這個一連四天的大型聚會，每年都吸引了成千上萬人去到位於於美國Kansas City, Missouri (密蘇里州堪薩斯市) 的 IHOP-KC Missions Base (國際禱告殿宣教基地) 出席參加。

“Onething” 事工的焦點是呼召年輕人追求那「不可少的一件事」(路10:42) 作為生命的中心，並且培養我們這一代以詩篇27 章4 節中大衛王的禱告為中心：「有一件事，我曾求耶和華，我仍要尋求，就是一生一世住在耶和華的殿中，瞻仰他的榮美，在他的殿裡求問。」

每年IHOP 都會在不同的城市舉辦 “Onething” 聚會，傳授這個異象和實際教導專注於「唯一渴慕」的途徑。

而在年尾最後幾天於IHOP-KC Missions Base 所舉行的 “Onething” 則是全年最大型的聚會。在四天的聚會內，“Onething” 帶領所有出席者一起敬拜、禁食、禱告和領受真理訊息。最後於大除夕晚上，一起倒數進入新的一年。

至於那些無法親身去到Kansas City 參加聚會的朋友，則仍然可以透過互聯網，即時收看網上直播，與現場一萬多名的出席者一同參與整個聚會。往年收看 “Onething” 聚會網上直播都有固定的收費，然而今年IHOP 則在聚會前幾天宣佈今年的網上直播將會完全免費，好讓更多人能夠同時參與這個不容錯過的聚會。
