Qualitize may not have the funding and complexity of some of these bigger guys, but I still think that Qualitize is going to be a blast and for that…..I forge ahead.

Yet with more web2.0 and social networking companies releasing sites every week for the last few years I am surprised nobody has really honed in on the “people” angle.  That’s where we come in. With Qualitize you can vote for the people you love, hate, respect or despise. You will be able to tag folks based upon the qualities that make them “them”.  There is a bit more then that, but let’s wait until there is actually a site to play with before we start talking about the cool things Qualitize can be used for.

I’ve been working on this idea for the last few months, and after thinking long and hard (and bugging the heck out of my wife)….I have settled on Qualitize.com. For the months to come things should be fairly underground (although I don’t plan on locking down the front end of the site during development).  I have a regular day job that I put in 50-60 hrs a week. I am hoping to make somewhat regular progress, but realistically it may be somewhat slow going.
