The time has come for the nation’s annual obesity rankings and, there’s little good news to be reported. The rate of Obesity amongst adults has risen in 23 states over the past year and is not  declining anywhere, says a new report from America’s Health. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention has reported that nearly a 1/3, that’s 132 million of Americans are obese.

With all the Health care issues in America, the nation is bracing for a shock in Medicare costs for the boomers start turning 65! Studies state clearly that fat, not just age, will fuel much of those bills. In every state, the rate of obesity is higher among 55- to 64-year-olds - the oldest boomers - than among today’s 65-and-beyond.

Health economists once made the harsh financial calculation that the obese would save money by dying sooner, say what!! However, recent research has concluded that people will live longer but will be sick most of that time, which will result in costly interventions as knee replacements and diabetes care and dialysis. Studies show Medicare spends anywhere from $1,400 to $6,000 more annually on health care for an obese senior than for the non-obese. A friend of mine posted a bulletin the other day and this is what it said:

My response to that was:

This is TRUE!!  Problem is that, when it’s the Money you women get angry, upset, and jealous. Funny thing is that you all want a man with $$$… Figure that one out!

In my late teens and early 20’s I was chasing the women. I was quite good at it if I may say so myself ( Casanova is what they called me - a little ego there…lol ). What I learned very quickly though was that you women wanted a man with some MONEY, SCRATCH, DINERO, CHEESE, FEDIA, or also referred to as BENJAMINS!!  I had no problem meeting the girls, the women, the ladies and divas. I even ran across a few B!t(#es in my days. My issue was lack of funds. You see, I didn’t have a luxury car, designer clothes & shoes, expensive watches, or any other material possessions that said I was “BALLIN”. So I had to work really hard and sharpen my skill level to “COMPETE” in the olympics of dating. I was also shorter than the average guy, so the 6′5″ guys always got the play. I guess the women all thought he was a Pro-Basketball player, he gots to be paid!

That didn’t deter me though, I smelled CHALLENGE. I turned my body into a masterpiece. Physically, I was and still am irresistible. Back then though I was broke. I had no problem captivating the women, but that was afar as I got. When it was time to go out, we did “creative” (romantic) things, if you know what I mean. Long walks on the beach, bike rides through the city, picnics in the park..etc! All that sounds romantic and I am quite sure you ladies enjoy that. But there comes a time when you want to hit Rodeo Drive to shop at Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo, Versace, and all the little boutiques down there, then top off the night by going to Crustaceans in Beverly Hills, valeting the Benz, BMW, Range, Ferrari, or whatever your preference of luxury/exotic car is, and eat a $500 meal!

Problem is that no one wants to go through what it takes to get it. Kinda like everyone wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die…

Ok, where is this going, what is it leading to? For the last 6 or 7 years I have shifted my focus. Instead of chasing women, I have been chasing da BENJAMINS (money that is..watch yo-self, I don’t roll like that). Funny thing is that everytime I meet a woman, they tell me, “you work too much”! Crazy thing about it is that my hard work is what made me attractive. It was hard work getting that body in my 20’s, I spent a lot of time in the gym. You may not understand it or even be able to explain it. It is what it is!

So ladies could yall please make up your minds. Do you want a man who doesn’t care about his finances and will spend “ALL HIS TIME” with you? Or do you want a man who is willing to work hard at making that money so he can secure your financial future and have some fun while in the pursuit of happiness? Which one you want? Today I dropped my S430 Mercedes Benz off to the dealership for it’s routine maintenance and detailing and the most interesting thing happened. They gave me a bucket for a loaner car! Can you believe that BULL S#!T. I have dropped my car off before and they would give either a C-class or E-class for a loaner, noooo problem.

Today I got a Dodge Avenger….  Ain’t that about a b*&$th!  From the BENZ to a BUCKET!! And on top of all that, the bucket only had a 1/4 tank of gas in it and they had the nerve to tell me, “make sure you bring it back with the same amount of gas..”

So you tell me the ECONOMY ain’t f^#ked up!!!  LoL……..

Well if any of you have seen the movie “American Pie”, then you know what I am talking about. Does Finch ring a bell? Well I am sorta like this guy. It has to be like an extreme emergency for me to even think about taking a #2 in public. If there is any chance at all that I can hold off, u know I am squeezing the glutius maximus and minimus til I get home.

Well, today was one of those EXTREME EMERGENCIES! I was sitting in my office and I felt it bubbling. I said to myself, “Yup this is going to be a great manufacturing job”. All of a sudden it was time to delivery the merchandise and it was a definitely PRIORITY DELIVERY!

Here’s where it gets interesting. You know those paper seat covers you use? Are they suppose to protect you from germs or just warm up the seat a little so you don’t get “cheek shock?”

So there I am doing the “oh shit” dance, no pun intended trying to put this paper cover over the seat. I grab the pre-porfirated cover and I am tying to tear it along that pre-cut edge, which can be difficult. You don’t want to rip it too fast cuz then it won’t fit the toilet seat right. Finally I get the paper prepared and put it on the seat. Now I start unbottoning my belt and pants and that darn paper cover falls into the toilet! Oh that is not good I’m thinking to myself. So I get another one and go thru same process. I start ubottoning my pants and wouldn’t you know it, it happened again. Oh boy I am desperate now.  So I grabbed another and yes, the 3rd was was a charm!!

Is it just me or has this ever happened to any of you too?

It was very interesting because in jusr our little small group of about 5 people you heard so many different views. It was like my collegues were pro OBAMA & McCain! They said that Obama was like the Kennedys and that he was a great speaker and definitely has mobilized the youth of our nation into action. However, in the same breathe they mentioned that McCain picked an excellent running mate. Next, one would chime in and completely bash both Obama and McCain.

After all that time listening to all those people I was confused. I personally don’t keep up with politics too much so I was interested to get more information on the different parties. Republican vs. Democrat, liberal vs. conservative, the we got those GDI’s as we called in college (Got D*#n Independents - Girls that were not in Sororities).. Ok, my bad I had a flashback.. I’m focused again.

Back to what we were talking about. Everyone is saying, “you should Vote”. Ok, cool but who do you vote for, and why should I vote for them?
