Brooklyn, NY - A pro-family Orthodox Jewish rabbi is concerned that a potential Republican vice-presidential candidate has appointed an open homosexual to his state’s supreme court.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R) has announced he will nominate Bruce Harris to one of the two openings on the state’s high court. But he has also told legislators that he would veto a proposed Senate bill legalizing same-sex “marriage” in the state. He is encouraging those who support such unions to let the New Jersey voters decide.

“Let’s put the question of same-sex marriage on the ballot this fall in the hands of the people, the time when the most people will be voting—the presidential election year,” he urged.

But New York City Rabbi Yehuda Levin says something is wrong with Christie appointing the homosexual judge, then calling for the people to decide the issue.

“You’re either with us or against us; you can’t be halfway,” he contends. “And Christie is not a strong social conservative. He’s a social moderate, and this is unacceptable.”

Levin is also concerned that Christie, who is a supporter of presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, has already been mentioned as a possible running mate for the former Massachusetts governor.

“This is Romney’s friend. He’s doing just like Romney—everything short of homosexual ‘marriage,’” the rabbi notes. “Romney has to be defeated at any cost, or we know what kind of Supreme Court nominees he will appoint and how that will impact on our country for decades to come.”

Levin believes a Romney-Christie ticket would be focused on the economy, but he says no amount of financial tinkering can save a country that is morally bankrupt.

(CNSNews.com) - More than 850 Jewish clergymen say former Gov. Mitt Romney is “a dangerous homosexualist” – and are calling on churches and church leaders in South Carolina to examine the records of the Republican candidates on homosexuality and on social values.

“America’s fate will likely be determined in the South Carolina presidential primary, Jan. 21,” the rabbis said in a news release.

“The man who the voters choose will probably become the Republican presidential nominee, the man charged with defeating President Obama and reversing the moral and economic freefall he and his allies have encouraged.”

Rabbi Yehuda Levin, spokesman for the Jewish clergymen, said the rabbis see the South Carolina primary as America’s “Nineveh” moment.

“The famous story in the Bible of the prophet Jonah, who received a prophecy and he went to Nineveh, he told them – ‘In 40 days you are going to be destroyed because of your wickedness,’ because of your evil, because of your good old-fashioned immorality. And the people repented – that’s the story of Jonah,” Levin told CNSNews.com.

The Orthodox Jewish religious leaders, members of the 70-year-old Rabbinical Alliance of America, are calling on South Carolina churches to reject Romney.

“In a recent televised Republican presidential debate, Gov. Romney, a dangerous homosexualist, boasted that he will continue to pander to the lowest elements of American society in many areas, including appointment to the (Supreme) court,” the rabbis wrote.

“This bodes very ill for those with future Supreme Court appointments in terms of the militant homosexual agenda. And basically, what we perceive at this point – the New York Orthodox Jewish Community – to be a very, very much anti-religious, anti-traditional values bent of the courts system. This could impact upon us literally for decades to come.”

On Jan. 8, during the NBC News-Facebook debate, Romney had the following exchange with Andy Hiller, a reporter for the NBC affiliate in Boston:

MR. ANDY HILLER: Governor Romney, I'd like to remind you of something you said in Bay Windows, which is a gay newspaper in Massachusetts, in 1994 when you were running against Senator Kennedy. These are your words: “I think the gay community needs more support from the Republican Party, and I would be a voice in the Republican Party to foster anti-discrimination efforts.” How have you stood up for gay rights and when have you used your voice to influence Republicans on this issue?

GOV. ROMNEY: Andy, as you know, I don't discriminate. And in the appointments that I made when I was governor of Massachusetts, a member of my Cabinet was gay. I appointed people to the bench, regardless of their sexual orientation, made it very clear that, in my view, we should not discriminate in hiring policies, in legal policies. At the same time, from the very beginning in 1994, I said to the gay community, "I do not favor same-sex marriage." I oppose same-sex marriage, and that has been my, my view. But, but if people are looking for someone who, who will discriminate against gays or will in any way try and suggest that people that, that have different sexual orientation don't have full rights in this country, they won't find that in me.

MR. HILLER: When's the last time you stood up and spoke out for increasing gay rights?

FMR. GOV. ROMNEY: Right now.

The orthodox rabbis, meanwhile -- who say they are speaking as individuals, not as a group -- complained that the news media, even conservative media, have ignored the social positions of Romney and other candidates

“The scary part is not that Romney ‘came out of the closet’ politically, but that the (Sean) Hannitys and (Rush) Limbaughs failed us by not discussing the implications of Romney’s stance,” Levin said. “Endless defense of ‘Capitalism’ for days on end; nary 10 minutes about morality and Supreme Court nominations. FOR SHAME!”

Levin and his fellow rabbis called on South Carolina to reject Romney.

“If America is to regain G-D’s grace and rebuild our ruined economy, it is crucial that South Carolina actively reject Governor Romney’s previous record and future aspirations. Choose the right man. The man who has lived and shares our Biblical values, the moral man with the uncompromising moral positions who will thus bring G-D’s blessings, once again, to our society.

“America is on the brink of collapse economically and morally,” the rabbis said. “Capitalism alone can not save it. No amount of financial tinkering can save a country which is morally bankrupt-that is what we learn from the decline and fall of the great empires of history.

“America became great, because it acknowledged G-D in every aspect of its public life-on the dollar bill, on public buildings, and in the schools-G-D as the author of America’s liberty and national success. G-dly values comprised the public and private moral code of America and Americans.

“And G-D blessed this nation with an abundance of wealth and greatness unparalleled in human history.

“But, over the last 50 years, secular libertines have succeeded in gradually excluding G-D and His moral code and value from the public square-from our schools, from our law, and from our public institutions.

“It is up to the religious leaders and followers of South Carolina and other primary states to elevate the moral records of the candidates to the “primary” position of importance. Heed the message of Nineveh: We do right by G-D, He will do right by us!

“The time is short. We are being judged. Will we choose wisely?”

Meanwhile, an alliance of 850 Orthodox Jewish rabbis has issued a plea to church leaders and church-goers in South Carolina not to support Mitt Romney for the Republican presidential nomination.

The Rabbinical Alliance of America is concerned about Mitt Romney's pro-homosexual leanings, including his recent statement to the Des Moines Register that if elected president he would not work to reinstate the ban on homosexual military service.

Alliance spokesman Yehuda Levin believes Romney could be more dangerous to the pro-family cause than Barack Obama because a GOP-controlled Congress would not want to fight a President Romney on social issues. (Listen to audio report)

"There would not be a loyal opposition to Romney," says Levin, "and he would do as much or more damage than Obama -- [and] we all know where he stands on these issues."

Levin does not agree with those who say if it comes down to Romney versus Obama, they would vote for Romney.

"The vote then becomes something that I'm not obligated to do," explains the rabbi. "If it's a support and endorsement of a quasi-evil, a quasi-poisoner of the wellsprings which is enough to poison our kids, I don't have to do it."

Levin says for Christians to stand by and not reject Mitt Romney would be akin to "spiritually shooting our children and grandchildren in the feet." People of faith, he says, must take a stand in South Carolina and the next few states.

Black pastors join pro-family groups to condemn Southern Poverty Law Center for ‘bigotry’

January 18, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A coalition that includes black pastors and pro-family organizations held a protest outside the headquarters of the Southern Poverty Law Center yesterday to protest the organization’s ongoing “slander” against pro-family organizations.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has traditionally sought to counteract racist organizations in the south, has recently begun to categorize pro-family groups as “hate groups” for opposing the homosexual political agenda and condemning homosexual behavior as immoral.

Groups condemned as “hateful” by the SPLC include The Illinois Family Institute, Mass Resistance, Abiding Truth Ministries, and Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, all of which appeared at the protest or made supporting statements. The Family Research Council has also been condemned by the SPLC.

Among the African-American pastors protesting at SPLC headquarters were Pastor Glen Sawyer, of the Mt. Zion Church of God in Christ (Camden, North Carolina), Pastor Wil Nichols, Victorious Praise Fellowship (Durham, North Carolina), Pastor Jon Robinson, Kingdom C.O.M.E. Ministries (Clairton, Pennsylvania), and Pastor Kenneth Jefferson of Greater Harvest.

Pastor Patrick Wooden, who was interviewed before the protest by Peter LaBarbara of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality, said that he was saddened by the SPLC’s deviation from its historic role of defending racial minorities in favor of defending the homosexual lobby.

“It breaks my heart that a time-honored civil rights organization that has done so much good, would, for whatever reason, whether it is for financial considerations, or for whatever reason, buy into this lie,” Wooden said.

“At the end of the day they know better. And for any civil rights organization to label any other group a ‘hate group’ because they are pro-family, that they believe in the model that the God of the Bible designed and introduced—it is sad, and they are wrong,” he added.

“I think every African-American ought to be appalled, ought to be angry, and begin to wave their fist in the air and declare black power and say to the homosexual lobbyists, the homosexual groups, how dare you compare your wicked, deviant, immoral, self-destructive, anti-human sexual behavior to our beautiful skin color,” Wooden also said.

In addition to the above-mentioned organizations, Rabbi Yeshuda Levin of the Rabbinical Alliance of America and Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel Action joined their voices to the protest, along with several other pro-family groups.

“In the past few years the SPLC has inexplicably chosen to lay on the line any credibility it once had as a serious civil rights advocacy group to, instead, push a left-wing extremist political agenda,” said Barber.

“The SPLC has moved from monitoring actual hate groups like the KKK and Neo Nazis to slandering mainstream Christian organizations with that very same ‘hate group’ label. By extension, the SPLC is smearing billions of Christians and Jews worldwide as ‘haters,’ simply because they embrace the traditional Judeo-Christian sexual ethic.

“It’s a shame that an organization which once supported the noble vision of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would, today, engage in anti-Christian bigotry of a kind MLK would have, no doubt, detested. What’s most troubling is that there are actually law enforcement agencies around the country that still use the SPLC’s ‘hate group’ resources. I encourage all law enforcement to discard the SPLC as it has discarded any semblance of objectivity and usefulness. Today’s SPLC is simply a well-funded MoveOn.org,” concluded Barber.

We all remember the story of Jonah and Nineveh. The prophet warned that G-D had decreed the destruction of the city in forty days.

America’s fate will likely be determined in the South Carolina Presidential Primary January 21. The man who the voters choose will probably become the Republican Presidential nominee, the man charged with defeating President Obama and reversing the moral and economic freefall he and his allies have encouraged.

One leading candidate is a businessman whose basic concern is money and power. In a recent televised Republican presidential debate, Governor Romney, a dangerous homosexualist, boasted that he will continue to pander to the lowest elements of American society in many areas, including appointment to the (Supreme) court(s).

The scary part is not that Romney “came out of the closet” politically, but that the Hanittys and Limbaughs failed us by not discussing the implications of Romney’s stance. Endless defense of “Capitalism” for days on end; nary 10 minutes about morality and Supreme Court nominations. FOR SHAME!

Another candidate in that debate took the opposite position. He condemned the murder of defenseless babies, openly defied the rampant immorality promoted in the media, etc., and clearly pointed out the connection between America’s financial and military success and its historical commitment to the Biblical principles of jurisprudence and morality. (Compare this to Romney’s homosexualist record chronicled in Amy Contrada’s book, “Mitt Romney’s Deception”, and Romneycare funding of Planned Parenthood abortion.)

850 Plus Rabbis at Chanukah Conclave Denounce Romney as a “Dangerous Homosexualist Urge Mormon Church to Sanction Him

At a special Chanukah conclave, The Rabbinical Alliance of America, a 70 year old organization of over 850 Orthodox Jewish Rabbis in the United States and Canada, serving approximately one half-million religious Jews, has condemned the decades long pro-homosexual record of former Governor Mitt Romney.

Spokesman Rabbi Yehuda Levin declared that “Chanukah commemorates the defeat of the Syrian Greek efforts to impose their pagan culture on the Jewish people. The Jews rejected the intergenerational homosexual activity which was a prominent aspect of the Syrian Greek culture.

While our organization does not make any endorsements of political candidates, in view of the disastrous national decline in morality, we are compelled to condemn Mitt Romney’s support and promotion of the immoral homosexual lifestyle and agenda. While we sympathize with those challenged by homosexual urges, or a desire for minors or adultery, they all remain prohibited activities that debase the practitioners and demoralize society. Governor Romney over a long political career has earned the title: ‘Dangerous Homosexualist’-one who constantly advances the militant anti-religious, anti-society, immoral homosexual agenda to the detriment of family people.

A highly detailed exposé of Romney’s decade long proactive advancement of the homosexual agenda can be found in Amy Contrada’s book: “Mitt Romney’s Deception”. When Romney ran against Senator Ted Kennedy he wrote a letter pledging to outdo the ultra-liberal Senator in his fealty to advancing the homosexual agenda. Governor Romney also issued a proclamation “celebrating” gay youth pride. Romney kept his promise.

If one has the same wife for decades and a beautiful family personally, but advances a corrupt ideology which runs counter to his own religion and destroys the religious cultural values of society, he is like a Rabbi who says; ‘I would never eat pork but I will force-feed pig to thousands of people.’ Pig remains not kosher and he too is not kosher.

We plead with other religious denominations, most particularly the Mormon Church which maintains a traditional view regarding the homosexual agenda, to examine Romney’s record and join us in sanctioning him. The time has certainly come for other denominations to emulate the manifesto of the Central Rabbinical Congress of the U.S. and Canada which, in the early 80’s, prohibited voting for, honoring or supporting pro-homosexual agenda politicians.

Furthermore, religious people should realize that the increasing homosexualization of society increases the likelihood of Sanduski-like child abuse. Craven politicians like Mitt Romney should not be empowered to destroy the moral fiber of our country. They must be held accountable, RIGHT NOW!”

Councilman Greenfield Defies His G-d and His Constituents with His Pro-Abortion Vote; We Demand A Retraction Or Else!

Earlier this week, the Rabbinical Alliance of America expressed their outrage at Councilman David Greenfield of Boro Park, for joining with ultra-Liberals to pass measure 371 which will in effect increase abortions in the city by “handcuffing” pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.

The Alliance is a 70 year old national Rabbinic organization (Igud Harabonim) consisting of over 850 Rabbis scores of whom reside in New York & Brooklyn.

Rabbi Yehuda Levin, Rabbinical Alliance Spokesman stated: “Every Orthodox Jew knows that abortion on demand with the rarest of exceptions (such as life of the mother) is prohibited in the strongest terms. Thus, for Greenfield to represent one of the largest Orthodox constituencies outside of Israel, and reject his own Orthodox upbringing and the will of his Torah adhering constituents is a mega scandal. Which Rabbi permitted him to vote for something that the Talmud and Maimonides rule may be the equivalent of murder? Is Greenfield representing Greenwich Village or Boro Park?

When Mr. Greenfield did not actively support a tax abatement for Moisha’s Supermarket, we were quiet. When Mr. Greenfield did not support funding various organizations in Boro Park, we were silent. We are a Rabbinic organization and try to stay out of local politics. But when David Greenfield, a newcomer office holder, has the “chutzpah” to do what no local Orthodox office holder would do, stand our Torah Right to Life mandate on its head, we dare not countenance his desecration of our G-d’s values. It’s bad enough we suffer the pain of having irreligious Jews like Councilman Lander or Israel vote for more abortion/pre born baby killing, should we allow Greenfield to burnish his Liberal credentials, or curry favor with the radical city Council leadership at the expense of our most basic moral values? We say absolutely not!

Should Greenfield try to rationalize that he voted as a quid pro-quo to obtain support for other community needs, we declare: Don’t support our community, through the blood of innocent babies. That’s blood money.

If Councilman Greenfield does not publicly retract and denounce his own vote and publicly pledge to consult and abide by the advice of a prominent coalition of communal Rabbis, with regard to any legislation which touches upon morality, many constituents will begin now to look for an alternative City Councilman.

Mr. Greenfield, you have shamed our G-d, our community and revealed yourself to be a dangerous person. We demand you make amends now!”

In response to a letter I wrote a high school student wrote the following:

I am a student at Concord Carlisle High School in Massachusetts, and in December of last year, my school put on a production of musical "Falsettos" which, if you are unfamiliar with the play, is about a Jewish family in New York experiencing troubles because of sexuality. There is a woman my town who believes that this play "defamed the Jewish religion and people" and is asking for a letter of apology to be written to the Rabbinical Alliance because we put on this play. I would like to know if you find this play offensive toward your religion. Personally, I don't see anything in it that should be taken offensively, but I'd like to know your opinion. It is a play about accepting people who are homosexual as people on equal terms with heterosexual persons, so unless you find gays offensive, I see nothing in this play that condemns the Jewish faith. The woman running this petition is known to be a homophobic member of MassResistance, an anti-gay group based in Waltham. If this play is in any way offensive to you, I'm very sorry.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Jews are referred to in the bible as a nation of priests & holy people. we are told" be holy because i your God am holy." this " play" is pure smut & antithetical to bi blical values for which jews died in inquisitions holocaust etc. frankly i believe that devout moslem s & christians both of whom base major parts of their religions on our values & our torah would feel equally offended if their religion where debased in the play. i assume if this exact play would be about you , your parents , grandparents siblings, etc. & whatever religious or moral values you 'subscribe' to you or they [certainly your grandparents] would be outraged. nice of you to write ,but saying im sorry as if that is a magic wand which somehow erases the insult & the pain... it does not ,at all. furthermore to add insult to injury ,you act as judge & rule that unless we stand with the petition & mass resistance [we proudly do!] there's nothing else offensive about this , debased , debauched smut.this attitude reflects your obvious lack of elemental values which your own antecedents going back millennia adhered to.its quite immature& frankly very self centered in not being able to understand another group's pain or values. how sad.

Dear Ms. Diana Rigby,
I am writing you on behalf of our 67-year-old national organization consisting of more than 850 Rabbis.
We have seen excerpts of a play entitled "Falsettos" as well as a partial transcript of some of the songs in that play.
Those of us who saw segments of this play and read from the transcript of various songs are horrified, outraged and disgusted. This makes a mockery of our religion and our Torah/Bible, which refers to Jews as "a monarchy of priests and a holy people".
What this play does is cruder than bathroom humor. We are insulted by the associating of Jews with perversion and debauchery. We don't believe you would have the "chutzpah"/temerity to make or perform such a play if it were about Arabs of the Muslim faith.
By showing this play, you have cheapened our religion and are poisoning the minds of youth who perform this debauchery and also those who view it.
We demand that you do not continue to insult us and that you never show this play again. Society has enough problems with things that seek to propel us into the sewer. This play takes us all in that direction, and we say: "No, Thanks!"

"Falsettos" is a rather long play of about two hours and 24 minutes. Marvin, his son Jason (played by a girl), his psychiatrist Mendel, and his male lover Whizzer begin the play singing, "Four Jews in a room bitching." Marvin has left his wife Trina for Whizzer. Trina later divorces Marvin and marries Mendel. Whizzer dies of AIDS. The play makes fun of Jews, while claiming God is a joke; so you might as well become a homosexual and contract AIDS and die. It's a play that creatively promotes death.

0-4 minutes: Scripture is mocked, Jewish stereotypes, nothing is funny about, "funny,
funny, funny, funny."
11:30 - 15:10: Gay activity; these men would "kill for that thrill of first love."

brother..," "...we're lacking in maturity..."
1:19:00 - 1:23:00: Religion satirized, particularly references to son's bar mitzvah.

baseball. Marvin, his ex-wife, his ex-wife's husband, two lesbian
neighbors, and his lover, Whizzer go to watch Jason play baseball.
Whizzer gives pointers to Jason, like a dad.
1:44:00 - 1:47:05: Two homosexual men in bed.
1:57:55 - 2:02:00: Whizzer, Marvin's lover, is in the hospital dying of AIDS. Play
makes fun of Jewish food.
2:03:25 - 2:04:55: Song about passionate lovers; reference to "horny lover."
2:13:00 - end: Mockery of the Jewish bar mitzvah. At 2:17:40, the homosexual lover
"dies" of AIDS during Jason's song in Hebrew. At 2:20:19, Marvin sings
to the ghost of Whizzer - "I'd do it again, and again, and again."
Sodomy is worth the price of abandoning one's wife and child, contracting AIDS, and dying. This is the lesson of "Falsettos," while it cheerfully demeans God and the Jewish people.

Rabbi Yehuda Levin, spokesman for the Rabbinical Alliance of America, representing more than 1000 Rabbis, issued the following statement:
“As Rabbis we welcome with great enthusiasm and strongly endorse the inspiring and clear Pro-life, Pro-family message delivered by American Cardinal-designate, Raymond L. Burke, Prefect of the Catholic Church’s highest court, in a 25 minute video interview with Catholic Action for Faith and Family (www.CatholicAction.org) which was broadcast on EWTN and other networks to over one hundred million viewers.
In these crucial times in which we live, where many clerics tread with fear, Cardinal-designate Burke is to be commended and emulated as a voice of leadership” said Rabbi Yehuda Levin. “This moral teaching of the Catholic Church set forth in Burke’s interview with Thomas McKenna, is clearly found in the Torah and serves to give solid guidance to voters whether they are Christian, Jew or any man of faith.”  Rabbi Levin continued, “The Vatican Official got it right when he stated that a voter should keep in mind the Golden Rule. He said that a voter could be asked ‘Do you follow the Golden Rule… Do you consider it really fair to advance some interest you have, which may be a good interest… at the cost of denying to other members of society, and especially those who depend upon us completely for life itself, to deny them the right to life?’”
Rabbi Levin concluded saying, “We must implement this teaching now, in the closing hours of the 2010 election cycle. We hope in the ensuing two years to have many other denominations sign on to this prohibition. This historic alliance announced today is far more important than working together for tuition tax credits for our parochial schools. Today is nothing less than the declaration of a “spiritual civil war.”
“Let no person think that this directive is merely an intellectual exercise. This is a call to action to uphold the natural and moral law with pro-active voting according to our religious values. There can be no middle ground when it comes to the Sacred Laws: MARRIAGE IS BETWEEN ONE MAN AND ONE WOMAN, AND RESPECT FOR ALL HUMAN LIFE IS OBLIGATORY. As an Aside Rabbi Levin Added: “In light of this teaching first promulgated by the Central Rabbinical Congress “Brooklyn, NY” in 1982, it would be forbidden, for example, to vote for either New York State Senator Schumer or candidate for governor Andrew Cuomo both of whom support late term abortion and homosexual marriage; unless they renounce those positions immediately.”

I hope that homosexuals who call so often for tolerance and respect will demonstrate that they extend this to others.

While I am not holding a dialogue with a group or individuals who identify themselves by their sexual behavior, I do wish to express my compassion for anyone of any inclination who struggles with temptation, whether for pornography, adultery, underage relations, homosexuality, transvestites, transgenders, etc.

My feelings are, thank G-d, I don't have these challenges, and I don't want to diminish the difficult struggle that all of the above categories experience.

Where I draw the line is when people begin to make any of these situations into issues of pride, or when legislation is crafted which would construe religious people as bigots - or haters - who could lose their religious tax status - and have the full force of Federal, State and Local government arrayed against us and our way of life.

Before I continue let me declare here today that I denounce violence against people for any reason. It is prohibited and we condemn it. Whoever thinks that their religion mandates they beat up another group because of their "sin", is wrong and should keep their hands to themselves.

However, if minors or even adults are subjected to unwanted advances they are entitled to do what it takes to defend themselves.

And now I would like to read to you some of the hate-filled emails I received.

From Celeste Zabala: "World War II, the Jewish people were nearly decimated by the Nazis, how are you any different from a Nazi? Your hate is disgusting! I condemn you!

The refined Sheila Wolfe writes: "Who the fuck to you think you are speaking for all Jews? You probably take it up the ass from all the little Yeshiva boys and then talk against homosexuality. Go f-ck yourself!"

The very proud self-proclaimed gay New Yorker, M. Moore sent me: "It's a shame that you didn't choke on that "kosher" salami sandwich. The world would be a much better place if you had."

The peace-loving Stephen Bornstein communicated to me: " You are one of the reasons that there is so much hate in the world. Your filth and other like you is what gave Hitler power. I am sorry your family survived!"

The open-minded Fred wrote: "You are an embarrassment to the entire Jewish Community. Please shut up, who cares what you think. I am 100% sure you are a homosexual yourself and your inner-feelings is what makes you go on the attack. Please stop! We have enough people who hate us, we don't need you to spread your stupid voice. You don't count."

I categorically reject that I used any terminology of rancor or hatred nor for that matter did Mr. Paladino.

The ones who show hate, a lack of tolerance and bullying are those who shout you down, denigrate your religion, tell you to die, in any number of ways. I come right here to declare the aforementioned accusations that I/we are haters to be the ultimate lie. A Goebbels tactics! You scream at me, curse me, threaten me, all the while shrieking that we religious people are haters. Stop the lying! Grow up. Look in the mirror and see that you are doing exactly what you accuse us of doing.

The fact is that marriage legislation in Massachusetts has led to a Federal Court decision in the Parker case not even allowing a parent to remove their children from a kindergarten class, teaching, no! indoctrinating. and yes, brainwashing! children into accepting all these premises that undermine the religious standards of the child's parents. This may potentially occur in New York State! On the eve of Rosh Hashanah, tahe Jewish New Year, we received a New Year's present. Governor Paterson signed into law the Dignity for All Students Act. Again, Orwellian double-talk.

While one section of this bill specifically indicates it exempts private school students - a second area S3-section 801a rewrites a section of the old law [Assembly Bill AO3661 - Senate Bill S1987B] dealing with instruction in... tolerance... respect for others... awareness, sensitivity... sexual orientation, genders and sexes... This new section does not indicate any exemption for private/religious schools.

This means religious schools will be under the thumbs of the "re-education camp police." This is reminiscent of the infamous re-education camps which were so prevalent in the Communist Soviet Union. Thus, we religious family people in New York see we can not depend on our legislature and we need a Governor who will be sensitive to the needs and values of millions of religious New Yorkers, Christian, Jew, Moslem, etc.

We are requesting that the aforementioned issue be revisited.

Religious children in public schools should not be captives to this indoctrination which contradict their religious heritage. At the very least, parents should have the freedom and choice to have their children opt out.

Secondly, religious and private schools should be totally and undeniable exempt from these re-education police.

Ideally, a law like this which destroys childrens' values is a sneak attack by craven legislators headed by that scandalous embarrassment, Assembly-speaker Sheldon Silver. This law should be reversed.

We ask Messrs. Cuomo and Paladino, to tell us, how they would specifically address our concerns about this brainwashing bill that decimates our religious beliefs and our parental rights to determine out childrens' values without homosexualist interference.

The press should join with us by calling on Mr. Paladino and Mr. Cuomo to thoroughly clarify itemize what they would do for us in this specific situation. We already know what each would do for the homosexuals. This is a chance for either of the candidates - to address a overriding concern and show millions of religious parents throughout the state exactly who is who and what is what!

After we last met on the sidewalk outside the steps of St.Patrick's Cathedral, I was criticized for using that venue for my last press conference. The O.U./Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America apologized for my chutzpah/temerity in calling on the Archbishop to weigh in with Paladino, his adherents and all of us, as to how one should factor in the issues of the homosexual agenda - abortion, etc., when going to vote.

A Mr. Beigelman of the O.U. issued a statement to the religious paper Hamodia, that assessed the umbrage taken by the Archdiocese as so great, it could lead to the reversal of Catholic-Jewish relations, turning back the clock to pre-Vatican II days, fifty some years ago.

Wow, could you imagine that I caused such consternation just for requesting that the Archbishop might follow the leadership template of my friend the late Cardinal O'Conner who used to lead and coordinate inter-religious coalitions which pro-actively fought for family and religious values.

Was I untoward to make this request? If so, I apologize 1000 times. Rabbi Weinrib in the New York Times only criticized the venue and not my content. (I was on the sidewalk, not the steps, and Rabbi Weinrib called it a political protest. I refer to it as a call to holiness). I ask Rabbi Weinrib and Mr. Beigelhead to clarify - now that I'm in front of the Homosexual Club, is it O.K. if I ask the Archbishop, the entire Catholic Conference, O.U. and Agudath Israel to join in a large inter-religious pro-active coalition perhaps hosted by the Archbishop, if he's not still peeved at me for suggesting this. United, together and pro-active, we can save our childrens' education and signal to the craven politicians that we will identify them and hold them responsible.

Parenthetically, some six days after my press conference, the Catholic Bishops issued a voters guide - I'm thrilled and I thank them. Can we, the 850 plus members of the Rabbinical Alliance work with you all on an inter-religious coalition that will tilt the power back where it belongs. Please Your Excellency - lead the largest denomination fully into the fray and all of us will win.

Finally, I wish to announce an address for like-minded decent New Yorkers from across the state to gather - exchange information about evil anti-religious anti-family, legislation and power grabs by power-hungry political panderers to radical homosexual legislation.

We are reconstituting the Religious Family Defense Coalition (RFDC) which will be a website meeting place for clergy and laypeople alike, to inform each other, become educated and activists.

We call upon New Yorkers to access this site. The skeleton is already up, and you will be connected to Godreignoverus.com where you can immediately sign up. Let us begin to gear up for tahe next election.

To the militant homosexuals I say, Leave us alone. You dare not call us haters when you have no evidence. Stop attacking us, verbally with the most vicious obscene type of hate speech. Stop your bullying brown-shirt tactics - applied to Mr. Paladino or anyone else you disagree with. You are victimizing religious leaders and followers, brainwashing our children, and through millionaire homosexual donor Tim Gill who spent over 70 million dollars to promote Homosexualist candidates, you are seriously perverting our political process and prostituting our politicians.

I want everyone to know if violence or bullying or worse happens to me, merely for standing up for the faith value of Sinai, also embraced by nearly two billion Christians and Muslims, it gives lie to the artificial victim status of radical homosexuals and you reveal yourself to be the true haters, bullies and the victimizers.
