For non-FHA mortgages, this obligation does not exist. The research explores consumer decisions to buy or rent a home. According to the study findings, 51% of current owners and renters say that the housing crisis has not affected their decision to buy a home. Aspirations are high for the long run. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

If you are going to live in your home for more than five years, it’s probably a good idea to purchase points. Home appraisals are required to close on your mortgage. Different lenders may charge different amounts. Some lenders may charge lesser closing fees to lure you in but they may charge you a higher interest rate. This means you will pay more in the long run. Everyone has different needs and you may or may not be able to afford to pay more at closing and be willing to pay more over the long term of the loan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Many Americans no longer have the credit score required for homeownership. According to &lt;a href="http://www.zillow.com/mortgage-rates"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3d85c6;"&gt;Zillow Mortgage Marketplace&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, borrowers with a credit score under 620 who asked for purchase loan quotes for 30-year fixed, conventional loans were highly unlikely to get even one loan quote even when offering a down payment of 15-25%. According to data provided by &lt;a href="http://myfico.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3d85c6;"&gt;myFico.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, 29.3% of American’s have a credit score below 620.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Papazzio was opened in 1980 and has been happily serving the Queens community ever since. While Papazzio can sit back and relish in their “A” achievement, other restaurants are patiently waiting for a second inspection to bring up their scores.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;With the new grading system, restaurants will now receive letter grades from the DOHMN based on food safety in their kitchens during evaluations. And restaurants will be required to post their grade on their front window, door or other outside walls. This means you will know the safety of the food you will be eating before you even enter the building.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The score system is simple. Restaurants who score 0-13 violation points will receive an “A” grade, restaurants that score 14-27 violation points will receive a “B” grade and restaurants that score 28 violation points or more will receive a “C” grade. A “C” grade means that they have failed sanitary inspection, but their violations are not enough to close them down.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This year’s event is sponsored by Discover Queens of the Queens Economic Development Corporation. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Each participating restaurant will offer three-course lunch and dinner specials for $25. Some local Queens restaurants will be offering deals for two people. You should call the restaurant on the list to confirm the deal.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Restaurants in Flushing, &lt;a href="http://www.queensrealty.com/custom7.shtml"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3d85c6;"&gt;Forest Hills&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, Bayside and more neighborhoods will also be participating in this year’s Restaurant Week in Queens. There are currently over 75 restaurants on the list and it’s still growing.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The event is designed to heighten the crime and drug prevention, strengthen neighborhood spirit, generate support and participation in local anti-crime programs and strengthen police-community partnerships. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* 102nd Precinct&lt;/strong&gt; – At Buddy Memorial on Park Lane South and Myrtle Avenue from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Everyone attending will get to enjoy free refreshments, live music, gifts and entertainment.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* 103rd Precinct&lt;/strong&gt; – In Rufus King Park at Jamaica Avenue and 153rd Street from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Entertainment and activities include performances by oldies and doo-wop band, blow up rides, face painting and free food. There will also be an honors ceremony to recognize outstanding community service.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* 104th Precinct&lt;/strong&gt; – In Joseph P. Mafera Park at 65th Place and 68th Avenue from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There will be a short class on public safety along with free refreshments and entertainment.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* 105th Precinct&lt;/strong&gt; – In Cabbell Park at 121st Avenue and Francis Lewis Boulevard from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Attendees will enjoy blow-up rides, music, games, free food and face painting. There will also be informational booths about crime prevention. The cop of the year award will also be given at this event.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* 106th Precinct&lt;/strong&gt; – In Joseph P. Addobbo Park at 133rd Avenue between 81st and 83rd streets from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be demonstrations of police resources, crime prevention displays, safety information, VIN etching, child fingerprinting, novelty giveaways, music, refreshments, and local organization and business information.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
