blast! Do you remember how it feels to be at an amusement
park? How excited but nervous you were to go on the fast but
freaky rides? Then you couldn’t wait to take the ride for

To me the Empower Network is like that. It’s been a fun exhilarating
ride thus far. Right from launch the Empower Network has been

To me an attraction marketing formula is every method you use to be
attractive to other people or prospects in your marketing efforts.  It’s
just one avenue of marketing which works well if you do it properly.

When I first learned about the term “Attraction Marketing Formula” I
found myself very interested in learning more about this concept. The
thought of people finding or looking for me sounded like a great idea.
After all, we get tired of chasing people down and marketing to our
family and friends which most of the time, are not interested in what we
have to offer.

So this is why telling our story is so important in attracting other like
minded individuals that we don’t know yet. It’s how we connect to people.

Telling your story is Vital to your Attraction Marketing Formula.

The  #1 ingredient  in your Attraction Marketing Formula is to tell your
story. If you don’t tell your story and explain who you are and what you
are all about, how can others feel some kind of connection to you?

For instance, when I’m out in the social media landscape such as Facebook
and I’m making friends, more often than not I will read their personal
information to learn more about them. I like to see what kind of person
they are, what their interests are, and what kind of business they are into.

In marketing, we are selling ourselves, not opportunities or products and
tools. What I mean by this is, people buy from people. If someone can
relate to you and sense a connection to you, there is a better chance they
will buy from you or join you.

Craft your story by mentioning personal information about you and your
family, such as your spouse, your children and where you come from. Add
things like your hardships, things that make you think the way you do, what
got you to this industry and what you plan on doing with your business. You
can add whatever you want. Be truthful and honest.

You want to tap into people emotions and feelings so that they can feel a
similar connection to you. Paint a picture with your words. Always be
weaving your story into your marketing whether it’s blog posts, email
marketing or social sites and so on.

Like I mentioned earlier, people join people.

Forrest Gump Would Have Been (BADASS) At Online Network Marketing

That’s right, Forrest Gump would have been BADASS
at online network marketing because Forrest made
SHIT HAPPEN. – Period!

Think about that statement for a moment.

Read it again.

Do you want to know why 95% of people fail and throw
in the towel in online network marketing?

A lot of the problem has to do with the way they think
and because they don’t have the Forrest Gump mind-
set.

Now, you are likely thinking to yourself…

“what the heck is this guy talking about?” or

“Forrest Gump is just a guy in a story and what does
this have to do with online network marketing?”

Well yes, Forrest Gump is just a guy in a story but
there is a powerful lesson to be learned by this
awesome movie.

Let me explain the connection I see between Online Network Marketing and Forrest Gump.

Forrest Gump’s greatest attributes were he didn’t have
any sense of the word “can’t” and he honed his skills to
the point of perfection. He basically did whatever he
wanted to do and got better and better as he went.

He didn’t let anyone or anything hold him back. He
learned what he had to learn to get the job done. He
had NO self doubt. He believed in himself and other
people.

Think about it…

He ran straight out of his leg braces. Then he entered
the military and running fast saved his life and the life
of others.

Forrest Gump was the fastest at assembling and
disassembling his gun in military training.

After being shot in the buttocks and spending time
recovering from his wound, he became a champion
ping pong player.

He then went on to be a successful shrimp fisherman
after lots of failure. The important thing is he did not
give up.

Forrest ran from coast to coast and back while inspiring
many people along his journey.

When he came home he became a devoted father to his
little boy and took care of his dying wife (Jenny) to the
end.

Forrest and Jenny were like peas and carrots.
(I just love that saying!)

Forrest Gump was a Rock.

So what does this have to do with online network marketing?

It has everything to with belief, desire, skills and not
giving a crap what other people think or say.

In online network marketing you have to be in the game
for more than just money. Success doesn’t come without
some bumps in the road.

If you believe and have the desire, that’s half the battle
won right there. All you need to do is work on your
online network marketing skills.

Get better at what you are good at.

When you achieve that, then work on getting better at
another skill.

You don’t have to be perfect. Just get it right and make
it effective.

Did Forrest Gump hold off on his accomplishments until
he perfected what he wanted to do?

NO…. he just did it.

In this tutorial I will show you how to edit an image.

I will show you how to easily edit an image and also
how to resize an image.

Many times you will have an image that may look to
bright or dark, or it may be blurry. At most online
photo editors there will be an option to automatically
edit an image.

You simply choose an image and click on the “Auto-Fix”
button and the software will take care of it. Or you can
play with it by doing it manually.

I use a site called Picnik.com. It’s free and easy to use.

Housewife and mother of two feels the vision of Empower Network and teams up with husband in his entrepreneurial journey.

Empower Network

I’m happy to announce my wife, Beth Leveille has joined me in my home business. Beth likes what she sees in Empower Network and wants to be apart of the vision. She is jumping on board and will be a great asset to our business. Beth has always been a support to me and will now have equal input on a daily basis. She will share ideas and duties which will make our Empower Network that much stronger.

Beth quit her job 8 yrs. ago to stay home and raise our new son. We decided we didn’t want other people to raise him while she continued her office job which would have taken her away from our home daily. Then 21 months later our 2nd son was born.

We have a strong family unit because of this choice and we are glad and grateful we were able to make it happen.

No regrets what so ever!

Now our boys are both in school full time and Beth was thinking about
looking for another job. After quite a few discussions we decided she
should help with my home business which would give us more time
together as a family and a couple. We think our freedom is much more
important.

I also work out of home (26 years now) and will be retiring in the near
future. I don’t have the time like a lot of other work at home people and
her input and help will make a huge difference.

The Empower Network provides a chance for Family Freedom

Beth and I discussed the pros and cons of her going back into the
work force or working from home.

Here is a list of some of the Cons….

Most importantly, less time with kids.
Working overtime and weekends.
Unreasonable hours.
Work for a boss.
Commuting to and from work.
Paycheque – determined amount.

Here is a list of some of the Pros….

More time with family.
Work on your own time.
No boss to answer.
Self worth and pride.
Work in pajamas if you choose to.
No need for another car.
Unlimited income.

…. and the list goes on but I think you get the message.

So we figured why not stay home, double our input and
efforts and be together.

Sounds like a heck of and idea to me, don’t you thing?

Beth gets excited about Empower Network and says…. “I’m All In!”

That’s right.

She’s all in!

Beth has been watching all the videos at Empower Network with me
and she is loving it! She gets the vision and the concept of Empower
Network. This will be Beth’s inaugural leap of faith into the home
business industry and she is excited to team up with me to build a
prosperous home business for years to come.

Of course of I’ve been in the home business industry for a few years
now and look forward to her being my partner.

I believe if you are going to start in this industry, the Empower Network

Why Is It Called Boxing Day?

I remember one day years ago I was thinking “Why Is It Called Boxing Day”?
Have you ever wondered that?

What is Boxing Day?

No, it has nothing to do with two gloved men sparring on a canvas square ringed by ropes and trying to knock each other out.

Boxing Day is a bank or public holiday that occurs on December 26 or the next day,
depending on national or regional laws. Boxing Day takes place in several places
such as  Canada,  Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand and parts of other nations
around the world. There are much more specifications for Boxing Day but I won’t
bore you with all the details.

Why did the name Boxing Day come about?

Boxing Day got its name from an old tradition when employers boxed gifts for their workers on the day after Christmas.

Boxing Day has different meanings for people in different countries. In Britain and Ireland
it’s a reason to spend extra time with family and friends after Christmas Day. Also for some it was a way of collecting money for the poor by placing boxes in church then opened the
next day.

For some people Boxing Day means great shopping deals to be had!

From my experience, Boxing Day has always been a day of chaotic shopping. In Canada it’s
a shopping holiday much like the day after Thanksgiving in the United States. It’s the same in Britain, New Zealand and parts of Australia. There are great deals to be had if you are brave enough to take part. Many stores dramatically reduce their prices and have a limited quantity of big draw or deeply discounted items. Not only is Boxing Day sales and shopping hectic, but it can be dangerous. It may even be fatal.

You are likely thinking, “how can shopping be fatal”?

Well millions of shoppers head to stores looking to score some great deals especially in electronics. With so many people in the stores injuries can occur. I know from experience, it can get rough out there. LOL!

But seriously, people have been trampled. It’s too bad. Even the roads are congested with
automobiles and some crazy drivers trying to get their deals. Because of the crowds and
the busy roads, many people choose to stay home. Personally I think that is a great
choice to just stay home and spend time with family.

Boxing Day has become a day of great revenue for stores that participate. In recent years
retailers have expanded these deals to “Boxing Week” which will take place anywhere from several days before Christmas to days after Christmas, and even often up to New Years Eve.

Now we don’t have to leave our home in search of amazing deals, we have – Cyber Boxing Day.

All over the world people are participating in the online version of Boxing Day, simply referred to as “Cyber Boxing Day”. In the UK in 2008, Boxing Day was the busiest online shopping day of the year. Now this is my idea of shopping and getting great ideas. You can stay home and avoid the crowds and craziness, and save money by shopping from your computer while in your pajamas. 

So there you have it, Boxing Day can have different meanings and rituals for people around the world.

If you are like me, Boxing Day is a day of relaxing after a busy Christmas day with family and friends. If I choose to get some great deals on items I wish to have, I will shop from my laptop in the comfort of my home.

Writing Content: Be Consistent Daily

The internet has changed our lives in so many ways. It’s a
wealth of information and people are seeking it all day long.
Content is KING, and writing content for the masses can be
very profitable.

You likely have a blog or are thinking of creating a blog.

The most important ingredient of any blog is the content.

You want to be writing content as consistently as possible.
The search engines love fresh content and rewards blogs
that are fresh and relevant according to your niche.
You should be writing content daily or at least every other
day.

Ideas For Writing Content Daily

What do I write about? or Where can I get some ideas?

People ask these types of questions often.

Gathering ideas for writing content isn’t that difficult.
Think about all the questions you have about what you
are trying to learn. Before you became educated in what
you are writing about, you must have had lots of questions.
Answer those questions and share them in your blog posts.

Another way to get ideas for content is to read daily. This is
my favorite way of getting great ideas.

I also subscribe to other blogs or sites that have good content
that interest me and gives me ideas. Sometimes one sentence
can spark a flood of ideas and you are off to the races.

So ya……  Read Often!

Make sure the content you are writing is helpful to your readers.
Provide answers to their questions and needs. It might be
something as simple as how to add a plugin to a wordpress blog.

You have other options for Creating Content besides Writing Content…

There are different types of content you can create as well.

Written content.

Video content.

Audio content.

Now think of the possibilities you have now.

Powerful Tip:

If you want to multiply your content creation, you can write a
blog post or article, create a video, and create an audio all on
the same subject. You have now tripled your content and have
made it much easier for people to find your content. Also you
have more chance of sharing your answers with others and
helping them.

Now imagine you created a blog post everyday for thirty days.
If you do a video and audio about the same piece of content
you now have ninety pieces of content for that month. That
my friend is a ton of content.

Now double your efforts and create content for another thirty
days!

You will find the more you write content, the easier it gets and
coming up with ideas becomes second nature. Of course you will
have days where you might be stumped or don’t have time to
create content. One thing I sometimes do is post twice a day or
there have been times where I’m feeling creative and have
produced three articles in a day. I will save that article and
publish it on another day so I keep my blog fresh.
