This is how the verdict is outlined:

  • “elector” is the person who can elect a candidate by casting vote.
  • Only “elector” can contest elections (Section 4 and 5)
  • If a person is in Jail, he/she is no longer an “elector” (Section 62, Sub Section 5)
  • So a person in Jail can not contest elections.

What do you say?  At least I am feeling better late than never. Even if it s after 62 years!

I write a long sentence.  (Because I have an idea to share with the readers…)

Then re-write the same sentence.  (Because, I want the readers to also understand the idea…)

Then break it in to small sentences. (Because, the smaller sentences are easier to understand than a sentence that is just filled with words and adjectives but simply missing to come the the actual point why they are needed in first place)

And then I delete the sentence(s). (Because, I now realize that this information is off-topic. And needs to be expressed in some other section.)
