Elemental Secrets by Elle Middaugh
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So far I am enjoying this series. Reading about the angst that teenage Elemental Valerie and all her friends brings me back to my years in High School. Looking forward to reading book 2.
I recommend that anyone that enjoys this type of book to read it. I promise you will love it!

My son has been collecting the pull tabs off soda cans. Well, this morning I got a tad bored and decided to use some of his tabs and a little paracord to make this nifty choker!

Well now, I decided that I would do some decorations for Thanksgiving. I know this pic isn't the best however, the way my house is this was the best I could get.
I made this banner in about 10 minutes.

I will post more pics as I add more decorations through out today and the rest of the week.

I have made 6 new Christmas cards. I hope you like them and if you think of something else I need to do to them or add them, please feel free to leave a comment and let me know.
If I use your suggestion I will post a new pick and tag you in it. If you know anyone in Texas or the surrounding area that was hit hard by Hurricane Harvey and you think they could use a pick me...please send me their name an address. I will make them a card and try to send them a care package to help them out.

This card comes from heart. My Daddy was in the Merchant Marines and he passed away in 1980. The ship with the anchor and the "THINKING OF YOU" sentiment seemed appropriate because, I do think of my Daddy often.

I have a morbid side to me and I love skulls. Hence this cacrd. {LOL} The top reads "I LOVE YOU" but, the bottom is what tickles me...it rads 'YOUTH IS THE GIFT OF NATURE BUT AGE IS THE WORK OF ART" I think this would make a great card for a gag gift.
