قضت المحكمة الابتدائية باسفي اخيراً بإدانة الشابة التي سلبت مواطنا سعوديا مبلغا ماليا يصل الى 200 مليون سنتيم، فيما تم الحكم على والدها بشهرين نافذة.

وتوبعت الشابة المنحدرة من مدينة أسفي ووالدتها بتهمة النصب والاحتيال، حيث أوهمت المواطن السعودي انها فتاة من أصل هندي، مستغلة صورة شابة هندية.

وكانت الشابة “خ.ليلى” ربطت علاقة مع مواطن سعودي عبر شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي الفيسبوك، وكانت تضع صور ممثلة هندية مكان صورتها. وأعجب المواطن السعودي بالفتاة وتطورت علاقتهما لتتحول الى علاقة غرامية، وصارا يكلمان بعضهما البعض بشكل يومي عبر الهاتف.

ووعد المواطن السعودي ابنة أسفي بالزواج ظنا منه انها هي صاحبة الصورة، فصارت تطلب منه مبالغ مالية لم يتوانى في إرسالها لها لمرات متتالية.

وفي يوم من الايام قرر المواطن السعودي السفر الى المغرب، مما جعل “عشيقته” تصاب بالحرج، فعملت فور علمها بوصوله الى مطار محمد الخامس بإقفال هاتفها، ليكتشف انه وقع ضحية نصب واحتيال، فقرر تسجيل شكاية لدى وكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية باسفي.

وبعد سلسلة من التحقيقات والأبحاث، تم التوصل الى الفتاة ووالدتها واعترفتا انت تلقيتا مبالغ مالية تقدر بقيمة 46 مليون سنتيم من المواطن السعودي، فيما ظل يلح هو على إرساله مبلغ بصل الى 200 مليون سنتيم.

قضت محكمة سعودية بالسجن والجلد في حق مجموعة من الأشخاص من بينهم ثلاث مغربيات، بتهمة “إحياء سهرة ماجنة”.

وحسب ما كشفت عنه صحيفة “عكاظ” السعودية، فقد قضت المحكمة الجزائية بجدة بالسجن من شهرين إلى سنة في حق 11 متهما من بينهم ثلاث مغربيات وثلاث سعوديات وثلاثة سعوديين وهنديَين اثنين، كما قضت بجلدهم من 80 إلى 300 جلدة، وذلك “نظير إحياء سهرة ماجنة في مجمع الفلل في كورنيش جدة، ومقاومة الفرقة القابضة عند ضبطهم” تقول الصحيفة السعودية، مضيفة أن الحكم “بات نهائيا عقب تعديله خمس مرات بناء على طلب محكمة الاستئناف التي طالبت بمضاعفة الحكم عليهم”.

وحسب المصدر نفسه فقد كانت أصوات الموسيقى العالية سببا في توجه “هيئة الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر”، إلى مكان تواجد المجموعة، حيث تبين “تعاطيهم للحشيش والمشروبات الكحولية خلال إحياء سهرة ماجنة، فيما تعرضت فرقة القبض إلى مقاومة شرسة من عدد من الفتيات وهن في حالة سكر”.

وكان الحكم الاول الذي صدر في حق المتهمين يتمثل في السجن ما بين ثمانية أيام و14 شهرا والجلد من 50 إلى 150 جلدة، إلا أن محكمة الاستئناف اعترضت على الحكم وطالبت بالرفع من العقوبة وتمت بالفعل اعادة القضية خمس مرات إلى أن وصل الحكم إلى السجن ما بين شهرين إلى سنة والجلد من 80 إلى 300 جلدة.
