Pueblo Goodwill Industries is proud to present its 5th Annual Pines for Presents on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at the Pueblo Convention Center. Pines for Presents is an annual fundraising event that benefits area children and families in need, with presents during the holiday season through the Pueblo Goodwill Annual Toy Distribution Program. Pines for Presents relies on valued community partners to participate in this heartfelt event by becoming a tree sponsor, table sponsor, in-kind sponsor, or volunteer sponsor.

Sponsorship Levels

Business Tree Sponsors - $100.00 (special discount for non-profits)

Tree Sponsors are invited to decorate and accessorize a pre-lit tree provided by Pueblo Goodwill Industries. The trees are set up and can be decorated at the Pueblo Convention Center on Monday November 10, 2008 form 8a.m. – 5p.m and on Tuesday November 11, 2008 form 1p.m. – 5p.m..The trees will be available for viewing throughout the month of November and auctioned off the night of the Pines for Presents event. We apologize, but all trees must be set up on the provided dates.

Individual Mini-Tree Sponsors - $25.00

Individual Mini-Tree Sponsors are invited to decorate and accessorize a table tree provided by Pueblo Goodwill Industries. The table trees are displayed the night of the Pines for Presents event and auctioned off in a silent auction. Mini-Trees will be available for pick up by sponsors on November 10, 2008 at Pueblo Goodwill Industries Main Office – 1020 Constitution Rd. and must be returned fully decorated by Monday December 1, 2008.

Table Sponsors - $75.00 Table of 10

Table Sponsorship is a wonderful way for organizations to commemorate the holiday season and become involved in this heartfelt event. Each Table Sponsor will receive special recognition in the Pines for Presents program and table signage.

In-Kind Sponsors

In-Kind Sponsors are invited to donate items that will enhance the success of the Pines for Presents event. Without these valued community sponsors Pueblo Goodwill Industries and its mission could not be realized. Each in-kind sponsor will receive exposure based on its organization’s participation and has the potential to create immediate impact with current and potential clients.

Volunteer Sponsors

Volunteer Sponsors are invited to donate their precious time to the Pueblo Goodwill Annual Toy Distribution Program. In keeping with the Pines for Presents theme, Peace & Goodwill, Pueblo Goodwill Industries encourages organizations to volunteer much needed services and time throughout the holiday season. Supporting Pueblo Goodwill Industries in this manner will also allow your organization the opportunity to receive exposure based on its level of participation.

Tree Set- up and Decorating – November 10 & 11, 2008
Mini – Tree Pick-up – November 10, 2007 Drop off – December 1, 2008
Pines for Presents Event – December 4, 2008

Tickets - $10.00 per person
