We lost our dog, Minnie. Please help us find her. She looks like a Cairn terrier, but is a Chihuahua Yorkie mix with a light auburn coat and brown eyes.

She was wearing a striped collar. She is 6 years old and very friendly. Last seen near Lakeview Drive in Stansbury Park, UT on Saturday, December 8th.

Another Day, Another Doctor Appointment

I saw my Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist this morning to discuss the results of my sinus CT scan.

Not at all shocking to learn that I have chronic sinusitis and after thirty days on massive antibiotics I still have an infection. I'll be trying antibiotics placed in my nose for another month and if there is no improvement then I'll be scheduled for sinus surgery.

I wish there was such a thing as a sinus transplant, as I have already have been through 8 or 9 previous sinus surgeries.

Is it too much to ask to be able to breathe? I don't think so.

Worst Blogger ...

Yep, I have a new title "The Worlds Worst Blogger". Numerous times over the past few weeks I have thought about taking some time out of my day to jot down what is new in my world or link to some interesting stuff, but I never got around to doing any.

In my defense I have been really sick with a cold which turned into a very bad sinus infection. Yes, it is July and hot as hell outside and I have been inside wearing a fleece jacket and popping numerous pills including: Dayquil, Mucinex D, Tylenol Severe Cold, Theraflu, anything that promises to reduce my cold and sinus symptoms. I am usually very good about posting photos over at Flickr, but haven't even done that in recent weeks.

So, I have my work cut out for me and will be posting photos of the kids in coming days and maybe I will get around to blogging about the events going on in my life.

In the meantime, check out some of these pics from my cell phone.

• maybe i should spring clean and de-junk the stuff that multiplies around the house.
• i love the smell of fresh baked bread, french vanilla anything and my kids fresh out of the tub lathered in baby lotion.
• people would say that i'm sarcastic, funny, smart, kind, & thoughtful.
• i don’t understand why people put up with the B.S. And don't question the status quo.
• when i wake up in the morning i think 'OMG, not again!'
• i lost a best friend, when I want to talk to someone about anything and everything, I always think to call this person and am reminded that they have a new best friend.
• life is full of choices.
• my past has created the person that I am today, sometimes I am still haunted by it.
• i get annoyed when someone says they will do something and then they don't follow through.
• parties are the best when they are spontaneous!
• i wish I could tell some people what I really think of them.
• dogs are a girl's best friend. I have three small dogs, Zoe, Sheba and Minnie and we refer to them as The Girls, they each weigh between 10-15 lbs and they all seem to think they are boss.
• cats are my least favorite animal, probably because I am allergic to them.
• tomorrow is saturday. and i’m looking forward to sleeping in.
• i have low tolerance for close-minded arrogant people.
• i’m totally terrified of losing sight of what's important. I don't want to get caught up in acquiring the latest must-have toys because in the end you can't take any of it with you. Enjoy your family and friends and treat everyone the way you wish to be treated.
• i wonder why there are starving people in the richest country in the world.
• never in my life have I eaten shrimp.
• high school was a stepping stone to getting to college. college was awesome.
• when i’m nervous i talk really fast.
• one time at a family gathering i used colorful language in a not too colorful room.
• take my advice if your instinct is telling you something different than your head, go with your instinct every time.
• making my bed is the first thing I do when I jump out of bed every morning, I can't stand to see an unmade bed.
• i’m almost always worrying about too many things, and trying to figure out how to get it all done.
• i’m addicted to reading any mystery or thrillers, M&M's and Sunkist.
• i want someone to tell me that it will be okay and someday it will have all been worth it
