BRING THE OUTSIDE IN WITH BI-FOLD DOORS

Self-builders and property developers can add value and make the most of smaller spaces with the Exquisite range of bi-folding doors.

Providing an attractive glass façade and panoramic views, the innovative aluminium bi-folding doors work on a concertina system to fold or slide open to a fully retracted position.

Bi-folding doors have become increasingly popular with homeowners and house buyers thanks to their multiple opening configurations, which allow for additional light to enter homes and create an open plan living effect, whether used as an internal or external partition.

The bi-folding door offering from the Exquisite range features lightweight aluminium, which glides on specially designed stainless steel wheels and top rollers with hardened carbon steel bearings. This allows for ease of operation and increases the systems strength and durability.

The made to measure doors, not only come with attractive round edge profiling and an ultra low threshold option, but they also meet with the latest Building Regulations, offering excellent thermal efficiency and water tightness.

Commenting on the bi-folding door range, a Justin Davies for the Exquisite range said:

"Bi-folding doors are a real design-led and coveted feature in any new home or refurbishment. The fully retractable doors work great as internal room dividers to create additional space and provide an open plan feel, whilst maintaining the value of separate rooms.

"Similarly, when used externally the panoramic views they provide help to increase the amount of light in the home, whilst encouraging homeowners to make the most of outdoor space. Plus, thanks to their thermal and energy efficiency properties, they not only add value to properties but also help to save money on household energy bills."

All bi-folding doors are supplied with a multipoint locking system and anti-lift block, as standard. White, RAL single and dual colour options are available, and the range is supplied in two to seven pane opening options, creating up to a 6.4m aperture. All systems can be supplied left or right handed with both open in and open out options available.
