Despite the fact that my jQuery tour is about to launch, yes, I wanted to see what Rod had to say, since he’s such a great speaker. Rod gives a great, fun talk with loads of examples that are usable immediately – this is definitely another talk I’d recommend that people see.

Need to compare see what the differences are and check out the pitfalls? This session will demonstrate key concepts and features behind the two primary user interface technologies available for ASP.NET – MVC and Web Forms.

You’ll learn the pros and cons of both MVC and Web Forms, and determine when either model is appropriate for a particular type of project. This talk will also compare and contrast the various techniques and patterns used to build MVC applications vs Web Forms applications and will discuss the implications for using each.
