Followed it with Abs Core Plus but had to quit 8 minutes before it was over because I ran out of time.&lt;br /&gt;

Shoulders and Arms was a killer yesterday. Did heavier weight than I have before. Not sure if 8-10 is right for me. I really want to lean out not bulk up. &lt;br /&gt;
Ran 40 hard minutes on the treadmill today instead of Yoga. I really need the cardio. Legs back and abs tomorrow. &lt;br /&gt;
Diet was good today. I avoided the late night chip binge. Veggies instead.&lt;br /&gt;
Need to stick with it and make it P180X before I give up on this.   &lt;br /&gt;

Anyone who says this workout is not a cardio workout has never done it! I wore my&amp;nbsp;heart rate&amp;nbsp;monitor and it stayed between 75% and 95% the whole workout. My breaks were minimum. P90X Classic, Round 2! Day 1 of 90 begins today. I lost 25 pounds after completing round 1 so I need keep telling myself do just trust the program. It works!&lt;br /&gt;

Today has been a challenge already when it comes to finding the time to work out. It&#39;s been a busy day and I don&#39;t really feel like it if you want to know the truth. But I&#39;m going to push myself through it and as the slogan says&quot;keep pushing play&quot; every day.&lt;br /&gt;
My goals for this round is to simply follow the program exactly. And yes that includes doing yoga. This morning I tipped the scales at 255 pounds. just way too much! While losing weight will be nice it&#39;s not my most important goal. Lowering my cholesterol and getting off my cholesterol medication is the priority.&lt;br /&gt;
So here we go! Day 1. Chest and Back.  &lt;br /&gt;
