The RSS subscription feature for the QuickBase Service Page is being replaced with an email notification system today.

This new system is part of a redesigned Service Page that will enable better support and communication about product status and upgrades. We hope you enjoy this upgrade.

All previous RSS subscribers have been automatically subscribed to the email system.

There will be a QuickBase maintenance and testing window this Sunday morning, October 17th as we perform infrastructure enhancements. This work is important to our ongoing efforts to deliver 99.9% uptime.

This maintenance window will be from 6:30am-7:00am PT. QuickBase service will be available throughout the window. However, while we perform a configuration change early in the window we do expect a brief period of time (under 3 minutes) when access to file attachment functionality may be degraded.

There will be a maintenance and testing window Thursday, October 7th between 9:00pm PT - 1:00am PT on Friday, October 8th as we conduct urgent network enhancements. This work is designed to further correct the performance degradation experienced on Friday, September 16th as well as improve automatic redundancy mechanics within this segment of the network.

During this window, their will be a few brief periods of time (under 4 minutes total) when customers may be unable to access the QuickBase service.

There will be a maintenance and testing window Tuesday, September 28th between 11:00pm PT - 3:00am PT on Wednesday, September 29th as we conduct network enhancements. This work is designed to correct the performance degradation experienced on Friday, September 16th.

During this window, we expect there to be a period of time (10 minutes total) when customers will be unable to access the QuickBase service.

4:50 pm PT: We had described our service as "degraded" for several hours following the service interruptions earlier in the day as we monitored the system; QuickBase has been operating normally since 12:20 pm PT. Our team will continue to monitor throughout the evening.

We apologize for this interruption. As always, please feel free to open a support case if you have any concerns about your applications or account.

1:00 pm PT: A few customers may still be experiencing intermittent availability, but most apps appear to be behaving normally. We continue to monitor closely and investigate the cause of the issue.

12:30 pm PT: We continue to investigate the cause of the issues. QuickBase availability continues to be intermittent.

12:10 pm PT: We are seeing intermittent issues with QuickBase access again. We will continue to investigate the cause of the issue and update you again by 12:30 pm PT.

11:40am PT: As of 11:15am PT, QuickBase service is performing normally for most customers. Please contact us if you are still experiencing application-loading errors by submitting a case: https://quickbase.intuit.com/support/portal or send email to supportrequest@quickbase.com.

12:38 pm PT: The issue has been resolved.

12:22 pm PT: We have heard reports that some customers are being asked for an identity certificate when they attempt to access QuickBase. If you hit "Cancel" (and you may have to hit "Cancel" several times), you will be able to log in to QuickBase.

We are investigating the cause of this issue and will update you by 1:00 pm PT.
