While it may seem hard to believe, I meant no offense of any kind at all with my previous lines.

Ah, well, today I would like to post about a bunch of things.
First, I would like to mention that it finally rained. After how many days of unbelievably humid weather, it's now raining. I bet the sky is relieved. And so is the earth. And so am I..
Second, I would like to mention that I finally got around to catching my first Niconico live with dasoku and clear in it. Yay~
As I'm o_O with moonrunes and didn't bother finding out much, I didn't know whether they limit the number of non premium user access to the NicoRaji (seriously, it's nicoraji.. though I suppose I could write it as nicoradi...) live broadcast. At some point during the weekend, I was convinced I should go get a premium account. But, well, I have no credit card and it seemed they won't accept my visa debit card, so I sighed a sigh of resignation and kept a dying ember of hope in my heart which was certain to be extinguished come that fateful moment when Niconicodouga will politely tell me that my slot/seat has been given to a premium user. Ah~ even in online video sites, the power of money comes to step on the dreams of people who don't have credit cards.
Then came the fateful day of the broadcast. I was there when there were still under a thousand people around. The numbers started rising. While as a fan of clear and dasoku, I should have been happy to see that, a part of me dreaded the should-have-been inevitable moment when a premium user would send me away with his/her 525 yen monthly payment. Apparently, all that build-up towards my supposedly impending doom was going to be rendered pointless for LO AND BEHOLD! I was not sent away. Maybe they accomodate everyone for niconico related broadcasts like NicoRadi (yeah, inconsistency).
In any case, I got to listen/watch the live broadcast~~
I thought it called for a celebration, so I went out to get cake from one of the 24-hr cafes around~

They flashed clear and dasoku's faces for a bit too, by the way, lololol. Well, dasoku always shows himself, but it seems clear hardly does, so I guess this is a rare thing and I'm glad I was there to experience the event~
I'm not a full-fledged fangirl so I didn't record the video stream. Even if I did, I wonder, anyway, if it would be nice to post not-so-public-figure-type people's faces on my not-really-public-either-lol blog. But clear was wearing one of those surgical masks (as usual?), anyway, so it wouldn't have been something to report me to the internet police for~ Still though, one must not underestimate the TRAFFIC POLICE FORCE. LOL. Poor Celty, hahaha. Fujiwara Kei's voice really suit characters like that, right?
I've digressed...
Actually, on a related note, a friend of mine sort of said that I could never become a full-fledged fangirl because I don't dream of marrying the guys I "fangirl" about. Uh. Well. Sorry, then? The ferris wheel is pretty from afar, after all...~ ~~loltrustissueslol~~But for lack of a better term, I will keep on using the word "fangirl".
Also related, at least to the pictures, is clear's like? love? for sweet stuff. In the smiley*2 album, his character's hobby is supposedly making sweets and eating them. This is supposedly on a totally different level since he even stays up too late doing this. At first, I didn't know that clear really did like sweets, but really, I should've known. After all, Mocha was mentioned in the album, lol.
Continuing on clear's love for sweets, I was relistening to one of the recorded radio shows which I got from either clear's or dasoku's blog (can't remember which), and at some point in this one, it seems clear fell asleep, or at least he just stopped talking for a pretty long time. Enter Panyo (~~I still haven't seen Ponyo T_T I fail. T_T~~) who apparently likes sweets. At some point they start talking about a store named Sweets Paradise (WANT), and Panyo says he's only gone to the one in Osaka, but he doesn't know if there's one in Tokyo. Pupi says he hasn't gone there (Tokyo branch), but he sort of remembers his friends having gone there and talking about it. Clear says where it is. Wotamin says "DETA". SOU NE, DEMASHITA NE. LOL clear, what's up with the timing? Heh. Funny that I missed this when I listened to it the first time around though... hmm.
Well, even though his like for sweets is a fact, I have no idea if he actually *makes* sweets. In her live earlier, wotamin did mention that clear is a busy guy. Lol. I know, I'm internet stalking. But it's fun to obsess over people and characters~ Lol.
While I also love sweets, it's not particularly worthy of mention in relation to clear's love for sweets since I am a girl, and you know, most girls like sweets.
I think that wraps it up for the second thing.
Oh, just a note though, I'm not fluent in Japanese. My knowledge is very limited, but I do get to understand portions of conversations and I can make simple sentences, I guess. If there are any mistakes, well, no one reads this blog anyway. Lol. At this point anyway... Who knows what the future may bring~? Riiiight, moving on.
The third thing I want to write about is this blog. After it sat with a damaged template for months, I now finally got around to fixing my selectively expandable posts and my header image. Yay for me. It seems blogger made some updates and killed my template mods along the way. -.- Oh well, all is well now~ All I had to do was clear the mods to the widgets and add the codes again, it seems. Blogger now has it's own expandable post feature. It also now has pages. I should really get around to making a layout for my wordpress blog. And I am now getting sleepy.
Technically, the live broadcast was yesterday evening, but since I haven't gone to sleep yet, it's still the same day for me. (^ ^)b

Imagination~!

Technically, though, it isn't exactly life, because, well, it's still merely a bunch of drawings put together. But, well, close enough~ After all, life is just a bunch of moments put together, right? :D Or wait. Do I just need to get a life or something? Well, moving on...

Remember the invisible monsters from Ga-Rei Zero?

Those are class ones though, the class B one looks like a bad CG of a large fire type pokemon and it ROLLS. Seriously. Anyway, so there were these invisible monster-like creatures in Ga-Rei who could only be seen by special people or by ordinary people wearing special equipment. However, the ordinary people who could only see them through the special equipment stuff can't really see them all that clearly. Yep, nothing beats natural vision, my friends.
Anyway, I recently (well... weeks ago...) caught up in watching Full Metal Alchemist and I met the real form of Envy-san.

I thought it was amazing! Not because it was amazing in itself, but because even before watching Ga-Rei, in one of my useless imagination moments, I was thinking of a similar concept for a story that will, of course, never materialize in this side of reality. I thought a pretty good villain would be a combination of the Ga-Rei pokemon, I mean, well, whatever they were, and Envy. These monsters would be invisible, but yes, they can be seen through special equipment, but they wouldn't be clear. But to those who can see them, they will be horrible and heart-wrenching at the same time because they will look somewhat like Envy, like a bunch of humans slapped together and they will, in fact be humans. The humans that the creature has consumed, or should I say, assimilated into its being.
Isn't it a cool enemy? It will look horrible, and repulsive, but at the same time, it will be made of humans, some of whom will still be alive, by the way, but will be in terrible suffering, and there will be no way to save them, so they will have to die with the enemy creature. It will make way for dilemmas and stuff like that. :D
And then here it is! Sure, these are two separate animes, but I guess it means there was some worth to my random thoughts. Heeheehee... I can actually think up stuff that may just sell to people. I'm pretty amazed.
Anyway, just another useless record of my thoughts slapped on this ~~Lelouch Shrine~~ Blog floating around aimlessly in the Internet, much like my soul in this world. Ah~ life~

Nonexistent Warning: Asbestos is dangerous to your health.

Earlier in this century, Asbestos was widely used for various industrial purposes. Unbenknownst to the workers, this substance would one day lead them to their deaths. While many uses of asbestos has already been banned in many countries, the aftereffects of the usage of it in earlier years aren't completely gone.

Mesothelioma is a cancer most commonly diagnosed in people of have been exposed to asbestos earlier in their life, mostly due to their working circumstances. It targets the mesothelium, a membrane that covers and protects most of our internal organs. After this, it quickly spreads to the organs themselves, most commonly, the lungs and the liver. This cancer is very difficult to detect in its early stages and is only detected usually only when the cancer is already in a very serious stage. People who are diagnosed with Mesothelioma are usually told that they probably have only one more year to live.

There is also another disease caused by asbestos exposure called asbestosis. While this disease is not related to and will not lead to cancer, it is still a serious condition as it affects the lungs of the person.

Quite a number of families are affected emotionally because of a loved one being diagnosed with the abovementioned conditions. If not for their being exposed to asbestos, their lives may have been very different. They should therefore fight for what could have been and assert their rights as victims. Besides, my first memories of MY PACE are associated with dancing stuffed toys and all, so.... lalala~

I also have a hunch that he's this rich kid type who just ended up being an actor since he was scouted. He would have probably led a completely happy and successful life even if he didn't become an actor.

The ending theme of this show is pretty serious, and pretty nice. :D There's actually one youtube clip that had translations. Not great, but not bad.

I also saw him in Casshern and Tatta Hitotsu no Koi. And, as mentioned in a previous post, in Atashinchi no Danshi. I've also checked out RESCUE, but it hit me as a bit too dramatic and serious and pretty unrealistic. :( (Well, Atashinchi is unrealistic and has drama moments that are uberdramatic, but it's like COMEDY, so...)

So, it's only been dNeero lately and there's another dNeero I'm supposed to put up. But before that, I guess I should make a sort of proper entry.

This is a Japanese Live-Action show I've recently tried watching. I wouldn't call it special, but as I have recently learned the meaning of fangirling, it ends up being special anyway.

LALALALALA~

In this show, Horikita Maki is a poor homeless girl who is suddenly taken in as the wife of a very rich, kind-of-old man in exchange for him paying her 100M yen debt. Then after one month, the rich guy dies. So she is left to deal with his 6 sons and take upon the challenge of fulfilling the seemingly endlessly growing list of conditions in this scroll thingy contract she signed with the naivete unbelievably uncharacteristic of someone who has been looking out for herself in N years since her mother died and her jerk dad (who is actually the one who accumulated the 100M yen debt) left them.

tl;dr: kind of reverse harem story but she's like officially the mom, so wthlol. then again, it's kind of japan, so lolwth.

That prolly didn't make as much sense as I would've wanted it too, but then again, being that way, it just matches up with the mood of this show more. :D HAHA.

Imagine three thousand kilograms of pure wild meat rolling over your body... That would be just crushingly terrible. Fortunately, humans are generally not in immediate danger of unpleasant physical contact with rhinos. Also, as far as I know, rhinos don't roll over...
However, there is a rhino that has been running amok and rolling over in the last decade. Instead of three thousand kilograms of meat, you’ll have a good amount of solid metal to worry about this time. I am talking about the ATV manufactured by Yamaha called the Rhino.
This Rhino has purportedly caused 46 deaths since 2003 and has most likely caused many more injuries than that. According to http://www.youhaverights.com/defective-products/yamaha-rhino, the Yamaha Rhino has a number of defects including:
• No doors on the passenger compartment
• No handholds inside the passenger compartment
• Narrow wheel base
• Small tires
• High center of gravity
The high center of gravity causes the Rhino to roll over in the event of very rough terrain. Because there is no door on the passenger side, when the vehicle topples, passenger then tends to try to keep the vehicle from toppling by sticking out his leg which only causes the passenger to have more grave injuries.
Just this year, Yamaha has actually recalled 120,000 units. However, this will not bring back the ones who have died and it will not erase both the emotional and physical scars these accidents have left on the victims.

Around 13 years after its release, I finally get to watch Baz Luhrmann's Romeo x Juliet.

Great movie. :D

However, as I am bad with movie reviews and all, I shall make this into a quote post. ^^,

This line here is what endeared the little Bean to softhearted lil me. Awwwwe. Etc.

Anyway, since I have a headache right now and am basically making this post for the reason spelled out by the permalink of this post, uhh... I don't really have much to say.

It was a very heart-wrenching line for me, and I'm not being sarcastic here. I do, in fact, have a heart, that can, in fact, be wrenched.

I didn't really enjoy anything else.

Sad, but true. :(

Amazingly, I managed to take 44 screens all in all, which I shall use for this "real" post. Picture book type with unncessary words, yeah. You have been warned.

First of all, my general reaction is: "wow, this sucks."

But, well, it was evident episodesss ago that the series was taking a fatal turn to the world of hopelessly convoluted storylines.

An unfortunate turn, as gandam00 had potential. :( May it rest in peace.

It's all about the helmet colors, just like power rangers. Man, the memories of childhood tug at my heartstrings so bad, I think my heart is actually choking. Or maybe it's something other than nostalgia. The scent of sarcasm is in the air~

Personally, though the helmet supposedly matches his hair, I think it looks a bit too plain and dead to be the color that represents the master villain in the final battle. Tsk tsk.

I'm a person who likes junk food and coke zero and chocolates.

I don't smoke or really drink, but, that's really not due to health blah reasons.

This isn't to say I don't care about health.

Or maybe I don't. I dunno... I definitely wouldn't want to pay large hospital bills. Maybe just enough to not pay hospitals too much. I don't really want too lame a death, like, one day having an actual bathtub and hitting my head on the faucet and drowning in the tub with bloody water or something. But that isn't health-related.

Anyway, 21 years more. After that, I shouldn't care too much.

Just thought I'd do a quick post here so I can proceed with making a dneero entry? It's just too weird to have only dneero stuff on a blog, I guess... *shrug*

So if pink is so closely related to red, why are some of the reds in our country so against pink? (or, as one particularly witty friend of mine put it, “I read that the reds think pink stinks”). I am referring, of course, to a recent resolution filed by left-leaning lawmakers Satur Ocampo and Teodoro Casiño (both representatives of Bayan Muna), Gabriela Representatives Liza Maza and Luzviminda Ilagan, and Anakpawis Representative Rafael Mariano urging the House to investigate the use of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s (MMDA) use of the color pink in building their road signs and structures. And yes, I am talking about that House, as in our country’s House of Representatives, where the Philippines’ best and brightest minds supposedly convene in order to enact meaningful laws. Apparently, the color wheel and its various applications are now a matter of great national importance. What’s next? Filing a motion to ban congressmen from taking the floor if their shoes and belt don’t match?

I looove cute game characters. :D
It's 3D cutey goodness~

This game, Luna Online, is, according to my possibly failing memory which based its knowledge about this somewhere on the internet, a Korean MMORPG. If I recall correctly, Ragnarok Online was Korean too, and so was the manhwa (thus, manhwa, right? La~lala~). Anyway, I just had to mention RO because, well, it was the first MMORPG I ever played and it was also the first one I was ever hooked on. I tried a bunch of other online games like gunbound and O2Jam, but I never got hooked on it like in RO. I also recently tried Secret of the Solstice, but I got tired after a bit too. I guess I only liked it because it reminded me of RO and it was free to play, yay! kinda... As for RO, I got tired of it after my friends disappeared from it one by one. I think I'm the type who likes MMORPGs when I'm playing it with people I actually know, like how I played Solstice mostly only when my brother or sister was around too. Yeah, yeah, so I'm bad at socializing in both real life and virtual life. What can I say? I'm consistent like that. :3
Also, I'm not really a gaming addict, so, it's not like I've played lotsa games, but I'm not a complete noob either. Just wanted to make that clear, lest I seem like I'm pretending to be a game god.
Moving on to the actual topic of this post as the title depicts...

General Impressions (Ramblings without Screenshots)
I don't really read up on games much until I get to play them for a bit. In fact, make that a lot. I usually just play through them first until I'm interested enough to go gather extra information, etc. However, as this game is still in Open Beta which includes some glitches like broken text (in my case), I think I may have to read up on some things soon, like how the system works, etc.
I've browsed the official website (If you're interested, go click my new flash clock with a dancing person-cat. It's better than putting a link here~ so cute! XD) though, and my brother read up a little on the classes, etc. Supposedly, this game has what they call a family system. I have no idea how that works, but, well, maybe you get together and decide that you're all one big family. Maybe it's a guild equivalent? As the site itself seems to be a Beta version as well (hello to lots of coming soons and broken links :D), there wasn't really much information in it. Another incomplete piece of info that caught my attention (the cute emoticons don't count, I think...) was the mention of some sort of farming system. I think you can own a farm and, well, do farming, and protect your farm from monsters and all that. Uhh, online Rune Factory? Not that I got to continue playing that game much. ~~Oh, my incomplete life~!~~ As for the jobs and all, first, there are two races to choose from: Elf and Human. After which, you can choose from one of three classes: Rogue, Fighter, and Mage. I have no idea if I got the names right, I can't quite remember. But, yeah, pretty much a sword type, a magic type, and a bow/dagger type. Not respectively, but easy to match. Matching type test, yay. According to my brother, it seems that as you move along, you have a number of choices for your jobs or something. If you choose, job A over job B for your first job under a certain class, you get the skills of job A, but not job B. So you can build yur skill tree depending on what job you choose, it seems. I kind of like that. :D I hope my statements made sense too. Not that it matters much, I guess. *shrug* This game also has a PVP/PK system. You can request other people to battle with you, it seems. On the character info window, the number of times you've killed a player is also listed. Well, actually, the number of monsters you've killed is also listed, it seems. I wonder what that's for... Anyway, moving on.
Basically, the only things I've done are make a player, try out a quest, and kill a couple of monsters, the last two being closely intertwined as the quest only involved killing monsters.
Let's go rewind to making a character then. :D
I have no screenshots for this part, but unlike Solstice and RO where you only get to choose hairstyle and hair color, in LO (hahaha), you get to choose the eyes/face. However, as anime-like-faces are 50-75% eyes, we can just assume it's the eyes you choose. The downside is you don't get to choose the hair color. But they might have a patch for that later, like the dyeing system of RO. Yes, please, I want! Ahem. Anyway... There are different sets of hair and eyes for the elven and human races. And I think that's all there is to place here~ It's already too long as it is.

Betaness (More Ramblings with one Screenshot)
I know it's still in Open Beta stage, and has only been so for less than a month, so I guess glitches are forgivable. There are only two problems I've had so far, both of them major, one of which I solved crudely, and the other I may attempt to solve (if it's even possible) or just learn to ignore.
The first one was a problem with the launcher that made us unable to play the game. Of course I tried to do something. I wanted the cute game!!!
Problem #1: Double-click launcher. Crash. Try again. Crash. Try again. Crash.
At this point, you know something's wrong, right? You had to press "Don't Send" 3 times, after all. Anyway, it seemed other people were having problems too, so we looked it up. Some person said it was that webpage like area of the launcher that's making it crash. That area where the news and stuff are, etc. This person's solution was even cruder than mine which involved some kind of bandwidth stealing through downloads and stuff and a race with the launcher webpage area or something like that. No offense meant, but the English was rather hard to understand.
But all thanks to that person, I knew the cause and used the windows HOSTS file so that the webpage area won't load anything. :D However, as the website it accesses is the official website, you can't access that while launching. Though I don't see any reason why you'd want to... Anyway, when you want to access the site again, you'll have to re-edit the HOSTS file and all, so it's a bit of extra work, I think. Not that I mind.
Problem #2: Text gets cut off everywhere.
Not that bad, but it looks bad. Most stuff still make sense though, but it does make me not want to read through stuff in-game because all the text is kind of messed up. Also, I can't see the freakin' item information properly!! Grr. Sigh. I have yet to find out what causes this and if there is a solution out there somewhere.
Other Betaness stuff would be... Hmm... I find the interface a little messy, but that's probably because I played the game in 800x600 mode, and the screen was just too small.

Unlike solstice, this game has no widescreen mode, so that's sad. :( It also seemed to me like if you open a window using the mouse, you can close it by clicking the X button, however opening a window through the keyboard requires that you close it with that key as well. Uhh. Weird. But I'm not entirely sure about this. Maybe I'll try again......

CUTE CHARACTERS!!! And from the videos, it seems the gears and equips are cute too~~!!!! Waaaaaai~ Something like that. After all, the reason I started playing this game was because I thought it was sooo cute.

So... They all term their kindred as "brothers". LO - the world of all male asexually reproducing monsters? Well, all the monsters just spawn out of nowhere, after all. Still though... Anyway, I haven't really met that many monsters yet, so it may just be that I have yet to meet the female monster race. Lalala~

General graphics impressions would point to okay, and possibly quite good, actually. I haven't played an extensive array of online games, so I'm not really qualified in this area, and I also played it at low resolution and possibly at low settings, I dunno if I actually changed the options? The broken text and everything was frustrating me, haha. I just played this 'til I was level 5, which wasn't much.
From what I saw on the videos though, and my short adventure, character movement is rather good, in my ~~possibly very limited~~ opinion. I love it when hair moves. :D (Hello, some-CG-show-I-watched-before-something-with-a-name-and-impenetrable-fortress-in-the-title-or-something-I-forget-lalala, hair moves, it's not stiff. Well. Normally.)

The drawings of the NPCs when you talk to them looked really good to me. :D Also, they're very animated when they talk to you and all. :D Which is just cute~ I guess the best part of this game for now would be the characters. :D So cute! The anime-style semi-chibi type of chars are just the cutest!!! I love semi-chibi~~ Lucky Star is soooo cute toooo~! XD XD Well, the NPCs aren't semi-chibi, but they're animated and come with very nice drawings, imo. :D
