View Supply List

The Rachel Carson PTSA offers parents the opportunity to pre-order your child’s school supplies for the upcoming school year.

It’s easy! Simply go to http://www.epipacks.com and follow the step-by-step directions. Our school ID is RAC013 (this is a zero, not a capital O). You will receive an email confirmation once your purchase is complete.

Packs will be delivered to Rachel Carson and ready for you to pick up during the annual ‘Meet and Greet.’ If you don’t attend the Meet and Greet, your student’s supplies will be left for them in their classroom for pickup on the first day of school.

* If you plan on purchasing your child’s school supplies yourself, please print this Supply List as your guide.

Shopping at Bartell Drugs equals donations for your favorite non-profit organization!

We’re introducing our new ‘B’ Caring Card, a fundraising tool for local schools, athletic groups, churches and other qualifying non-profits to earn money for their organizations.

By simply shopping at one of our 58 stores, up to 4% of your purchase amount will be contributed to qualifying organizations of your choice. Participating customer cardholders may designate up to three schools/non-profit organizations to receive contributions. The ‘B’ Caring Card is not a gift card so no purchase is required up front.

Once registered, just have the cashier swipe your ‘B’ Caring Card at checkout, and a percentage of your total bill will be allocated to your designated non-profit organization.

For more information, or to sign up to participate, ask any Bartell Drugs employee associate or visit www.eScrip.com/BCaringCard.

To see if your group is already registered, you can search on the eScrip site at
www.groups.escrip.com or email organizations@escrip.com.

Tips to Help Keep Traffic Moving During Student Drop-Off:

1.When dropping off, please drive all the way to the front of the pick up line and pull up as close to the car in front of you as possible while waiting to drop off your student. If everyone pulled as far forward as possible, fewer cars would be stuck waiting on the street.

2.The drop-off area for students is in front of the school between the cross-walk and the end of yellow curb area along the field. Please do not drop-off your student before the cross-walk area as it creates safety issues for the students.

3.The only place students should be dropped off is in front of the school. The bus lane in the back of the school is not an approved drop-off area. Please only use the front of the building unless you are parking and walking your student in.

4. Please make sure your child is ready to get out of the car when you pull into the parking lot. If your child has their backpack on their lap, getting out of the car will be much quicker.

5. Students should exit the car on the passenger side only. Drivers, please stay in your car if possible.

6. If your child needs extra time getting out of the car, please park your car and walk them to the front of the school.

7.If a staff member or student safety patrol approach you, please do as they ask.

If we all follow these few simple tips, traffic will flow much better and the line will move quickly!
