குறிப்பாக ஆண்கள் வெள்ளையாக விருப்பப்படுவார்கள். இதன் காரணமாக வெளியில் கிடைக்கும் செயற்கை முறையில் ஆன கிரீம்களை பயன்படுத்துவார்கள். அது அப்போதைக்கு தீர்வு தருமே தவிர, நிரந்தர தீர்வாக மாறாது.

பொதுவாக ஆண்கள் வெயிலில் அதிக சுற்றுவதால் அவர்களின் சருமம் கருமையாகிவிடும். அதைப்போக்குவதற்கும் பல கிரீம்களை பயன்படுத்துவர். இனிமேல் அதுபோன்ற செயற்கை கிரீம்களை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம். இயற்கை முறையில் கருமையாக உள்ள சருமத்தை, வெள்ளையாக்குவது எப்படி என்று பார்ப்போம்.

எலுமிச்சை சாறு எலுமிச்சை சாற்றினை நீரில் சரிசம அளவில் கலந்து, சருமத்தின் மீது தடவி 10 நிமிடம் கழித்து கழுவலாம். இல்லாவிட்டால், எலுமிச்சை சாற்றுடன் சிறிது தேன் கலந்து, சருமத்தில் தடவி 15 நிமிடம் கழித்து குளிர்ந்த நீரில் கழுவ வேண்டும்.

கற்றாழை பெரும்பாலான வீட்டில் கற்றாழை இருக்கும். அத்தகைய கற்றாழை ஜெல்லை தினமும் முகத்திற்கு காலையிலும், மாலையிலும் தடவி ஊற வைத்து கழுவி வந்தால், சரும கருமை நீங்கி, சருமம் வெள்ளையாகும்.

கடலை மாவு கடலை மாவுடன் பால் மற்றும் மஞ்சள் தூள் சேர்த்து சருமத்தில் தடவி 20 நிமிடம் கழித்து கழுவ, சருமத்தில் உள்ள கருமை நீங்கும். இந்த முறையை ஆண்கள் தினமும் பின்பற்றி வந்தால், கருமை நீங்குவதோடு, முகம் பொலிவு பெறும்.

சந்தனம் சந்தனப் பொடி குளிர்ச்சிமிக்கது மற்றும் இது சரும கருமையைப் போக்கவல்லதும் கூட. அத்தகைய சந்தனப் பொடியுடன் சிறிது மஞ்சள் தூள் மற்றும் பால் சேர்த்து கலந்து, முகத்தில் தடவி 20 நிமிடம் உலர வைத்து கழுவ வேண்டும்.

வெள்ளரிக்காய் வெள்ளரிக்காயைக் கொண்டு தினமும் முகத்தை சிறிது நேரம் மசாஜ் செய்து வந்தால், அதில் உள்ள ப்ளீச்சிங் தன்மை, சருமத்தில் இருக்கும் கருமையை நீக்கும்.

முல்தானி மெட்டி 1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் முல்தானி மெட்டி பொடியுடன் 1 சிட்டிகை மஞ்சள் தூள் சேர்த்து, தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி பேஸ்ட் செய்து, முகத்தில் தடவி நன்கு உலர்ந்த பின் கழுவ வேண்டும்.

தேங்காய்ப்பால் தாய்ப்பாலுக்கு நிகரானது. தாய்ப்பாலைப் போலவே இதில் நுண் சத்துகள், தாதுச்சத்துகள், உயிர்ச்சத்துகள், புரதச்சத்து ஆகியவை மிகுந்துள்ளன.

பத்து-இருபது ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னர் இளம் தாய்மார்கள் தங்களது மார்புத் திண்மை குறைந்துவிடும் என்று தவறாகக் கற்பிதம் செய்துகொண்டு குழந்தைகளுக்குத் தாய்ப்பால் புகட்டுவதில் தயக்கம் காட்டிவந்தனர். இன்று அந்தத் தவறான நம்பிக்கை களையப்பட்டு விட்டது.

பெரும்பான்மை அன்னையர்கள் தாய்ப்பால் புகட்டவே விரும்புகின்றனர். ஆனால், ஓரிரு மாதங்களுக்கு மேல் அவர்களுக்குப் பால் சுரப்பதில்லை. அப்படியே சுரந்தாலும் பச்சிளங்குழந்தை தாயின் பாலை சப்பத் தொடங்கிய சில நிமிடங்களிலேயே நிறுத்திவிட்டுச் சப்பிய பாலையும் உமிழ்ந்து விடுவதும் நடக்கிறது. இளம் தாய்மார்களுக்கு மன வேதனை தரும் இந்நிகழ்வு பரவலாகிவருகிறது.

என்ன காரணம்?

தத்துவார்த்தமாகப் பார்த்தால் சிறிது காலத்துக்கு முன்பு அன்னையர்கள் குழந்தைகளுக்குத் தங்களது பாலைப் புகட்ட மறுத்தனர். அதன் எதிர்வினையாக இன்று குழந்தைகள் ஏற்க மறுக்கின்றனர் என்றும்கூடச் சொல்லலாம்.

ஆனாலும், நேரடியான உடலியல் காரணங்கள் எத்தனையோ உள்ளன. அன்னையின் உடலில் ஏதேனும் ஒரு சுவை இயல்புக்கு மாறாக மிகுந்திருப்பது, மன அழுத்தம், மட்டுப்பட்ட தாய்மை உணர்வு, தாய்மைப் பேற்றுக்கு முன்னர் மாதாந்திர உதிரப் போக்கில் ஏற்பட்ட இடர்ப்பாடு எனப் பல அம்சங்களை அடுக்கிக்கொண்டே போகலாம். ஆய்வுகள் ஒருபுறம் இருக்கட்டும். இப்போது நம் உடனடித் தேவை, குழந்தை பால் அருந்தியாக வேண்டும்.

அரிசிப் பால்

பிறந்து ஒரு வாரத்திலேயே ஒரு குழந்தை “தாய்ப்பால், பவுடர் பால், பசும் பால் போன்ற பால் வடிவிலான அனைத்தையுமே நிராகரிக்கிறது, என்ன செய்யலாம்?’’ என்று என்னிடம் கேட்கப்பட்டது.

“எனக்கு அப்போதைக்குத் தோன்றியது, புழுங்கல் அரிசியைக் குழைய வேகவிட்டு பாலின் அடர்த்தியில் கஞ்சி நீர் வடித்துச் சிட்டிகை உப்பு போட்டுப் புட்டியில் ஊற்றிப் புகட்டுங்கள்” என்றேன். செய்தார்கள், வெகு ஆவலுடன் பருகத் தொடங்கியது குழந்தை.

“தாயும் தொடர்ந்து இதேபோன்று கஞ்சியை முழு ஆகாரமாக உண்டுவந்து, ஒரு வாரம் கழித்துப் பால் கொடுத்தால், ஒருவேளை குழந்தை தாய்ப்பாலை ஏற்கலாம்” என்று கூறினேன். அது நடந்ததா, இல்லையா என்று அறிந்துகொள்ள வாய்ப்பில்லாமல் போய்விட்டது.

தாய்மார்களுக்குத் தேங்காய்ப்பால்

இப்போது தாய்ப்பாலை உமிழும் குழந்தைகளுக்குப் பரிந்துரைக்கக்கூடியது நாட்டு மாடு பசும்பால். அது கிடைக்காத பட்சத்தில் தேங்காய்ப்பாலே மிகவும் உகந்தது.

தாயும் தொடர்ந்து தேங்காய்ப்பால் பருகி வந்தார் எனில் அவருடைய உடல்நலம் மேம்பட்டு, சுரக்கும் பாலின் தரமும் உயரும். குழந்தை தாய்ப்பாலை மறுக்கிறது என்பதற்காக வருந்தி அழுவதில் பயன் இல்லை. பால் சுரப்பை மேம்படுத்துவதில் அக்கறை காட்டுவதுடன், ஒரு நாளைக்கு ஓரிரு முறையேனும் பால் புகட்ட முயற்சிக்கும் பழக்கத்தைக் கைவிட்டுவிடக் கூடாது.

தாய்ப்பால் நன்றாகச் சுரக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் ஒவ்வொரு விதமான உணவுமுறைகளைக் கடைப்பிடிப்பது நமது பாரம்பரிய வழக்கம். குழந்தை தாயிடம் பால் நன்கு அருந்தினால், அத்தகைய உணவு முறைகளைப் பின்பற்றுவதில் பாதகம் இல்லை.

மிகை உணவு நஞ்சு

அன்னையர்கள் பால் சுரப்புக்காக மிகையாக உண்பது, பசிக்கும் முன்னரே உண்பது ஆகியவை கண்டிப்பாகக் கூடாது. மிகை உணவே உடலுக்கு நஞ்சாகி விடும். இந்த எளிய உண்மையை நாம் முழுமையாக உணர்வதில்லை.

பசித்த பின்னர் உண்கிற எந்தத் தரமான உணவும் முழுமையாகச் செரிக்கப்படும். முழுமையாகச் செரிக்கப்படும் எந்த உணவும் உடலுக்குத் தீங்கு விளைவிப்பதில்லை.

எனவே, மரக்கறி அல்லது ஊன்கறி எதுவானாலும் அவ்வப்போது மிதமான சுவை கூட்டிச் சமைத்து உண்டாலே போதும், பால் சுரப்பு தரமானதாக மாறும்.

குறிப்பாக, மாவுப்பண்டங்களைத் தவிர்த்தும் முழு தானியங்கள், முழு பயறு வகைகள் போன்றவற்றை உணவில் கூடுதலாகச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.

பதப்படுத்திய (Preserved foods) உணவைப் போன்ற செயற்கையாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட உணவு போன்ற பொருட்களை முற்றாகத் தவிர்க்க வேண்டும். இந்தக் கண்ணோட்டத்தில் பார்த்தால், தேங்காய்ப்பால் மிகச் சிறந்த உணவு என்பதில் சந்தேகமில்லை.

முட்டையின் வெள்ளைக் கருவுடன் முல்தானி மட்டியை கலந்து பேக்காக முகத்தில் போடவும். சருமம் நன்றாக இறுகியவுடன் கழுவுங்கள்.
கேரட்டை துருவி சாறெடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். 2 ஸ்பூன் கேரட் சாறுடன் ஒரு முட்டையின் வெள்ளைக் கருவை கலந்து முகத்தில் போடவும்.

இதே போல தினமும் ஒரு நாளைக்கு மூன்று முறை செய்து வந்தால், விரைவில் நல்ல பலன் கிடைக்கும்.

1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் கற்றாழை ஜெல் மற்றும் 1 சிட்டிகை மஞ்சள் தூள் ஆகியவற்றை ஒன்றாக சேர்த்து கலந்து, அந்தரங்க பகுதியைச் சுற்றி தடவி, பின் 30 நிமிடம் நன்கு ஊற வைத்து, நீரில் நனைத்த பஞ்சைக் கொண்டு துடைத்து எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

இதனை ஒரு நாளைக்கு தினமும் மூன்று முறை செய்து வந்தால், விரைவில் கருமை நிறம் மறைந்து விடும்.

அரிசி மாவு

1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் அரிசி மாவு, 1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் மஞ்சள் தூள், 1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் தயிர் மற்றும் 1/2 டீஸ்பூன் எலுமிச்சை சாறு ஆகியவற்றை ஒன்றாக சேர்த்து நன்கு கலந்து, அதோடு சிறிது ரோஸ் வாட்டர் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

பின் அந்த கலவையை கருமையாக இருக்கும் அந்தரங்க பகுதியைச் சுற்றி தடவி, 20 நிமிடம் கழித்து, பின் குளிர்ந்த நீரீல் நன்றாக தேய்த்துக் கழுவ வேண்டும்.

சந்தனம் மற்றும் ஆரஞ்சு

1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் சந்தனப் பொடியுடன், 1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் ஆரஞ்சு தோல் பொடியை சேர்த்து, அதனுடன் ரோஸ் வாட்டர் சேர்த்து பேஸ்ட் போல செய்து கொண்டு, பின் அந்த பேஸ்டை அந்தரங்க பகுதியைச் சுற்றி தடவி 20 நிமிடம் கழித்து கழுவ வேண்டும்.

தயிர் தினமும் தயிரைப் பயன்படுத்தி அந்தரங்க பகுதியைச் சுற்றி 5 நிமிடம் மசாஜ் செய்து, 15 நிமிடம் ஊற வைத்து, பின் கழுவ வேண்டும்.

இப்படி ஒரு நாளைக்கு காலை, மாலை என இரு வேளைகள் செய்து வந்தால் நல்ல பலன் கிடைக்கும்.

முட்டை வெள்ளைக்கரு

முட்டையின் வெள்ளைக் கருவை எடுத்து கொண்டு, மென்மையாக இருக்கும் அந்தரங்க உறுப்பின் பகுதியைச் சுற்றி தடவி, நன்கு காய்ந்த பின் ஈரமான துணியால் அந்த இடத்தை துடைக்க வேண்டும்.

இதனால் அந்த இடத்தில் கருமை நிறம் ஏற்படுவது தடுக்கப்படுகிறது.

தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்

பெண்களின் அந்தரங்க பகுதியில் இருக்கும் முடியை நீக்கி, பின் அந்த இடத்தில் பால் பயன்படுத்தி துடைக்க வேண்டும்.

பின் அந்த இடத்தில் தேங்காய் எண்ணெயைத் தடவி வந்தால், அந்தரங்க பகுதியில் உள்ள கருமை நீங்கிவிடும்.

கத்தரிக்காயில் நீர்ச்சத்து அதிகமாக நிறைந்துள்ளதால் சருமத்தை மென்மையாக்கும்.

நரம்புகளுக்கு வலுவூட்டவும், சளி, இருமலைக் குறைக்கவும் செய்கிறது. முதல்கட்ட சிறுநீரகக் கற்களைக் கரைக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது. வாதநோய், ஆஸ்துமா, ஈரல் நோய்கள், கீல்வாதம், சளி, பித்தம்,

தொண்டைக்கட்டு, மலச்சிக்கல், கரகரப்பானகுரல், உடல் பருமன் முதலியவற்றைக் குணப்படுத்தும் காய்கறிகளுள் கத்தரிக்காயும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

போட்டோ நியூட்ரியெண்ட்ஸ் இருப்பதால் நினைவாற்றல் அதிகரிக்கும். இதிலுள்ள ஆன்டிஆக்ஸிடன்ட் கொழுப்பைக் கரைக்கும். உடல் பருமனைக் குறைக்கும்.

முதல் இரண்டு எண்கள் அந்த பெட்டி எந்த வருடம் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது என்பதை குறிப்பதாகும் .
மீதியுள்ள எண்கள்அந்த வருடத்தில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட மொத்த பெட்டிகளில் , அந்த கோச் எத்தனையாவதாக தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது என்பதனை குறிக்கிறது.

ஒரு புலி வேடனைத் துரத்திக்கொண்டு போயிற்று.
வேடன் அருகில் இருந்த மரத்தில் ஏறிக் கொண்டான்.

அதற்கு முன்பே, மரத்தின் மீது ஒரு கரடி இருந்தது.
புலி கரடியிடம் கூறிற்று:

இவ்வேடன், நமது மிருக குலத்துக்கே பகைவன்;

இவனைக் கீழே தள்ளி விடு என்றது.

இருக்கலாம் ஆனால், இவன் நான் இருந்த மரத்தை அண்டியதால் என்னிடம் சரண் புகுந்தவன் ஆகிறான்....
சரண் அடைந்தவனைக் கைவிட மாட்டேன் இவ்வாறு சொல்லிவிட்டு கரடி உறங்கிற்று.

சற்று நேரம் கழித்து புலி வேடனிடம் கூறிற்று; எனக்கு பசியாக இருக்கிறது.

நீ அந்தக் கரடியைக் கீழே தள்ளிவிட்டால், நான் அதை உண்டு பசியாறி உன்னை விட்டு விடுகிறேன்.

வேடன் கரடியைத் தள்ளிவிட்டான்,
கரடியோ மரத்தின் கீழ்க் கிளை ஒன்றைப் பிடித்துக் கொண்டு விழாமல் தப்பி மேலே ஏறிக் கொண்டது.

அப்போது புலி கரடியிடம் சொன்னது.
இந்த மனிதன் நன்றிகெட்டவன்.
சரண் அடைந்தவனைக் காப்பாற்றுவேன் என்ற உன்னையே தள்ளிவிட்டான்.
அவனை இப்பொழுதே தள்ளிவிடு என்றது.....

அதற்கு கரடி சொன்னது:

எவனோ ஒருவன் தன் ஒழுக்கத்தினின்று வழுவினான் என்பதற்காக, நான் என் தர்மத்தைக் கைவிட இயலாது.
இன்னமும் அவன் சரண் புகுந்தவனே.

அவனைத் தள்ளுவது அறத்தினின்று நான் தவறியது ஆகும் என்று கூறி வேடனைக் கீழே தள்ள மறுத்து விட்டது.

கற்றாழை இயற்கை நமக்கு கொடுத்த கொடை என்றால் மிகையாகது. நமக்கு ஏற்படும் பல நோய்களுக்கு இயற்கை பல மருந்துதன்மை கொண்ட பொருட்களை நமக்கு இலவசமாகவே கொடுத்துள்ளது. இயற்கையான மருத்துவப்பொருட்கள் நமக்கு தான் நிறைய தெரிவதில்லை என்று
கூறுவதைவிட அறியவைக்க ஆள் இல்லை என்றால் பொருத்தமாகும். கிராமப்புறங்களில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டால் கற்றாழை பல இடங்களில் கிடைக்கும். இயற்கையாக வளரும் கற்றாழையில்தான் எத்தனை மருத்துவக் குணங்கள்.

கற்றாழையில் சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை சிறு கற்றாழை பெரும் கற்றாழை பேய்க் கற்றாழை கருங் கற்றாழை செங்கற்றாழை இரயில் கற்றாழை எனப் பல வகை உண்டு. இதில் சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை மருத்துவ குணங்களுக்கென்று பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இலைச்சாறுகளில் ஆந்த்ரோகுயினோன்கள்இ ரெசின்கள் பாலிசக்கரைடு மற்றும் ‘ஆலோக்டின்பி’ எனும் பல வேதிப்பொருட்கள் உள்ளன. கற்றாழையிலிருந்து வடிக்கப்படும் மஞ்சள் நிற திரவம் ‘மூசாம்பரம்’ எனப்படுகிறது.

தாம்பத்திய உறவு மேம்பட

சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை வேர்களை வெட்டி, சிறிய துண்டுகளாகச் செய்து சுத்தம் செய்து, இட்லிப் பானையில் பால்விட்டு வேர்களைத் தட்டில் வைத்துப் பால் ஆவியில் வேகவைத்து எடுத்து, நன்கு காயவைத்துப் பொடி செய்து வைத்து கொண்டு, தினசரி ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி பாலில் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டு வந்தால், தாம்பத்திய உறவு மேம்படும். தாம்பத்திய உறவுக்கு நிகரற்ற மருந்தாகும்.

கூந்தல் வளர

சதைப்பிடிப்புள்ள மூன்று கற்றாழையின் சதைப் பகுதியச் சேகரித்து ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் வைத்து, இதில் சிறிது படிக்காரத் தூளைத் தூவி வத்திருந்தால், சோற்றுப் பகுதியில் உள்ள சதையின் நீர் பிரிந்து விடும். இந்த நீருக்குச் சமமாக நல்லெண்ணெய் அல்லது தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் கலந்து நீர் சுண்டக் காய்ச்சி எடுத்து வைத்துக்கொண்டு, தினசரி தலைக்குத் தடவி வந்தால் கூந்தல் நன்றாக வளரும். நல்ல தூக்கம் வரும்.

கண்களில் அடிபட்டால்

கண்களில் அடிபட்டதாலோ, இதர காரணங்களாலோ கண் சிவந்து வீங்கியிருந்தால் கற்றாழைச் சோற்றை வைத்துக் கட்டி இரவு தூங்கினால் வேதனை குறையும். மூன்று தினங்களில் நோய் குணமாகும். கற்றாழைச் சோற்றில் சிறிது படிக்காரத்தூள் சேர்த்து, ஒரு துணியில் முடிச்சுக் கட்டி, தொங்க விட்டு ஒரு பாத்திரத்தை வைத்து நீர்சொட்டுவதைச் சேகரம் செயது; எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, இதைச் சொட்டு மருந்தாக கண்களில் விட்டு வந்தால், கண்நோய்கள், கண்களில் அரிப்பு, கண் சிவப்பு மாறும்.

குளிர்ச்சி தரும் குளியலுக்கு

மூலிகைக் குளியல் எண்ணெய் தயாரிக்க, சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை சோற்றுப் பகுதியை அரக்கிலோ தயாரித் ஒரு கிலோ நல்லெண்ணெய் சேர்த்து கடும் வெயிலில் 30 தினங்கள் வைத்து எடுத்து வடிகட்டிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். எண்ணெய் பசுமை நிறமாக மாறிவிடும். இதில் தேவையான வாசனையக் கலந்து வைத்துக் கொண்டு, குளியலுக்குப் பயன்படுத்தினால் குளிர்ச்சிதரும் ஆயில் ஆகும்.

முகத்திலுள்ள கரும்புள்ளிகள் தழும்புகள் வெயில் பாதிப்புகள் உலர்ந்த சருமம் என சரும நோய் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் சிறிது கற்றாழைச் சாறை தினமும் தடவி வர நல்ல குணம் கிடைக்கும்.

ஆண்கள் சவரம் செய்யும் பொழுது ஏற்படும் கீறல்கள் காயங்களுக்கும் உடனடி நிவாரணம் பெற கற்றாழைச் சாறை பயன்படுத்தலாம். தீக்காயங்களுக்கும் ‘உடனடி டாக்டர்’ கற்றாழைச் சாறுதான்.

இதன் சாறை இரவு வேளையில் முகத்தில் தேய்த்து காலையில் வெந்நீரால் கழுவ முகத்தில் உள்ள கருமை நீங்கி முகம் பொலிவு பெறும்.

தோலோடு கற்றாழையை பச்சை மஞ்சளோடு சேர்த்து மைய அரைத்து முகம் கழுத்து கை கால்களில் தடவி சில மணி நேரத்துக்குப் பின்னர் வெந்தய நுரை கொண்டு தேய்த்து குளித்தால் உடல் பளபளப்பாகும். தோல் நோய் வராது. கற்றாழை கழியைத் தலை முடியில் தடவி சீவினால் மடி கலையாது. தலையின் சூடும் குறையும். உடல் குளிர்ந்து காணப்படும்.
