This sweet boy was found in Potosi. It is apparent he was loved by someone at some point. He is littertrained and allowed a collar with no complaints. Was very hungry for both food and attention. Appears to have experienced some pretty rough times in his time alone in this world. If he is yours or you are willing to give this little lover a home let me know. I would keep but already have two very territorial indoor cats. He is not neutered or declawed. Only cat I ever met that purred during his bath!! White with orange tail and a little orange on face as well as 2 orange spots leading to his tail. He was not wearing collar or any id but form forced me to enter something in that field.

Probably neutered, Gray with white chest , front white paws and back white legs.
Friendly. Wearing collar: Does not have a license tag, does not have a rabies tag. Gorgeous eyes. Friendly
Let me clean her ears, look at her teeth and loves kids. Thanks to a Rivers and Bluffs volunteer, who pad the vet bill, the cat has a clean bill of health.

The mother and 1 kitten are still living in a boat the first 3 were found in as the owner was winterizing it. The person who caught the kittens and is trying to catch the mom and one other kitten. Golden Lab - Looking for foster home.

There is a almost 2 year old male yellow lab in need of a foster home until next summer, he is being held at a local vet until Monday. The person who was caring for him while her son was in school out of town until next Spring/Summer can no longer physically care for him. I have until Monday to figure something out, if anyone knows of some place even temporarily I would greatly appreciate it, food and vet bills can be paid by for. Note from owner 10/4 " Had a couple calls but no one followed through on the meeting times. Currently still at local vet. Need to find a Foster home through at
last the winter by the end of the week or she will be surrendering Charlie to the vet I believe. Charlie is a good companion dog, likes to play Frisbee, good with kids.It is someone off the rivers and bluff site, I just need to figure out a way to transport Charlie to Prairie Du Chien area. I am wondering if you have any smaller companion dogs that you know of that need a home, that would be good for an older women? Charlie was just too big for her to care for but she is all alone and if you hear of anything that might be a good fit for her let me know please. I appreciate your site so very much! Black Lab found Near Hwy 18 bridge (Bridgeport)

A Black Labrador Retriever, approx 3 years old has been found near Hwy 18 bridge in Bridgeport, Grant County. It has a small white blaze on the left side of its chest.
Dog runs away from vehicles; may have been frightened by incident involving car. Dog is hiding during the day and spending nights near farmhouse where an elderly lady lives. She is feeding the dog but because she is frail and unsteady on her feet, needs to have dog removed from property asap, as dog could cause a fall. My first owner moved to Florida and couldn't take me with. I was so-o-o looking forward to living in a warmer climate.
I am looking for a new home here in Wisconsin. I am used to the Dairy State, having grown up here. I love siting on laps.
My first owner has taken good care of me: I have had all of my shots, have been dewormed and had a flea treatment. (I wasn't too happy about that!) I have been declawed as well.
The vet says I am in perfect health.

We have another dog who really needs a home. The dog's name is Maggie and she is a lab poodle mix. Maggie is reddish in color, house trained, knows basic commands, is very good with kids and very friendly. She is up to date on shots, but is on a steroid for allergies. Gracie, the blonde cocker, has a new forever home!! Her new owners came to meet her at 1:30 this afternoon, felll in love with her, and took her home!! Her new "dad" actually led her to their truck and opened the driver's door; Gracie readily jumped in, immediately took her position in the passenger seat and looked out over the dash through the front windshield as if to say "Let's go!" Needless to say, she will be riding with her dad as he makes his many business rounds!! She will also be living in the lap of luxury!! A great thanks to Heather and Dave Baker and their two children who have been taking such good care of Grace over the past few months. Because of them, Grace is good with small children and other dogs and healthy. Once again, RABAS ROCKS!! The "twilight bark" is alive and well in our organization!!
