by humankind. In this respect, no problem in the world is beyond human beings. Change begins with a fundamental shift in the individual.

'Transform yourself and the World transforms'

We change the world most effectively by changing our own consciousness. When we as individuals, grow in consciousness, the mass consciousness shifts accordingly. Our evolution as individuals changes the collective consciousness of our world. The way we can transform the world is by transforming ourselves and begin to act accordingly. As we become more consciousness - aware - old problems and patterns gradually melt away - and our lives will follow suit and go new ways. By making a commitment to our own consciousness journey - growth and change - we are not only transforming ourselves - we are contributing to the transformation of the world.

The shifts of consciousness we make in our personal lives send out waves that ripple over the surface of the whole.

When more and more people realize that they are the co-creators - and begin to understand just how responsible they are for creating not only their life experiences but the world situation as well - they will start to work from the point of view of a creator rather than working out of fear.

Are you waiting for someone to make the World a better place? We are it. It is up to US. It is up to YOU.

If you want to make the world a better place, take a good look at yourself, and make the change. It begins with you. Look at yourself: the way you live, the way you think, the way you feel, and the way you act in relations to others.

The Power to Transform is in YOU.

One lady once said to me,’ You can only build a power field when you work with likeminded people with the same intentions.’

When we synchronize our intentions and actions, together we can achieve ‘Synergistic Effect’. That is, our whole combined impact is greater than the sum of individual efforts. Together we can use the effect of the ‘Ripple Effect’. This means that if we can synchronize our intentions and actions toward a common goal, our independent waves will continue to add to each other as they travel out through the energetic field and the impact will be much greater than we can ever manifest independently.

One person can achieve great things. Together we can achieve what one cannot achieve alone.

Let me tell you something. This morning I held a 12-month-year-old baby boy in my arms. He looked at me with his big beautiful brown eyes - He looked at me with a deep curiosity and then a bright smile illuminated on his face. It touched me so profoundly. He leaned against my chest. And as I held him close to me, I thought to myself, ’wow, what a huge responsibility. for him, humanity and our world. The world we live in, the world he will grow up in, the world our children’s children will grow up in and so on…’

As I held the little boy, a vision reappeared to me. When I was 20 years old I stayed with a Shaman in South America. I had this particular vision among many. At the time, I did not understand the message in the vision. But now it became clearer what it was trying to tell me.

…and it is happening…

There are generations whose very lives will be shifted and shaped by the moves we make and the actions we take. Each of us have unique gifts and talents to share. Our energy and contribution have a profound impact on others and the world. We cannot do the work for someone else nor can we make the change for them directly no matter how much we want to. But we can show by example - by being, doing and acting.

By taking personal responsibility for our own growth and actions - we are affecting other people and the world around us by sending out unending ripples by our thoughts, emotions, intentions and actions. And since we are all linked through the mass consciousness, as we grow, we affect everyone else in the world.

‘You are a light in the world. Let your light shine, radiate and touch the light in others and let it enlighten our world.’

Be the change you wish to see in the world is the only way real transformation takes place.

He becomes an omniscient Yogi. Being emancipated from the cycles of birth and death, he certainly achieves the final beatitude.

One is fully enlightened and can then envision any event going on anywhere in the universe with out entering into Samadhi. All natural elements come under one’s control.

The practice of awakening Kundalini Shakti must be done only under the guidance of a competent Guru. Sometimes when the aspirant practices such exercises only after going through some books, he endangers his own life and there are chances of his becoming insane.

Really, fortunate is the person who attains his divine Guru. That person is fortunate who strives for awakening of the Kundalini Shakti and only that person is called God-illumined who after activating his Kundalini Shakti, gets the totality of life.

Power Stations ...

There are seven main energy centres within the body. They are called 'chakras', the Sanskrit word for wheel, because they appear clairvoyantly as whirling vortices of light. The chakras are situated in a line along the spine, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine. Next is the sacral chakra, at the reproductive centre, the solar plexus at the naval, the heart, the throat, and the brow. The highest centre at the crown of the head is called the thousand-petalled lotus.

As a person begins to evolve spiritually, the chakras start to open and expand, from the lowest upwards. The expansion of the solar plexus gives increased sensitivity and intuition. As the heart opens, we are able to give out and receive greater love and compassion. The expansion of the throat centre begins creative ability and self-expression, while the crown connects us with the higher dimensions of spirits and with the deities.

The third eye has always been linked with psychic and occult powers. Pictured as an eye in the middle of the forehead, its development gives the ability to see with the inner vision. This encompasses many things: clairvoyance, seeing spirits, remote viewing or seeing things in distant places, and foreseeing in the future. At the highest level, it bestows the gift of spiritual 'insight' and spiritual knowledge.

When you begin to see vivid pictures or colours during your meditation, this is a sign that your third eye is developing. All meditation practices stimulate the development of the third eye, particularly those which involve visualisation. The following exercise is particularly helpful because it focuses the attention at the exact point where the third eye is situated.

Opening The Third Eye :

This is a highly practical exercise for helping to develop your third eye. Don't persist in staring at the candle if your eyes begin to tire or feel sensitive. Remember, the focus is not on the candle, but your third eye.

Exercise : Candle meditation

1. Find a candle in a colour you like, perhaps white, gold or purple as these are spiritual colours. The room should be dark. Place the candle on the table about a metre away from you, slightly below eye level. Light it and gaze steadily at the flame. Calm your mind and steady your breathing.

2. After a couple of minutes, close your eyes. You will see the after-image of the flame as a small point of white light in your mind's eye, the spot between the physical eyes. Keep your attention fixed on this point of light. Do not try to move, control or change it, just observe.

3. The light might appear to move upwards. It might change colour. Keep it in your inner vision for as long as you can. You may be surprised how long the image remains, sometimes fading and then reappearing again. When it fades completely, open your eyes and look at the candle again.

4. Repeat the procedure three times. The last time, try to hold the after-image steady without wavering. When you can no longer see it, keeping your eyes closed, continue to watch the space where it has been. Be aware of any colours or pictures that appear there.

The third eye has various other names, including 'the seat of intuition'. By focusing on this area during meditation, we gain a deep and persistent awareness of our intuition and proper judgment. With regular practice, this awareness can reach into our everyday lives. When we make decisions or face difficult situations we will be able to tap into our powers of judgment - instead of relying on external sources for answers to our problems.

The Third Eye chakra is often blocked by ego, or a sense of personal "self" as a separate physical entity. By surrendering to existence and persistent practice you help create a greater awareness of the third eye and allow the light within to shine through in unison with divine intent that drives our thoughts, actions, emotions and our speech. ॐ ... Aum ... Om ... is sung with the whole range of the voice from the throat to the lips. It is therefore used in India to mean THAT which is all-inclusive ... the universal and eternal Self or Ground of the universe. This is the Brahman, the Godhead from which, and in which, everything happens, in much the same way that all sounds heard on the radio and phonograph are vibrations of the diaphragm in the speaker. ॐ (Aum) represents, then, the basic vibration or energy which assumes the myriad forms and disguises of stars and planets, mountains and oceans, plants and fish, animals and men, and is also understood as the central Self, or Atman, in all beings. The sound OM is chanted, or sung silently in the head, as a focal point for deep concentration, by means of which the individual finds out that the life energy which he calls himself is One and the same as the eternal energy of the Cosmos. The Individual is thereby set free from anxiety as it recognizes the self as the infinite sea of divine consciousness manifest in all it's infinite multitude of form spread throughout the cosmos.

The Hindus do not, however, define the supreme Self, or God, as the personal governor and king of the universe. They would say, rather, that the Brahman acts or manifests the world without calculation, much as we grow our hair, circulate our blood, and form our brains and nerves. The world is not made, like an artifact, but performed, like a play -- and the one basic Actor plays all the parts.

Don't give me your name, address and occupation ... you know that's just a mask ... a front ... a big act. Who puts it on? Who puts it on ? Your body? Huh! What an act that is! And who puts that on? Your father and mother? Did they put you on? Come off it. You know very well who you are, but you won't admit it. Deep in there in the middle, middle of your heart, you know it. You've always been around and always will be. And the You in you is the same as the You in me.

You're not some sort of tourist just visiting in this world for a short time. You belong here, like the apple on the tree. And as the apple is the energy of the tree, you, yes You, are the energy of the world.

You don't know who You are do you? You can't really get at yourself, just as the fingertip can't touch itself and the teeth can't bite themselves. And that's because You ... the far in you ... is what we call Brahman, the Self of the Universe. The Which of which there is no whicher. The Heart and Foundation of all that's going on.

You think you're going to die someday. Yes! That's because every now and then you have to go off so that you can know you're on. You can't have an up without a down ... or a back without a front ... or a light day without a dark night. The whole thing is pulse.

So what are you doing Brahman? You're playing on and off with yourself, hide and seek with yourself. You're just passing eternal time with adventure. You forget who you are really. Every now and then You make like you're just a John Doe or a Mary Smith, or a butterfly, or a worm, or a star and that you're lost in the middle of a big, big, outside world that isn't you, that you don't understand and that you don't control. Of course! There has to be something else ... something other ... to bring out the feeling that You are you.

And so that You can feel really you, that outside world has to feel really strange, different, weird. You old trickster ... deep down in, You know the whole bit. And therefore, what you want is a surprise.

So you have to let things get out of control. You have to feel lost and lonely to know You is you. You play the thing out by inventing lusts and loves, fears and terrors, gnawing anxieties and screaming meemees. Also, you can imagine, "It's not really me ... it's IT that runs the show.

But our secret is ... as we say ... Tat Tvam Asi ... You Are IT. You are running the show, by not letting your right hand know what your left is doing. By making life as a whopping great split between what You do and what happens to you. And this is what we call Maya, the great illusion ... and Lila, the play, the big act.

And You don't just play your game with such simple elements as on and off, black and white, or life and death. To seem as real as real can be, this world that You are playing must be so complicated that you can't figure IT out ... especially if you are using figures to figure IT. So between black and white, there is a whole range of colors, between thunder and silence, the whole scale of tones, and between something and nothing, between a smashing fist on the face, and trying to touch air, there are all the textures of feeling; burning, throbbing, pushing, hugging, fondling, tickling, kissing, brushing, and light wind on the skin. Your world is all these elements of light and sound; of tastes, smell and touch, woven together in many dimensions on the fabulous loom of your brain. Your brain ... the most complicated thing in the world, which you ... Yourself ... grew ... without even thinking about it.

You have always been around. For You, I, the Self, is simply what there is ... and all that there is. All of us are rays from One center, teats on One sow, sounds on One flute, forever and ever. But it doesn't get monotonous, boring, because we keep forgetting IT. We keep the ons on by putting offs between them.

How big is IT ... and how long is on and how long off? Don't take these figures literally for their purpose is just to give an idea of vastness.

We say that man, human life, is a dance that lasts for 4,320,000 years. And, of course, there are all sorts of other dances going on at the same time with their own rhythms. Star dances, rock dances, fish dances, insect dances, plant dances; and strange animal scenes, like crocodile dances, elephant dances ... The human dance runs for 4,320,000 years, a span of time that we call a Kalpa. Before it begins and after it ends, there is always another Kalpa, or off period of rest during which the Self is simply the Self and doesn't pretend to be this me or that you. We call this rest period the Pralaya ... peace, uninvolvement, pure bliss.

When 4,320,000 years of rest draw to a close, the Lila dance begins again; though it always seems like the first time. Every day is today. And then through many centuries, through many pulses of waking and sleeping, life and death, you stretch your world out through a span of time that varies in mood like the rainbow; running from purple to red, from royal delight to destruction and fire. For as there is no purple without red, there is no pleasure without pain.

There are thus four great divisions of the Kalpa. We call each one a Yuga and name them after the four throws in the Hindu game of dice; Krita, the perfect throw of four; Treta, the slightly imperfect throw of three; Dvapara, the throw of two; and Kali, the worst throw of one.

And so the first period, the Krita Yuga ... runs for 1,728,000 years, during which the whole world is as perfect as a fresh flower and as unblemished as the skin of a young girl.

The second period, the Treta Yuga ... is a little shorter. It runs for 1,296,000 years, during which a small element of evil and decay comes into life and the tips of the petals are very slightly browned.

The third period is the Dvapara Yuga ... running for 864,000 years. The syllable Dva in Dvapara means two, double or dual, so that in this age, the powers of good and evil are equally balanced.

The fourth period is Kali Yuga ... running for only 432,000 years in which the power of evil and destruction takes over. At the end, your eternal Self takes the form of Shiva, the Lord of renewal through death; blue bodied and ten armed with a necklace of skulls. But with one hand in the gesture called "fear not" as a reminder that all this is in illusion and play. And then Shiva dances the Tandava dance, the dance of fire in which the material world is destroyed and the Self returns to the state of Pralaya ... of peace, uninvolvement, and pure bliss.

All this goes on forever, through Kalpa after Kalpa after Kalpa ... and not only in this visible world that we call the universe, for this universe that we know is only a speck of dust in another universe. And all the specks of dust in this universe that we know contain minute universes without measure; boundless inward in the atom, boundless outward in the whole.

However vast, however incomprehensible, however terrifying this entire display may seem to be, all of it is at root, your own inmost Self; the Self which you cannot touch, or see, or pin down or control because IT’s too close, too new, right in the middle of everything. Because IT’s you ... ((( ॐ )))

This Word is the whole universe. It is explained that everything past, present, and future is the sound OM. And whatever else is beyond these three divisions of time, that also, indeed, is OM. In the beginning there was only the Self ... like a person alone. Looking around, IT saw nothing other than Itself. IT first said "I AM". And so there came the Name, I. Thus, to this day, when one is asked, "Who is there?", he replies: "IT is I", and then gives what other name he may have.

The Self was afraid as one who is alone is afraid. But IT thought, "Since there is nothing beside Myself, of what am I afraid ?" Where at the fear vanished. For what could IT have feared? Fear can come only from something other ... But the Self had no delight as one alone has no delight. IT desired another. IT expanded to the form of male and female in tight embrace and then fell into two parts. Thus IT is that everybody is one half ... like one of the halves of a split pea. And the missing half is filled by a spouse.

Then He coupled with Her and produced all human beings.

She thought, "How can He have intercourse with me, having produced me from Himself? I will hide". She became a cow. But He became a bull and coupling with Her produced all cattle. And in turn, She became a mare and He a stallion; She a female donkey and He a male donkey; She a she-goat and He a he-goat; She a yew and He a ram. And thus were born from their union, all beings that exist in pairs down to the very ants.

He knew. I am in fact this universe, for I have produced it all. In this way, He became the universe.

By whose direction is the mind aware of objects? By whose command does life first move? By whose will is this speaking uttered? And what god empowers the eye and the ear? IT is the Hearing of the ear, the Awareness of the mind, the very Sound of speech, the Life of the breath and the Sight of the eye. Therefore, the wise surrendering themselves, go beyond this world and are immortal.

But IT is beyond the reach of sight and speech and thought and we neither know nor understand how IT can be taught. IT is other than the known, and beyond the unknown. Thus we have heard from the wise. IT is that which cannot be spoken, but by which we speak. IT is that which cannot be thought, but by which we think. IT is that which cannot be seen, but by which we see. IT is that which cannot be heard, but by which we hear. IT is the breath which cannot be held, but by which we breathe. IT is known to those who do not know IT. To those who know IT … IT is unknown. IT is not understood by those who understand IT. Those who understand ... understand IT not. There was never a time when I was not, nor you, nor these others. Nor will there ever be a time to come when we shall cease.

As one passes in this body through childhood, youth and old age, even so is the taking on of other bodies. This does not trouble the wise. Of the nonexistent, there is no coming to be. Of the existent, there is no ceasing to be. That by which all this is pervaded cannot be destroyed. As one casts off worn out clothes, and puts on others that are new, even so, the Self casts off worn out bodies, and assumes others that are new. Weapons cannot cut this Self. Fire cannot burn IT. Water does not make IT wet, nor the wind dry. IT is eternal, all pervading, changeless, and unmoved. IT is the same forever. IT is said to be unmanifest, inconceivable and without change. Knowing IT thus you should not grieve ... The Knower, the Central Self, is not born and does not die. IT is not produced from anything, and produces nothing apart from ITSELF. IT is unborn, eternal, enduring, primordial. IT is not slain when the body is slain ... If the slayer thinks he slays or if the slain thinks he is slain, neither understand. IT neither slays nor can be slain. Smaller than the small, greater than the great, IT is the Self in the heart of all beings ...

Amanita Muscaria (Fly Agaric Mushrooms, Amanitas), the highly visible and strikingly beautiful mushroom, also known as the Fly Agaric, is yellow to red in color and speckeled with white. Amanita muscaria is probably humanity's oldest entheogen. Amanita muscaria's history has it associated with both Shamanic and magical practices. It was identified as the "Soma" of the ancient (4000 BC) Rig Veda by Gordon Wasson.

So, Amanita Muscaria has historical use as far back as we have history, and it shouldn't be hard to suppose that prehistoric humans, in their activities as hunter/gatherer, recognized that there were mushrooms and other plants that had benefits not related to hunger. Our ancestors must surely have been intrigued by the Amanita muscaria--they appeared magically from nowhere, in strange and beautiful shapes and colors and gave magical visions of the beyond when eaten.

Today Amanita muscaria mushrooms are widely known : the Alice in Wonderland mushrooms, the fairytale mushrooms regularly seen in fairy tale books. Yet most people aren't aware that they are, in fact, real. A must have addition to any ethnobotanical collection.

Food of the Gods ?

Are mushrooms the real food of the gods ? Does it contain a hallucinogenic substance that was known and used by ancient cultures and its priests to gain access to the World of the Gods ?

Amanita Muscaria, the “red with white dots” mushroom is not only the central setting of many children’s stories; for the American author James Arthur it is the “mushroom that created Mankind”. It comes close to identifying the mushroom with god, but such a literal identification is out of place. What Arthur is suggesting, is that what typifies Mankind, can be found in the hallucinogenic properties of the mushroom.

The Amanita Muscaria is not only famous for its appearances in fairy tales; its colours are also linked with Santa Claus, racing through the skies with his reindeer. Is it a coincidence that reindeer eat this mushroom, and that it grows under the trees we seem to largely grow for Christmas tree purposes?

One of the first researchers to draw attention to the hallucinogenic purposes of the mushroom was Andrija Puharich. Puharich worked for the American government and is specifically famous for his involvement with the psychic Uri Geller, who he brought to the United States for testing. Puharich learned about the hallucinogenic mushroom through his mediums, specifically the Dutch Harry Stone, who spoke and wrote ancient Egyptian while he was in a spontaneous trance. He identified himself as Ra Ho Tep, an Egyptian priest from the times of the pyramids. He described a ritual that centred on mushroom worship. He claimed that the mushroom was worshipped in ancient Egyptian times for its hallucinogenic power, allowing entrance into another dimension, the dimension of the Gods.

The Egyptian Underworld was named Amenta; the mushroom was named Amanita. Coincidence? Perhaps. What is clear, is that the Egyptian Book of the Dead makes numerous references to food of the soul, which allowed Mankind the opportunity to meet with the Gods. Stone told Puharich that the Egyptians labelled this substance “the plant of life”: ankh khut. The ankh-sign is the predecessor of the Christian cross. It is the symbol of life. The symbol also resembles the shape of a mushroom.

Are mushrooms “stargates”? Arthur believes he has identified symbolism in the Mithras cult that depicts such “stargates” and which form a link between mushrooms and religion. Like many mystery traditions, the cult of Mithras involved an initiation, as well as sacred meals. Were mushrooms eaten during such meals?

Puharich asked Stone what exactly an initiation into the mushroom cult involved. Stone replied that this involved “opening the door. Enter it. Disappear through it. But it is only for those who know”. Stone spoke of a blinding light, a thundering sound and an amazing speed which propelled him to various places, at each of which he received specific information – knowledge – mostly about the future.

The presence of a stargate was the central premise of an early 1990s movie, Stargate – later reworked into a television series. The use of the stargate in the movie is largely identical to the description given by Stone. But Stone’s stargate is not a physical structure – it is a mental structure, a mental landscape, created by the mushroom.

A key section of Stone’s description is his ability to enter that dimension and receive information. Is this the mechanism that might have allowed the ancient Egyptians to successfully build their impressive monuments? Did they delve into a pool of knowledge? Perhaps. Without being able to positively say “yes”, it should be clear that the concept of the pyramid and the first building of one, was an idea of Imhotep, who was a priest. And though we should not take Stone’s claims at face value, he does suggest that there was a mushroom cult in ancient Egypt at the time of the pyramids.

Arthur and Puharich are not the only ones who have asked these questions. Terence McKenna believed that the use of hallucinogenic substances was the best method to access other dimensions. Those who had used, had witnessed God. “Direct knowledge” in Greek means “gnosis” and here we are back to our link with the many mystery schools, who largely promoted this concept of “direct knowledge” of the divine.

Gordon Wasson was another researcher who was deeply intrigued into this type of mushroom. He stated that Amanita Muscaria was the true Soma, the divine beverage of the Vedic and Hindu tradition. He underlined both his own work and that of Puharich when he identified a tribe in Mexico that was still worshipping the mushroom when he made contact with them. This was an important breakthrough, as many of his colleagues had labelled his theories as “improbable”. The same was concluded about the existence of mushroom-worshipping tribes.

The oldest depictions of hallucinogenic mushrooms are 7000 to 9000 years old. They are rock engravings in the Sahara, in the Tassilli. Here is a sequence of people that are dancing. Each dancer holds a mushroom-shaped object in his right hand. Two parallel lines radiate from this object, towards the central area of the dancer. Later, people would be depicted with two horns there. It was furthermore this image that inspired the Swiss author Erich von Däniken to label these people “Martians”.

Whereas they do not show aliens, the rocks do show an ancient mushroom cult. It also shows that the mushroom cult was present in a region which has been identified as a key location in the rise of civilisation. It is also important to note that rock markings as a whole are considered by archaeologists as aspects of initiation rituals, and thus part of a religious doctrine. It seems that the evidence argues for just one conclusion: from our earliest known history, there is a clear parallel between the presence of a mushroom and religious ceremonies… to the Gods – via the mushroom ?

Greek civilisation knew the Temple of Demeter, the Goddess of the Earth, at Eleusis. Philosophers such as Aristoteles, Plato and Sophocles partook in its rituals. These were the participants in the “Elysian Mysteries”, the contents of which have never been written down, even they continued to exist until well into the Christian era.

They were amongst the thousands of pilgrims who made the 20 km long voyage between Athens and Eleusis, in which huge amounts of money were paid for the privilege to partake in the yearly ceremonies. From a hidden, central room in the temple, a substance derived from mushrooms was given to the participant. They remained in the temple for the duration of one night, but left in the morning, “forever changed”.

Was the mushroom the centre of the Egyptian civilisation? Puharich states that the Egyptian language does not have a word for mushroom. Does this imply the Egyptians did not know of them? It seems unlikely. Though the mushrooms needs humidity and trees to grow and Egypt might not seem an ideal candidate to offer either, Egypt’s current climate is different from that of 4000 years ago.

An alternative suggestion is that they did know, and that it was indeed the “food of the gods”, which they often do refer to as “what is it?” – a food that allowed direct communication with the gods.

It is known that the priests made sure that the secret of how to contact the gods was kept hidden from the general public. Perhaps it was merely a secret because of the scarcity of the mushroom and that it was felt that its use should be the sole privilege of the priesthood. So, the absence of evidence, might in this case be the best evidence of presence… for the “food of the god” was one of the best – if not the best – secrets of ancient Egypt.

The habit of looking to others for a nod of approval does not serve to reinforce your autonomy as a self-realized being. It reflects and fosters dependency. There is but one truth on which you can depend, no matter what - your own.

All things are possible now. In essence, the slate has been wiped clean. It is a new kind of world. One in which dreams can be realized in an instant. One in which the deities who walk amongst you can be recognized as your own emerging selves. It is a world where you are able to feel supported, happy, and successful in your endeavors. And one where indescribable joy of being in sync with the momentum of limitlessness, is your birthright. These are the conditions at hand. Right Here. Right Now. Not someday. But in this very moment. The sacred journey of transformation has delivered you right to the doorstep. All that is optional is whether you choose to cross the threshold and experience.

The shift has hit the fan !

Humanity has shifted its karma into surpassing gear, and political climate change has come to America. Thanks to a grassroots up-wising, we the people huffed and puffed together in the same direction and the winds of change blew in a breath of fresh air. And we can all breathe easier.

The vote in November was more than a vote for a new President. It was a vote for a new precedent – to overgrow the “lowest common dominator” paradigm and take a step towards government of the people, by the people, for the people where the government does our bidding, not the bidding of the highest bidder -- and where the Golden Rule can finally overrule the rule of gold. In the short term, the up-wising has been successful, and the American Evolution has begun. The first big shots have been fired, and we are on the road to recovering from an eight-year bout with Mad Cowboy Disease and Electile Dysfunction.

But now, if we want to heal the body politic of conditions like Deficit Inattention Disorder, Truth Decay and the deadliest one of all, an unchecked Military Industrial Complex, we must elect ourselves. Spiritually, it’s time to quiet our barking dogmas and evolve past the Ten Commandments to an even greater realization – the One Suggestion: “We are all in it together.” Once a critical mass of us chooses to live by this credo, we can avoid the critical massacre called Armageddon, create Disarmageddon instead, and achieve fulfillment as a species -- Humanifest Destiny.

The End of the Age of Nefarious ?

Every journey into the light is preceded by a dark passage, and our entry into the Age of Aquarius is no different. As predicted in the celebrated quatrain (“When the goon moves into Lincoln’s house, and stupider aligns with Mars, then greed will guide the planet and fear obscure the stars ...”), the Age of Nefarious delayed the start of the new millennium. But now the quatrain is heading down a new track, and soular power is shining a light on the endarkened corridors of soulless power.

Just as the eight-year journey that took us from Whitewater to Blackwater was coming to an end, some overzealous Bush-bashers hurled footwear to give the departing regime one final boot. That was understandable, but unnecessary. Better we should keep our shoes on, and use them to stand together at a time when healing wounds is more important than wounding heels. Besides, without Bush there could have been no Obama. His alarming actions awakened more people than Buddha, and a body politic in a fear-induced coma miraculously regained consciousness.

And now there is a new President: Barack Hussein Obama. After eight years of insanity, we can proclaim to the world, “America has a President Hussein!”

So now, we must face another awesome truth: We are living in a world gone sane.

Trickle Down Goes Belly Up

It’s a good thing our political fates are on the upswing, as our economy has taken a sharp downturn. The house of credit cards economy based on trickle down has gone belly up, and we must face another, sadder truth. Individually and collectively, we’ve been suffering from Deficit Inattention Disorder, and since we were unable to do the math, we must now do the aftermath. It’s a buy-o-logical fact. You cannot spend more than you have. Nature knows this. We can use no more energy than what we have in reserve. We cannot charge energy on our Ascended Master Card and repay it next lifetime.

So yes, the casino economy coming down, but there is an upside to the meltdown. There is a great opportunity in the crisis. Consider this. When the dollar hits zero, we can pay off our entire $10 trillion national debt and hardly feel it!

Meanwhile, over the past eight years we have seen the fall of reptilian entities like Enronosaurus Wrecks, and most recently a character named Madoff made off with billions. Our entire economic system has been revealed as an extraordinary ponzi scheme where ordinary people are left holding the empty bag.

Unfortunately, this is nothing new. It’s the same old needy-greedy where our collective fear of not having enough -- “scare city” -- has empowered those privatizing privateers who are plundering our planet with their mining operations: that’s mine, that’s mine, that’s mine. This mining has overmined the planet and undermined humanity. Thus, the emergency we face right now.

So, what do we do? I am glad I asked that question. We must go beyond the fear-based state of emergency, to a state of emergent seeing. That is where we emerge and see the genuine wealth that is all around us: the virtually infinite energy from Father Sun, the prolific nourishment Mother Earth brings us every season, the love we generate from our hearts, and the inventiveness of our minds. With this realization, we have a one way ticket out of scare city ... and we enter a state of a-bun-dance. That is where we get up off our assets, move our buns, face the music and dance together. In using our resources to create good goods and greater goodness, we can weave a web of mass construction that will make us all interdependently wealthy.

Heartland Security and Purple People Power

So ... how do we do this? How do we go from our habitual “every cell for itself” consciousness that has caused our current “mining disaster”, to acting on the evolutionary truth that we are in reality “all cells in the body of humanity?” How do we shift from survival of the fittest to thrival of the fittingest?

First we must move from the fear-based Homeland Security to the love-based Heartland Security, and realize our one true security is in the land of the heart. While the beliefs in our head fool us all the time, the love in our heart is foolproof. When we face up to love, we can face down the fear.

What this means in practical reality is that we must step across the “red-blue” political divide that has kept us separate, and show our true colors as one purple people. Yes, we have all been wounded by polarizing politics, so let’s give ourselves a purple heart, and take the next courageous step to cohere around our shared “heart core” values and become ... we, the purple.

I have a dream ... that the rednecks shall lie down with the blue necks, and we tune out the polarizing mainstream media, which is sadly a brainwashing machine stuck on spin. More than ever, we need forums not againstums, dialogue instead of debate. When the body politic stops mass-debating and chooses to have healthy, pleasurable intercourse, we will finally create a healthy brainchild together.

This February, we celebrate Abraham Lincoln’s bicentennial, and our friend Richard Lederer (the anagram master known as Riddler Reacher), tells us that when we scramble the letters in “Barack Hussein Obama,” we get “Abraham is back: One U.S.”

You don’t have to be a Barack-backer to see that instead of relying on leaders from above, the next evolutionary step is for us to become the leaders we have been waiting for. I am Lincoln. You are Lincoln. We are Lincoln. And by linkin’ together, we free ourselves from slavery to the divisive beliefs in our minds, and form a more perfect union in the land of the heart.

Sure, these ideas may seem far-fetched, but we are nearer to fetching them than ever before. Remember, we are now living in a world gone sane. Change is ahead, change is afoot, and everything is changing from head to foot. Like it or not, we are destined to have heaven on earth. Might as well get used to it.

Don’t Worry — You’re Already Funny. Instead of trying to be funny, learn to see funny. Especially learn to see what’s funny about you. Imagine God watching the Comedy Channel, and you are what’s on.

Chandrayaan-I Discovers Water On Moon

Chandrayaan-I on its maiden mission to the Moon has discovered traces of Water making it one of the greatest discoveries in recent times.

"Water ice on the moon has been something of a holy grail for lunar scientists for a very long time," said Jim Green, director of the Planetary Science Division at NASA Headquarters in Washington.

"This surprising finding has come about through the ingenuity, perseverance and international cooperation between NASA and the India Space Research Organisation," he said.

NASA said the M3 team found water molecules and hydroxyl at diverse areas of the sunlit region of the moon's surface, but the water signature appeared stronger at the moon's higher latitudes.

Data from the Visual and Infrared Mapping Spectrometer, or VIMS, on NASA's Cassini spacecraft and the High-Resolution Infrared Imaging Spectrometer on NASA's EPOXI spacecraft contributed to confirmation of the finding.

"The data from Cassini's VIMS instrument and M3 closely agree," said Roger Clark, a US Geological Survey scientist in Denver and member of both the VIMS and M3 teams.

"We see both water and hydroxyl. While the abundances are not precisely known, as much as 1,000 water molecule parts-per-million could be in the lunar soil. To put that into perspective, if you harvested one ton of the top layer of the moon's surface, you could get as much as 32 ounces of water," Clark said.

Although there is a lot more going on behind the scenes, the world governments are now slowly beginning to release paradigm rattling information to the general public tuned in to the evening news, from where they get most of their information. The Moon as we have been made to believe is way more than a natural satellite revolving around Planet Earth and it is no longer a secret that there is intelligent life on Moon and on most planets contrary to the general belief that we are alone in the universe. While we think in terms of life sustaining elements that support all life here on earth as an absolute essential for life in general to come into being in the cosmos ... there are an infinite number of planets and star systems out there which evolve on different principles and are based out of various other elements of creation.

In 1974, Carl Sagan encoded a message in binary code with the basic building blocks and elements of life here on planet earth and with the help of his team at SETI beamed this message into space in hope of contacting intelligent life somewhere out there in the cosmos. The transmission consisted of a simple, pictorial message, aimed at our putative cosmic companions in the globular star cluster M13. This cluster is roughly 21,000 light-years from us, near the edge of the Milky Way galaxy, and contains approximately a third of a million stars.

The broadcast was particularly powerful because it used Arecibo's megawatt transmitter attached to its 305 meter antenna. The latter concentrates the transmitter energy by beaming it into a very small patch of sky. The emission was equivalent to a 20 trillion watt omnidirectional broadcast, and would be detectable by a SETI experiment just about anywhere in the galaxy, assuming a receiving antenna similar in size to Arecibo's.The message consists of 1679 bits, arranged into 73 lines of 23 characters per line (these are both prime numbers, and may help the aliens decode the message). The "ones" and "zeroes" were transmitted by frequency shifting at the rate of 10 bits per second. The total broadcast was less than three minutes. A graphic showing the message is reproduced here. It consists, among other things, of the Arecibo telescope, our solar system, DNA, a stick figure of a human, and some of the biochemicals of earthly life.

On the 20th of August, 2001 we got a reply in the form of a crop circle ( The Arecibo Chilbolton Crop Glyph) near the Chilbolton radio telescope in Hampshire, UK ! Terje Toftenes' fascinating documentary called Crop Circles : Crossovers From Another Dimension illustrates further the response and numerous other subliminal messages from our space brothers ...

Breathing & Altered States Of Consciousness

Breath is defined as the air we inhale and exhale during respiration. It is our lifeline. Our bodies can live for days without food and water but without breathing our spirit rapidly leaves the body. Our breath is absolutely necessary to our life but we take it for granted. For centuries, mystics have believed the breath was the seat of the soul and this directly corresponds to the Pineal Gland Activation or the Third Eye Awakening which in essence is the awakening of the soul !

Stanislav Grof, one of the founders of the field of transpersonal psychology and a pioneering researcher into the use of altered states of consciousness for purposes of healing, went on to discover that many of these states of mind could be explored without psychedelics and instead by using certain breathing techniques in a supportive environment. He continues this work today under the title "Holotropic Breathwork".

While all of us are aware of 'breathing' to be essential to our survival, few of us know what it is like to breathe consciously and practice mindfulness (silent observation of our thoughts, one of the first lessons in practicing meditation) ... breathing consciously in a controlled manner opens up new levels of awareness and helps us go beyond our perceived waking physical reality and experience the transpersonal ... the oneness ... which is the unifying essence of creation !

Stanislav Grof is a psychiatrist with almost 50 years of experience in research of non-ordinary states of consciousness. He has been the principal investigator in a psychedelic research program at the Psychiatric Research Institute in Prague, Czechoslovakia, chief of psychiatric research at the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center, assistant professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and scholar-in-residence at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. It was at Esalen that he co-developed, with his wife Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork, a technique that includes deep, connected breathing, music, art, and trained facilitation with the goal wholeness, healing, and wisdom.

Breathwork is an integral part of all spiritual disciplines and religions, implicitly or explicitly. Throughout time, particular breathing rhythms have been used to induce diverse altered states of consciousness through singing, devotional chanting, drumming, and dancing - all implicit forms of Breathwork. In Buddhist Vipassana and Zen meditation the breath is observed - an explicit form of Breathwork - and this results in a change of consciousness.

The way we breathe creates and controls our state of consciousness, and our state of consciousness influences the way we breathe. If we are afraid, we breathe faster, when we breathe fast, we feel fear. When we feel calm, our breath is slow and deep, when we slow down and deepen our breathing, we feel calm. In many languages the word for "soul" or "spirit" is the same as that for breath. We are our breath !

The production values are excellent and the overall standard is highly professional. This documentary provides irrefutable evidence that there is a spiritually advanced transdimensional intelligence at work here. Terje Toftenes (Pronounced "Tidy Toftness") has created a masterpiece !

Disc 1:

Disc 1 contains a 12 minute "bonus" - an introduction to Terje Toftenes himself. This was interesting. What he has to say is fascinating. Here are some examples:
